Best pawn shop ever! I sold a gold chain I inherited and didnt expect to get much since I always hear how pawn shops never pay much at all and youll usually only get like 10-30% of an items value. I was very pleasantly surprised when they offered me 50% of the chains market value! Laura was the person I spoke with and she was so friendly and helpful! They also had a lot of cool stuff for sale with really good prices. Whether youre selling or buying, this is the place to go!!

This is the second National Pawn I visited in the last month and was also happy with this location. Like the other one I visited I walked in and it was clean and everything nicely organized and easy to look around. I was greeted by a very nice and patient young man named Zach who assisted me with selecting some silver jewelry. Like the other location everything I was looking for was there in excellent condition and great and fairly priced. I plan to go to at least 3 more locations to shop because they are clean, well organized, fair prices but most of all nice, friendly staff who are willing to help and patiently walk you through the whole process...so THANK YOU. When so many places are forgetting about good customer service and blaming it on Covid-19..You still believe good customer service will give you returning customers and customers who will refer friends and family to your location. I definitely will too.

Amazing staff always a joy to go there prices are really good. I bought a shotgun for my wife there when we moved here the nice lady who sold it to me told me everything I needed to know about the gun. Yesterday I went in there and a gentleman sold me a iMac their layaway options are super convenient especially since I live week to week and check to check thanks for everything you guys

This is my favorite pawn shop in Gastonia!! I worked with Bree today and she helped me the second I walked through the door. I was carrying a tv and she came and opened the door for me and then immediately helped me at the counter. National Pawn’s customer service is exceptional. They are a family owned business and truly care about their customers. They even donate musical instruments to local schools! Cindy helped me as I was deciding on the camera I liked. She was accommodating and very knowledgeable. The camera I ended up choosing was priced at more than 50% off of what it’s selling for on amazon and I was given a memory stick to go along with it. They are very competitive with their prices! The store is super clean and well organized. They have a good selection of appliances, garden tools, household tools, camping equipment, DVDs and blue rays, video games/game systems, electronics of all kinds, as well as high end and costume jewelry. They even had light sabers for all the Star Wars fans! ;-) I highly recommend them!

Had an unbelievably easy and max profit experience at national pawn. The store was clean, bright, with good music playing creating a nice atmosphere. I went in looking to sell my old wedding ring, and asked for $100. Employee Bree actually offered me 140! Can you believe that? A pawn store offering more money then I was asking for. That is a true sign of a fair and upstanding business. I would recommend Bree and National Pawn to anyone and I will be a return customer. It was honestly some of the best retail service I’ve ever received.

I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR to this place worst customer service I have experienced at a pawn shop if you are country white (female) just keep driving they dont want your business rude and not willing to work a deal for us folks who are country, they had a ASTRO arcade gaming thing wanted 170 or 150 I cant recall now but I found one online better Condition and cheaper 100bucks for it but they wouldnt take less for theirs next was a Chainsaw that was sitting since August 2020 and they wouldnt even take ten bucks off they seemed like they didnt want us there so no worries myself and my family will go down the road to America pawn for its business from now on dory was the associate who helped us that day .
