Dealer ran a special on Tires and Alignments, so I took advantage of both. I cant believe the difference both made in the handling of my AMG! I have been to other Mercedes Dealers in other states, but MB of Georgetown is the best in my experience!

Went for a scheduled service and an issue with electrical system on a 2019 C300… we got excellent customer service from Jarrod Dozier. Awesome gentleman and was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very happy with our experience.

I test drove the A220 2019 for the price its listed for and after all the financing that car came out to over 40,000 yes I know its a Mercedes but the quality of that A220 is nothing compared to the old model 2015 Audi A4 premium plus that Im currently driving. Sad to say that the Audi was a lot more quiet on the road even with over $70,000. miles on it. And its not about the price of the Mercedes its the quality of its vehicle I currently own still a 1998 Mercedes ML320 and that car is still up to par with over $250,000 miles. They dont make them like they used to seems like.

Nikki is amazing! I’m EXTREMELY impressed with the level of service she has given me over the years. She’s been my service advisor for at least two years and I’m sure I don’t make her job easy with all the questions. LOL! She makes sure to take care of her customers and treats us like family. Any issues that I have with my E550 Nikki calls and updates me. I will forever take my E550 to MB of Georgetown. I might even buy my next Benz there! Next time you go make sure your service advisor is Nikki or Frank because you will not be disappointed. Thank you!!!!

Extremely impressed with the level of service here. Easily my favorite Mercedes service experience yet. Josh has a very kind and helpful demeanor. I was able to speak directly to the service tech for details about my specific issues. They even washed my entire Sprinter for free after fixing it! Highly recommend this place. I was having a terrible day and I left smiling.

I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with my buying experience at the Mercedes Benz of Georgetown dealership. The moment I walked into the dealership on April 13, 2020, it was almost five(5) minutes before I was acknowledged.I was bounced around from person to person until finally landing with my salesperson, Linda Davis, who said “let’s get you taken care of”. I provided her with a detailed list of all my wants and needs. I also let her know I would be receiving a friends and family discount certificate. She would not provide any pricing on any of the vehicles I was interested in until she had the discount certificate in hand. I subsequently submitted the certificate and from here, the customer service deteriorated.On April 23, I sat in the dealership for four (4) hours while they attempted to get a car from aneighboring dealership which would not be revealed. However, after the long wait and receipt of the paperwork, it was the wrong vehicle. To make up for this waste of time, Linda extended the courtesy of bringing paperwork to my home once they located a vehicle, but unfortunately she could not provide a clear understanding of all the fees and credits when asked. With that said, I did end up having to go into the dealership the next day to have someone else break it all down for me.There were a number of back and forth issues with Linda and Regis, the Sales and Finance Manager, respectively. It got a bit uncomfortable for me when they were actually telling me (numerous times) about how the friends and family discount sales are audited and how there will be “little to no commission on this deal”.The day I executed the contract, Regis Musabika had the audacity to call me and offer to “put my paperwork in a shredder in his office and I can go buy my car somewhere else”. I was shocked to hear a salesperson say that. Having already invested two weeks of my time during these critical times, and knowing I had other options, I was not willing to start all over again elsewhere.I finally requested to speak with Rhonda Zanka, the General Manager and was told she was too busy to speak with me. I was told to share my grievances with “Jeremy” who said he would take the information I shared with him and pass it along to Rhonda. Although I continued to request a call back from Rhonda, “Regis” (one of the main people I have grievances with) was the person she sent to call me back to try and remedy the situation. Another, very uncomfortable position to be put in. Sadly, I still have not heard back from Rhonda.It honestly felt like a big game of telephone.I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this matter further. I will definitely not be doing any future business with this particular dealership and can only hope that all Mercedes Benz dealerships do not operate in such a manner because, I really do lovemy new car.I can be reached at [email protected] you,Tamra Jackson

Well last year Mercedes building wea under construction and now its complete and had one of the sales persons give us a tour and its a beautiful show room, the sales areas and ladies restroom is very nice and they have wonderful waiting rooms thru out with TVs and a nice cafe. Really nice place and also the cars are beatiful as well

This dealership sold me a car that had the emissions system illegally tampered with. When you put the car on the lift it is so obvious(catalytic converters were missing and test pipes in their place), so this tells you the level of inspection they are doing(not) before retailing a car. They ended up buying it back after dragging their feet and wasting so much of my time and they never once appeared to actually care about the customer who still needs a car. Pfft - would not recommend.EDIT my reply to the reply:I was first promised that you would install catalytic converters to make the car legal, then after days I was told the parts could not be located, yet BMW and other providers had the parts readily available. Then when you called me, it flipped to buying the car back and I no longer had any choice in the matter unless I retained an attorney. Your team looked at the vehicle before it was returned because you asked me to drive the illegal car to you so you could look. I was there with the team when they put it up on the lift. When you say the previous owner went to great lengths to disguise the changes, its extremely plainly obvious to anyone when you look that there were missing catalytic converters, replaced by test pipes. I have no clue how you missed something that obvious from physical inspection. Finally I had to further drive the illegal car again to take it to you. I should also mention I asked to speak to the GM and after having several conversations with the person I was put in touch with, I only found out he was not the GM when you eventually called me days later. In a matter this serious, that was too little too late. No one came to me in person to introduce themselves or apologize. Ish did not apologize. Never in my life have I experienced such a utter balls up so your awards are meaningless to me.
