This is by far the best UPS store around. They are friendly and honest. They know what they are doing and do an incredible job packing and shipping. If this isn’t your location, take the extra time to drive here for the best service.

I do alot of Amazon returns here. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Immediately told me I didn’t have the required information to ship a package. No questions asked before telling me I was wrong and they can’t ship it. In the end I had everything needed and they took the package but the customer service from the bald employee was the worst I’ve ever experienced!

Service here is outstanding. They came out to my car and carried my packages in for me. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend this store.

They do my printing for menus. Do a great job. Deal with these guys at least 2-4 times a month. Father and son locally owned. When I need something like laminating or posters. They get it done. I don’t know why there are some of these reviews as they have been nice to us. Maybe a mix up on stores. I will continue to use them!

Great service! Make special trips across town to this store. The guys are always fair and will never sell me something I dont need.

The service was great and easy. However... I am heartbroken because I left a pair of very special gloves there as I took them off to give them all my boxes to ship. It was freezing and I have an infant so my hands were full. It was right around closing time so it was too late to go back when I noticed.When I called, they said the gloves were not there 😔I know without a doubt I left them there— whether a customer took them or an employee... they were sincerely special and irreplaceable to me. I am not even the type to write a review... I am so disappointed that I needed to write this.I believe in karma ...and I hope whoever took them sincerely needed gloves bc they were a whole lot more than that to me.

I just can’t believe this rude and inconsiderate human being. I just left from there feeling sorry for people who are just miserable. There is a bald guy that works there he is the rudest miserable person I have have ever seen. He shouldn’t be working there period. Never again will I step foot in that place. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I needed a way to comment. Now that I read some comments here I don’t feel so bad.

Father and son that run the place are both great. I dont understand the other posters. I have always had great service here.

Terrible store, awful customer service. These UPS stores have barely any accountability to the corporate mother and so are allowed to treat their customers however they want -- which in this case, is like garbage. The owner of this store is very unprofessional and rude, and clearly doesnt want the business anyway or he wouldnt be so unpleasant to speak to. It is obviously a symptom of the business as a whole.Dont waste your time or your money going here, go to FedEx or USPS.
