After yet another bad experience down the street at Batavia Postal....It really makes you appreciate a privately owned store like this. I have shipped hundreds of packages through this UPS store over the years. I have never had one bad experience. The sevice is excellent and so have been the staff Ive delt with over the years.I wish UPS offered a flat rate service for smaller, heavy boxes, Id never use the Postal Service again.

Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I needed a notary and was late getting there as I went to the wrong store. The gentleman waited for me to get there even though he was off work. I will frequent this location from now on.

Extremely professional service. From fast and accurate and reasonable e-mail quote - to turning around a fantastic packaging solution for a delicate, heavy and quite large medical instrument in only a few hours. Its clear Jon and his staff know what they are doing as they immaculately double boxed the package and cushioned it with heavy duty foam pieces and emblazoned both boxes with a nice, Fragile tape. They also answered my newbie questions quickly and professionally.Well done team!

I went to this store to send my son’s very precious bike to him in Pittsburgh. Jon went above and beyond to insure that his bike reached him in perfect condition. Even with the delays that Covid has caused he found a way to ship the bike. Jon was super helpful and went so far to enlist the help of a bike shop in Bartlett, Spin Doctor Cyclewerks, to help dismantle and partially pack the bike. The service was definitely A++. Thanks Jon!

The customer service at this UPS is fantastic and five stars! I ship small furniture I sell on eBay with them about 3 times a month and they go out of their way to properly package my items and call my customers to follow up with payment. They have always greeted me kindly even before I became a regular customer. I trust them to care for my expensive items and they have been wonderful to work with. Sam does the packaging and I hear back from my buyers what a great packaging job she did. It really helps my reviews on eBay too knowing I can trust her for delicate/difficult jobs. Jon, Sam, Steph and Judy thank you!! I highly recommend this UPS!!

I use this location for drop off for my business weekly. Friendly staff, super fast, never have to wait long. Not sure about the person who claims to get charged $1 for receipts - I get at least one per week and never been charged!

The service was great and easy. However... I am heartbroken because I left a pair of very special gloves there as I took them off to give them all my boxes to ship. It was freezing and I have an infant so my hands were full. It was right around closing time so it was too late to go back when I noticed.When I called, they said the gloves were not there 😔I know without a doubt I left them there— whether a customer took them or an employee... they were sincerely special and irreplaceable to me. I am not even the type to write a review... I am so disappointed that I needed to write this.I believe in karma ...and I hope whoever took them sincerely needed gloves bc they were a whole lot more than that to me.

I visited this store to do my first Amazon return through UPS, after Kohls could not take back the items. The individual who assisted me, Jon, was incredibly rude. He wanted to charge me $1.00 for a shipping label, and was disrespectful about the fact that I didnt put the items in a box (I didnt know, I figured it was like Kohls). He charged for the boxes, but the price was reasonable (though its even cheaper to use a box you already have, contrary to what he said). He had a negative attitude toward my concerns, saying things to the effect of doesnt matter to me.If you need to do Amazon returns at this store: 1) PUT THEM IN A BOX, and 2) Have the Amazon return form on the app or website done ahead of time, because they will not be patient with you.

I loathe this store! I have given this location a number of chances and rarely receive good service. Most particularly by a man named Jon whom I believe is the owner! He has himself charged a dollar just for a receipt! Today I confronted him on this practice and was screamed at! I will NEVER BE BACK! Zero stars!

Rude customer service! I had an item delivered to my home damaged in shipping (not this stores fault) i had return label printed took package to store and they insisted that box needed to be taped up which of course they where willing to do it for extra $. Same box same condition same way as I received it. Store just wanted to make extra buck and manager called me difficult for not wanting to pay. Next time I drive extra mile north to other ups store on Randell rd

Have always had a good experience at this store. They do everything they can to make sure my packages get on that days truck before it leaves, even when Im dropping off at the last minute.By the way, why would anyone leave a negative review of the store because of Googles error on store hours?! Thats Googles fault, not the stores!
