I bought a Subaru from here about a year ago. These are good people, friendly, patient, and not pushy at all.Called about the car, showed up and was greeted at the door and handed the keys to check it out and take it for test drive.Got a fair amount for my trade in without any hassle and a good price on the new one.Being from out of state I had some issues with the title work, Indiana’s fault not theirs, but they were extremely patient and responsive to work through it and get everything resolved quickly.Overall a very good car buying experience.

Update: They refused to release my records to me because they remembered me from this post. A level of petty I had never received from a business until today.Post: Had the 2005 Chevy Colorado one month and already have a list of things that have to be fixed. Was told by Bill that the service guy isnt even a mechanic, which blew my mind. My wife hates Brad because of a dispute they had on the phone. Theyre not very good at communicating, but Bill is a nice guy. Took a month to finally fix the things listed in the we owe contract. Overwhelmed with buyers remorse, and feel pretty ripped off. I paid almost a grand over what the truck is worth in great condition. Would have rather just gambled on buying something off Craigs list or facebook marketplace. Just an all around bad buying experience.

Mu son found this truck online after weeks of looking locally. These guys were nothing but friendly and very pleasant with my son. As a mother, that is greatly appreciated when your kids are learning adulting and its a first big purchase for them! Excellent service, great deal and nice truck!!

Found a car on their site, was a nice looking vehicle but they didn’t list or show pics of any discrepancies of the vehicle. (which was well more than one) as well as, the vehicle was still dirty inside and out, they wasn’t going to clean/wash it until I said something about it. (Still didn’t get a full detail) not to mention this is day 3 of having the vehicle and the engine light already came on. I would recommend driving the vehicle for a few days before buying. The staff are very friendly/polite gentlemen. **ASK FOR THE WARRANTY IT WILL COST YOU EXTRA BUT YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEED IT**

Mike got us the vehicle we wanted. At a price we can afford. Weve dealt with a lot of car lots over the years. Patriot is by far the best. These men love their jobs but more importantly they love their customers. They will go above and beyond to help you get approved at a great rate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but within less than a week of paying cash for a car there, the air bag sensor is on, check engine light on, battery died, fuel pump went out, now the radiator leaking, almost every signal bulb burnt out, and we ended up broken down more than once. We realize its a gamble with used vehicles, but we paid quite a bit for this car. Disappointed. Recommend everyone buying a warranty. None was offered to us.

I purchased my daughters first vehicle at Patriot. They were friendly and went above and beyond getting us into the car we wanted. They did a complete check of the vehicle before selling it to me and found a few small things. They had everything repaired and delivered the car to me in great shape. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My daughter is happy with her car and I am happy they took such good care of us and got us in the car we wanted! Bill Graul was very pleasant and helpful all through the process. It was like doing business with an old friend just an all around pleasant car buying experience. Friendly group but sold me a vehicle with over 4 grand of fixes .. Be sure to get the vehicle you buy from them looked over by another garage of your choice.

Staff very friendly but... was looking at a vehicle went in to talk about said it would be a day before we found out anything got a call from them saying I was approved so I ride back in only to be told that I actually wasnt approved for what I wanted that I could only get a car or a sub when I asked what kind of sub I could I was told that I actually couldnt get any of them I would only be approved for a car not only did I get my time wasted I also was lied to. If they didnt give me a half truth and then strait up lie to me then I wouldnt have this problem and wouldnt be as angry as I am now.

I will never go to or send anyone to PATRIOT AUTO because i was done very wrong i traded in something that only need a few cosmetic parts for something that is a lemon didnt know that untill i left because they wouldnt let me test drive it and when i told the guy that took care of me he told me to come back and he will make it right and when i went back he told me he cant help me so now im stuck with a vehicle that i cant pay on because all my money has been going to the vehicle to keep it running and i have been since i got the ride. I do NOT recommend buying from here. I bought a car from there in march. A month later I was having overheating problems and I have had the problems since the month after I bought it. I took it to a mechanic and was told it was an blown head gasket. I told my grandpa because he was there when I bought it and he called and they wouldnt do anything to help but send me to their mechanic to have it looked at. They also said that it wasnt having problems before you left the lot. And I think they should have helped a lot more. I paid over 6 thousand for the car and now it isnt worth 1000

Horrible experience. My fiance and I went to this dealer looking at one specific vehicle. Upon arrival, we were told that we could not test drive that said vehicle unless we were approved to buy. Little did they know, we had cash in hand to buy the vehicle. Needless to say, they were rude, the gentleman by the front door whom took our information (salesman), kept taking phone calls, ignoring us, as well as interrupting us. What really done it for me, was when we were leaving, the salesman kept trying to push other vehicles on us to buy. We had already informed him we were there for that one specific vehicle- however he was persistent to keep offering other vehicles. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. VERY SHADY!
