I just had my back glass replaced at Satellite Georgetown and it really was a pleasant experience.The manager, (whos name I regretfully do not remember) performed the service, started before my appointment time, and finished in about 38 minutes. This was WELL before the quoted 60-90 minutes from the website. Not only did he knock out the job in record time, but he also set up the streaming in the waiting room so I had something interesting to chill out to.Safelite texts kept me updated on progress while I wait in the waiting room, and I entered my CC info in the link they provided, so payment after the service was complete was a breeze.I will definitely be returning for all my auto glass related needs, and I highly recommend the staff their be recognized for their dedication to customer service, given raises above 20%, and possibly nominated for some sort of medal or award.Seriously though, A+ service. Go here.

Safelite did a fantastic job replacing my windshield in record time. All personal were top notch from the host to the mechanic. Glad I was referred to Safelite by Allstate.

The car left worse than it came in. Went in to fix one chip and left with at least 6 new chips and the original bigger. Wouldve gone to a local glass shop if I realized the carelessness of the facility

Had a couple of chips in my windshield on different occasions. Fast and friendly service. Easy experience, and they used my insurance so I didnt have to pay anything. I checked my insurance later and it was only a small charge that had no affect on my rates. Great repair job. I cant see where either one of the chips were on my windshield.

Fast, clean, friendly, affordable, close by, I could go on! The best business around for your windscreen replacement or repair by far. They are open on Saturday which is a huge plus, and if need be, they will come to you with their mobile van. Great service, great product!If you have to wait in the waiting area, they have provided free coffee, smart TV entertainment, kiddie area with books. A++++

Awesome service!!!!! The technician was very informative, polite, and thorough about the job being performed. I would recommend Safelites service for auto glass over any. The tech went above and beyond -sanded a rusted spot (from bad prior windshield install many years earlier), primed the area, and bent no metal trim on an 80s pickup!!!

I couldnt be more delighted with my experience with Safelite. They made it very easy. They submitted the claim to my insurance company, sent me a picture of my tech, and the work was performed quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Safelite!

They were upfront about what they could/ couldnt do. They were nice and accommodating. Fast too!

While I did not get any glass repaired, the staff were friendly and honest. I went because of a small chip and they were transparent and filled me in that it would not get worse and they actually couldnt offer any remedy for what was just a surface scratch. They could have attempted to pull the wool over my eyes but were open about my lack of actually needing a repair, or to spend money.

This is the only company I used install my windshields. Great staff and will come to your house or work place to install class in you cars or trucks. Great to deal with.

Work was well done, staff courteous, however when I arrived home I noticed that the inspection sticker was gone and no one at Safelite notified me of this or offered to give me the old sticker so I could get it replaced. Not sure what to do next. Please advise.

Had a rock ding which they turned into a 10 Crack. I dont think the kid that came out had been trained much. He couldnt give me any contact information but whats on the flyer or truck he didnt have a card with his information. Rep gave me the standard BS this happens sometimes to cover their butt. I was recommended to use them from my insurance company and others. Then they suggested I used them to replace the windshield. What idiot would use the same people that broke something to begin with? Conflict of interest. Never again will I use them and now I have to fix the bigger damage and pay $360 for a total windshield replacement.

I made an appt online for past Tuesday (1 of my days off) at 9am, showed up and the guy was like I apologize you are not in the system, but if we have your windshield we can fit you in, alas no windshield, so he said do you want to make another appt and we can come to you, I will waive the travel fee so I said sure how about this Friday He said thanks, he can be there between 9 and 12, and what phone number do you want to leave if there is an issue so I left it and went home. Here I am... its Friday at 11:30 and no one has shown up. Well I better call, little did I know that whichever number is posted online it is not the LOCAL people that are servicing you but someone in Ohio. I asked if she could tell me what the status was, she said I dont have you as having an appt...wt_....so I askedif there was an explanation as I had the email confirmation in front of me...she looked for a sec and said well the serviceman that was supposed to install it didnt show up yesterday to prepare todays services...so why no phone call or email??? She was very sorry, I said well how can you make this better? She just said can I make another appt for you? Psst, what give you another time to burn me, waste my time and gas plus more, no thanks Calling a local business recommended to me. BEWARE!! HIRE A LOCAL!

Failed to show up on date scheduled. Called 45 minutes before expected arrival to tell me they were on the way then never showed. Email notice 4 days later to reschedule. I called and spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get it rescheduled. they gave me an appointment for the following week. I cancelled and will go to someone who cares about customer service.

Came in for a chip repair tech advised me he heated the windshield and that the chip spread its worse no then before I took vehicle to them. The manager there was telling me before this occurred I should lower my deductable it would only be about 40 more dollars a year . Now I need a new windshield maybe I should have had them give me a goute for insurance maybe thats how we promote business .Avoid this place they dont use skilled people and you will need a new windshield because theyll heat it up because its so cold outside and the manager denied heating it up but I can tell you I do not install windshields but his top tech said that too me and now denies it scam artist!!

I booked a appointment with safelight for 1pm the Friday the 22nd of September 2017 i go in drop off my car and keys I come back 2 hours later only to find that they removed my windsheild and didnt put one in they say it was rusted out they refuse to install a new one I paid for I took it the car home with no windsheild and went out there was no rust it was just gross paint I used a rag and hot water and it cleaned right off no rust in sight they are just lazy and there corporate was very rude and cruel to the situation they put me in i will never use there service again

They scheduled it 2 days out because of the rain, and then didnt have all the parts so had to reschedule again. 🤔
