Not great. I was in self checkout which the register messed up. The lady came tried to fix it and couldnt ended up having to go to a register and have everything rang up again. I get it it happens I had put money in the machine before it messed up the manager that ended up coming to help acted like I was inconveniencing him I told him about the money and he rolled his eyes and said well he would have to check the cameras they scanned my 300 worth of stuff again and I waited for him to finally come out that took almost 20 minutes to tell me they would be over to give it back waited another over 20 minutes just for that. The other people who helped me were ok but the manager I believe his name was josh coach josh the lady wrote down wasnt very professional and honestly pretty rude. I have worked in retail I get it some things are out of their control and things happen but he could have been more professional about especially being in a position authority.

This was a pretty good experience. Returned a bike with no hassle. Seemed a bit smaller than the other superstores but no complaints because I have better experiences at smaller stores. Found a few spices that I havent seen at others. Customer service was ok.

Found the large Salonpas really easily!

I was really impressed by the employees at this Wal-Mart. Im from the Pgh area and we have two and never get this kind of service. We didnt know this store and employees kept coming up to us, trying to help us. Wow.

One thing I really like is that they had my 🍞 I needed to eat later in the afternoon. Ill thats a plus, furthermore and Im pleased they added the movie nobody the 🎥 which we been waiting for, because I asked someone if it would come and they were right but I do have a complaint, there is this employee who just walks around and dose nothing at all if you try to ask for help Which is there job! They would be really rude and not look for you and just say its not there without taking a look and I asked another person and they actually told me where it was and it was there and still there at the moment so Ill rate this a three star ⭐ because of how the employees treat you but there is some really nice people who deserve a lot more and some people who should be fired. 🔥Overall it was great I found mostly everything pretty easy and got everything I want/need for pretty cheap!

Its like a mall for food. So better than the Wegmans in my town just 15 mins away. I could shop here all day

Its easier to navigate and find things you are looking for. And it still has plenty of open cashiers!!! Hate self checkout!!Employees seem friendlier too.

Used the grocery pickup, after ordering groceries online. This service has been a life saver! Im 77 and disabled, and my mom is 97 and legally blind. As a result getting our groceries was becoming very difficult before they started the pickup option. They do an amazing job of picking out fresh produce!! There are occasionally substitutions made, but you always have the choice to accept or reject the substituted item. Very important service that they offer!!

Shelves were well stocked and cashiers are very friendly. Easy to find what I wanted and get cashed out quickly.

All the employees are very polite and will take you wherever you have to go that you dont know like I wanted to find a certain shampoo and didnt know where to find it but they took me right to it its a great place to shop it has a pharmacy and theyre very polite it has almost everything you want groceries bakery so dont miss it

Im from out of town. Almost crapped our pants when we saw you pay for a bags. Wth? When I die I have requested my family put, She hated shopping at Wal-Mart, on my tombstone. Its not the company it use to be!

This store is big and more convenient then most Walmarts in Ontario. It is spaced out well. Employees are usually more hands on and the place is staffed well.

Same as most visits.. Minimal amount of help on the floor..And as usual, not enough cashiers for the amount of customers..Did, however find everything I came for..

Two times there bfast and lunch. Jelly provided in paper sample...only syrup..no strawberry pieces. Fries are great.

If you been to one youve been to all of them. It was very clean, the layout was a little different from most Walmarts Ive been in, but you could still find your way around to what you want. My complaint would be the limited number of self checkout lines

START TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES! This place has gone down hill over the years. The management is the worst Ive seen around. Instead of COACHING AND GUIDING their employees, they just take over the situation. The employees lack of knowledge in policies, steps to take and who to reach out to if they have a question shows! IDK is a great answer for your employees to give out! Then lets get some REAL MANAGERS in there that actually care about investing in their people! I come here for convenience, but Ill be going back to Canandaigua for the simple fact that when a question is asked there, they know it!

The employees sent me right where I needed to go. When I couldnt find what I was looking for in the area it was supposed to be, I asked the gentleman nearest to me if he could help me find a certain type of item and he pulled out his cell phone Google the item or did something on his phone to look for the item found out which aisle it was in and took me directly to the item I was looking for! I wish I remembered the gentlemans name Id give him a shout out. So thank you. And merry Christmas!

I mean... Its a Walmart. None of the Walmarts Ive been to stand out. However, I do believe this one has the wood wick candles still. Those are my favorite. So it gets 4 stars for that.

I was incredibly shocked at how rude and unprofessional some of the management is at this Walmart! YIKES!! Managers Josh and Matt are really lacking in their communication and customer service skills, and the fact that they had no knowledge of their own corporate policies is just baffling for the positions they hold there. The employees clearly hate their jobs, its evident by their miserable attitudes, unstocked shelves, and filthy bathrooms. Definitely not shopping there again

Needed pet food the cat food I wanted was pushed to the back on bottom rack had to get om my hands and knees and the dog food I wanted was piled 2 high on the top rack asked another customer for help question they dont make much money on pet food

Well dont order anything for curbside pickup if you need it asap. Takes 10 hours to pick 2 items. They made me cancel my order and wait so I could purchase In store. Defeats the purpose of curb-side pickup. Not impressed

Never seen anything like it because Im from NYC. However, spectacular! Was in awe of the quantity and size of every packaged food item. A dream come true for families. BJ and Costcos stands no chance against Walmart Super Center.

I go to this Walmart quite often and for the most part the staff are kind and helpful, it’s always clean and not as busy as some of the other Walmart’s in the area. The layout is also nice and makes sense. It isn’t confusing like many other Walmart’s.

I was very impressed at how quickly the pharmacy got up and running this winter after a fire. Then, since I am a frequent consumer at the store, I watched how so many people worked so very hard to put the store back together quickly and efficiently. I was, very, very, very impressed and how quickly the whole process seemed to come together. I have always found the staff there to be very pleasant and everyone in the pharmacy is always extremely helpful!

After years of filling my prescriptions at their pharmacy I was verbally harassed over the phone for 15 minutes by Chuck their pharmacist. I called to check on a medication and when it would be ready for pick up? Mind you I had been doing this with this particular medication for over a year. Chuck the pharmacist began accusing me of abusing such medication and trying to act as my doctor. After repeating myself numerous times asking what his problem was and I just wanted a date to pick up my med and trying to defend myself....he ignored the question and continued falsely accusing me of abusing such medication. I attempted to defend myself, but he continued on until I had to hang up and transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. His behavior was nothing short of unprofessional!!!!! Absolutely disgusted

Shelves are well stocked, great customer service. Felt safe, face masks are required. No need to make two or three stops to find what I need. Wallmart has everything in this super store.THANK YOU WALLMART.

When you go from One Walmart and find an item is clearanced at one price, travel 20 minutes to another Walmart and find SAME ITEM clearanced only the prices were totally different prices. It makes you as a customer wonder if more items are being charged differently as well.

Found my stolen wallet within minutes!!Very friendly, supportive, and resourceful staff! I dropped my wallet and they were able to track down the person that picked it up and took it inside within minutes via CCTV. Really great staff!
