Very friendly people working there. Answered all my questions. Offered to help me find just what I wanted. I would recommend shopping at Biglots. They treat their customers great. They go above and beyond to help in any way needed. Be it with carryout or checking other stores for merchandise.

Nice change up. Everything is in a different place than a year ago.

On my recent visit to the store, I found it a bit empty of items. They also had a lot of boxes and merchandise in the middle of the aisles and it was difficult to get through with the shopping cart. I hope my next visit will be a better experience. The cashier was very kind.Another negative point is that the parking lot is not in the best condition.

When we went to purchase our furniture, it took a while to get someone to help us in that department. We then found out that the wanted item was not in stock when online it said it was.

Bought a loveseat for our camper love there furniture we bought a full sofa on black Friday 3 years ago and it is the best sofa weve owned so we bought a loveseat for our camper and found out my sister bought the same one for her camper a year ago and she also loves her loveseat

Furniture is cheaply made... Breaks within weeks of normal use 3 recliners in 6 months and I up grade each time

Staff very friendly and helpful. Check furniture before you leave the store as I have had trouble with broken pieces like dressers, tables, and chairs.

Main reason I go here is. They have really upped their German goods area. Prices are good on everything they sell.

I went in and asked if they had any futon mattresses. I was leaving the store 10 minutes later with one in my trunk!

Found what I was looking for and a few extra things. Love the new layout, the store looks so much nicer.

Just stopped in for a quick look, and bought a Christmas Tree! ( it was actually a very small decorative tree) But I love it. They have so much stuff here. Even furniture. Its worth a look. I even bought a very nice Christmas gift. You never know.

Very great store with nice prices. Seems to be unnoticed and not visited by many customers. Please visit this store more often to support it, or it feels like it will get closed soon. I feel sorry for all the stores closing everywhere. Soon if we gonna need something urgently there will be no stores left, will have to buy online and wait for shipping.

Sucks 2nd time i been there and they never have anything i want in stock. My advice always call first.

Customer service is terrible here! The staff are definitely not attentive to the needs of their customers. I try to avoid this place at all costs. Dont bother buying furniture from them either. We ordered a bunk bed and got a day bed instead. Horrible place and a horrible experience to go along. For a purchase of over $1000 I would like my product to be exactly what I ordered. Never again!!

I use to work in a Big Lots store. This store is one of the good ones. Clean, friendly and easy to shop. And did I say clean store and bathroom.

This is a big and decent big lots in Canada Agua New York. I like that the isles were big enough to walk through and not too cluttered with odds and ends in the middle overall I really enjoy the store the customer service people are very nice and you have a lot of options here plus grocery part of it is big and diverse

They get in new itoms from other store close outs or what they no longer want. This way they can sell nice things fore less money. They have seasonal itoms. Some food / non alcholic drinks. Kitchen to bedroom itoms & some pet supplies. Come on in and check them out before you buy in the larger more expensive stores. You just might like what you find.
