We run a NonProfit called Safe In Austin Rescue Ranch, we purchased our CanAm a couple of years ago from RideNow. They were amazing back than, extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick just the right one to purchase. We needed something extremely durable but also roomy enough for our Special needs kids. There are not to many companies out there that after two years still go that extra mile to help you. To say we are tough on this CanAm is putting it mildly. Brandon with RideNow goes above and beyond to explain the Service that it needs. I’m sure he must roll his eyes and laugh when we call while saying “OK what did you do now” He is so patient and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the Service Department is amazing. You can not go wrong when purchasing and they most certainly stand by their service.THANKS AGAIN for getting us back up and running.Safe In Austin Rescue Ranch

Its been a rough year and some odd months for everyone. The motorcycle industry didnt escape the turmoils either. Remember that when you go in. They actually have a nice used motorcycle selection. The new options are pretty limited. I was greeted at the door and had a sales rep check in on me as I giggled and took pics of the Honda Monkey. I have my eyes set on a larger prize, but unfortunately they dont have them in yet. Not their fault. So all in all its a nice shop from my view on the sales floor.

Talked to the sales rep for a day about a specific bike to confirm availability. I informed him that I was driving in from two hours away to purchase the bike. When I arrived, I spent 5 minutes looking at the bike and was ready to pay cash but just needed 5 minutes while I waited for my wife to call me back with a insurance quote. The moment my wife called me back, the rep told me someone else had just walked in and was purchasing the bike. He asked if I was interested in looking at any of their new inventory and I made it very clear that I only wanted that specific bike and drove home. When I was five minutes from home, the rep called me to inform me that the sale had fallen through. Oh well. Their loss. The next day, I drove five hours to Cycle Center of Denton to buy one exactly like it since they were courteous enough to hold it for me. I will not be coming back to Ridenow Georgetown.

I checked weather before I went down and it wasnt expected to rain until 3pm (only 30% chance). I arrived at 12. If they were canceling test rides I wouldve expected a call or text. This place blows my mind every time I come here. Ive never met such a store where every single employee acts like your a burden the moment you walk in. Its been this way for yrs. Only decent service you get here is a random parts guy from time to time. Noone actually rides here so they arent much help to begin with. Also .....when on labor day your time says open till 4 then maybe stay open till 4pm. Locking the doors 10 mins early and (from I could see) kicking everyone out of the store at 355pm is so rude.

I would provide 0 if I could. AVOID this place if possible. I was in the market for a used Spyder and they had one I was interested in. We did get a decent price but the trade was lowballed. The worst part of the experience was part of the deal had a $688 charge for make ready on the used bike. This was a total rip off. They said they repaired a latch and cable for the rear storage and changed the oil and inspected. I do not know what their term of inspection was, but it was not what I would call inspected. The air box was not opened or inspected because it was filled to the top with dry dog food. They never opened it, or did not care. There was 1 gallon of food in there that I removed. In addition, it appeared they cracked the rear plastic during their maintenance. The front tires were at the wear indicators and one brake pad set was wearing unevenly. There was NO mention of any of this during the sales or inspection report. They refused to refund the useless prep fee. The sales manager did offer to service the bike at no charge for labor. But based on my experience, as well as others who have posted here (some of whom I know) I will NEVER go to any Ride Now location anywhere. I purchased all of my parts elsewhere.P.S. I was never contacted by Tyler (owner) at this date.

Take your business elsewhere, at least I did...Stopped by this dealer looking for a particular moto because I wanted to support a local business. The vibe from the start should have been a warning, the salesman I worked with was very un-enthusiastic to talk to me, said they have the bike Im looking for on the way in but I should put a deposit down asap to secure it, fully refundable of course. I decided to wait and called a couple days later to see if said bike made it in, no but again urged me to put a deposit down. I again declined. About a week later I stopped by in person and said bike was still on the way. Tony told me it had already shipped and would be in any day, so I went ahead and put the deposit down. One week later and not a single word. No text, phone call or email with any updates. I called and was asked to leave a message as everyone was busy. OK, no problem... but there was no return call. The next day I called and spoke with Tony again and was told the bike would be shipping any day and was expected to arrive in two weeks. Soooo... I was lied to and done with this place. Went down 35 to Ride Now Austin and was treated with professionalism and honesty from the start. How can a salesman lie to a customer and expect them to continue doing business with them? Picked up my dream bike two days later. Austin even took care of my deposit so I would not have to waste any more of my time with Ride Now Georgetown.Thank you Ride Now Austin!! Im giving this place 1 star and would give 0 if possible, due to an incident that happened while I was there.I was there with a friend just checking out what they had available, I had seen that they had a good rating online and thought wed check it out. Now that Ive looked at more of the reviews in detail, Im seeing that a lot of them mention their poor customer service, but thats not apparent unless you read through the comments.Anyway, I was in their parking lot and before I even got to look at anything, an employee, seemingly randomly confronted a customer who was just standing over his bike talking to someone else who was loading up a bike into his truck. The employee started to rush at the customer like he was going to start a physical fight, and other employees had to literally hold the one guy back. As far as I could tell, the customer couldnt have been doing anything to warrant this kind of behavior, he was just standing there. Others came out of the building to see what was going on and assisted in keeping the one employee back, but by then end of the incident, that employee just went back into the building with the rest, and nothing was being done for the customer who was almost assaulted. It was completely dismissed by the owners or managers, or whoever it was who came out of the building.I wouldnt want to do business anywhere that I felt unsafe around their employees, or where they think its not a big deal to treat people like that.

I asked for service and was on hold for ten minutes. Put the phone down and called back. Got the same half asleep person and asked for service again. This time he put me through to parts. At least that person was friendly and awake. He then put me on hold and assume the service department was also asleep as no one answered after another five minutes. At this point I gave up and will go somewhere else. If they cant even answer a phone to answer a question about a state inspection I doubt theyd be able to perform one. Pathetic place!

Took my Honda AT that I purchased there in to get a new rear tire installed. Took an hour. Not bad. Staff was great. Got the bike home, gave it a bath. Then noticed the quality work....They removed old wheel weights, but left the wheel weight tape on the rim. Took some elbow grease, but came off. Something they should be doing. If they are not capable of doing that, they should not be using stick on weights. They installed the old black stick on weights as well on the last tire change. Then they used silver wheel weights to balance. I guess if that is all they have it will work. But not impressed to say the least on black rims. At this time, I better check tire pressure. The sticker on the swingarm right by the rear wheel states 36-42psi, the new tire itself states 36psi on the sidewall. Tire had 30psi in it. I dig the dealership, but c,mon guys. One is laziness, the other is safety. Easy fixes for the right managers

I went in looking for a starter bike, and hopefully it wouldve been the Ducati Monster 861. The salesman (an army veteran like myself) started showing me beginner bikes, and they were nice bikes. Then I saw a Yamaha R6, which wasnt the Raven edition but it was nice. He told me to sit on it, which I obliged. To me, it was NOT comfortable at all. We continued looking for other bikes, and I mentioned that I have back issues, thats when it happened. I sat on a Honda Shadow (750 I think) and was like, now this is comfortable but it was a little bit above what I wanted to pay. He was like what if I can get you more power at a cheaper price and it still be a cruiser, if you like it? Thats when I sat on my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom... The rest is history. I would highly recommend this place. Its not a place that cares about making money off you by offering the most expensive bike or a bike with too much power for your skill set. They also delivered my bike to my house and told me that when I need services, they will come pick it up and bring it back to me. Cant beat that. Ill be buying from them in the future.

Then it went to $12,500. After I still questioned the price I was told about a $182 dollar doc fee, $787 dollar delivery fee, $588 dollar assembly fee etc.Contacted Bastrop Polaris and received a quote for a Camo 570 Ranger (MSRP $10,799) for $10,666 out the door with FR/LE discount. No added delivery fee, assembly fee and doc fee was $80 not $182. Ive purchased 2 Pit Passes and figured it was worth it when you do the math. Well lately Im not sure what is going on with service. Over the last 5 visits or so, Ive gotten the bike back with an oil leak twice (this is happening now, probably didnt replace the washer again). I had the rear tire replaced only to be told I needed a new rotor. However, I had just had the brakes replaced months before. I told them they should have replaced the rotor then. They had my bike for 3 weeks for this tire/rotor job. During this visit and the one before, I asked them to look at my clutch as it sticks for the first few minutes after a cold start. Clutch still sticks. Im not sure whats going on with service but my guess is they are short on Can Am mechanics.

Called me back about 15-20 minutes later with a price that worked for me. I rode in that afternoon, traded in my old bike, did the paperwork, and rode home on my new Rebel. The whole experience was pleasant and easy. Everyone I talked with in the process from service to parts to finance were nice. A+++

HUGE thank you to Robert at the service desk and Carl in the parts department at RideNow Georgetown. I know I said I felt like I was gonna bite the bullet but I was wrong. RideNow was the obvious place to go. They are open, doing service and installs while down 2 techs and still got me the tires I wanted, on the bike and me back on the road in 2 hours. This is not the first time RideNow has under promised and over delivered, its the third time.Money and time well spent

Every time I go there I am pleasantly surprised. From sponsoring charity rides to having the best tire prices around. They always have the tire sizes I need from my big Vulcan down to my 250f. Give them a try, you wouldnt regret it.

Ridenow Georgetown has a trade in estimate tool on their website. I would imagine the low number being your bike in poor condition and the high number being probably unachievable but in excellent condition. I brought my bike in and was lowballed below 3000 for a pristine bike. Thats fine, it is an estimate right? Well the experience was much worse than a lowball offer: NOBODY literally nobody in this place wore a mask, the salesman even shook my hand. When I first arrived I stated why I was there and they continued their conversation which each other as they walked outside which had me thinking I was ignored. Well they were going to look at my bike, just not acknowledging me. This was my first experience at their shop as I usually go to the one in Austin. Ill definitely take my business elsewhere, preferably not a Covid hotspot.

Daughter Bought a Honda 2020 4 wheeler its a pretty good place to buy, salespeople are nice, financing was pretty easy, just make sure you ask all questions even about service on the item, we were never told anything about it and when the service came due we called and just for break in service to get done they want over $500 and then decided to tell us we could have put a service plan on it for 3 years for like $1600 and it could be financed as well, and we dont live close by it like a hour drive for us to take it to them and we then would have to go back and pick it up on another day, so instead of enjoying our 4 wheeler we only use it if its a have to case because of the distance and cost to have it serviced, like I said ask all questions so it saves you money because the service price on these things are crazy expensive.

This place was awesome!!! Looking for a Suzuki 450f, found one and also found a great deal. Friendly customers definitely willing to go above and beyond to let you check out the bike you want or exactly whatever you need. Ill be back after tax season to buy a good bike. Everyone at least needs to swing by and check it out. Please do! Rock n roll!

Needed a tire for my Honda vtx 1300R, friend said they have good tire Prices. Honda of Austin wanted $ 200 for tire !I got a Shinko tire here for $ 77.Wanted a low price tire & install,I got it here 👍Found out wheel bearing was going out so they ordered me a new one & worked me in tomorrow to install. Its about an hour driveFor me, but is worth it to save money. I am retired so dont have a lot of money to spend. This will be the 2nd time Ive been there, but I will be going back for service & cheaper prices, even tho its an hour drive in traffic.I have not bought a bike here, so cant comment on that.Friendly & Helpful👍

I was referred to this dealership for a can am but didnt feel welcomed. Saw 2 sales persons with the 1st being nice but passed me to another salesperson which wasnt trying to work anything out. He stated they would keep a bike for 3yrs before thinking of lowering the price on a bike sitting for 1 1/2 yrs. Not a very customer friendly thing to say. But it did get me to a another dealer with a better deal. So I guess thanks sales guy.
