I cannot say enough positive things about this location! My ring went missing and the one I wanted was not available online during this pandemic. They went above and beyond to locate the ring over the course of almost a week, keeping me updated the entire time. Since so many stores were closed it was such a task and they tracked this thing down! They even drove to the store where they found it at to pick it up! I was almost in tears when they called to say they had it! Its beautiful! I love it so much and we will definitely be returning when it comes time to get wedding bands! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Ask for Jim! After a purchase that was delayed for with no communication, thru a competitor, we went to Kay. Jim answered all our questions, provided us with multiple options, and went above and beyond to ensure my wife received the ring she has been waiting for in a timely manner. His dedication to his customers is beyond excellent, and we will continue to purchase from him in the future!

Ryan is the best employee. Kind, friendly and doesn’t pressure you at all. Feels good to see a familiar face that appreciates your business regardless if you spend 600 or 6,000. The only place my wife and I shop and Ryan is a huge reason why.

Jim and everyone else there are a pleasure to work with! Ive done business with them on multiple occasions and every time they were very sweet and patient. They go over all the options for warranty which is nice. When I did take my ring in for resize and a cleaning I received it back quicker than expected and it was beautiful! Thanks yall!!

I have purchased over 15 grand of jewelry from here and never had a single issue. I love this Kay Jewelers location and I will continue to purchase my jewelry from them. I usually say the people who have trouble at stores tend to be the people looking for trouble! I have gotten Mothers Day, Birthday, Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands gifts from here and they have all been beautiful and their insurance for your jewelry is wonderful. The general manager there is awesome and his staff are equally so!

Love this Kay location! My husband has bought several things for me here, including my engagement ring. Jim is always so friendly and works so hard to get exactly what we are looking for in every way possible. I’ve been in there to purchase other things and all of their staff is awesome but Jim is exceptional! I would highly recommend this store and I have told so many friends and family memebers that they should check this location out when they’re looking for jewelry!

I paid a premium price for a watch battery with a lifetime warranty here 6 months ago. The battery only lasted for 1 month. Ive taken my watch here three times to get the battery replaced and theyve turned me down every time.This is disgusting business practice and a scam.

The staff is always AMAZING at this location. It doesnt matter if we are shopping or if we are coming in for inspections in my jewelry, or just dropping by to have my rings cleaned, they are always the greatest!! I would never shop for jewelry anywhere else!

Weve had nothing but positive experiences here when ring shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. We ultimately purchased online because the price difference was just too much to ignore. We did end up having it resized here and didnt have any problems with the service provided and the cost.

Just an FYI their promise date when you have a piece repaired or altered is a complete lie. I had a ring altered by having some diamonds replaced with my sons birthstone. They promised me two weeks arrival date. And it was almost 3 weeks before I got it back. Each time I called to check on it they gave me attitude and told me that the promise date isnt a guarantee. Its an ESTIMATE. Well perhaps you should tell people its an estimate instead of making it sound like its a guarantee. To me, promise sounds more like a guarantee. I tragically lost my son and altered my wedding band as a tribute to his short life, obviously I wanted it back ASAP and was very disappointed when it was a week LATE. Will try another Kay in the future because these people are awful with customer service. And new jewelry will be purchased from another company. Very disappointed

DO NOT GET YOUR JEWELRY FIXED WITH THIS BUSINESS. My elderly Grandmother took a ring to have a diamond replaced (was a very special gift to her from my Grandfather). Not only did they loose a second diamond, but they broke the prong that holds the diamond in place and said she would have to pay not only for the diamond THEY lost but also for the damage done to the ring that THEY BROKE. She could not afford to get her ring fixed based on these additional costs (600+dollars), so now it sits in a little baggy hidden away. She had tears in her eyes when she showed me her ring. Im appalled at this place and have told everyone I know to avoid Kays in general. Shame on this place for trying to take advantage of the elderly.

On November 29, 2008 I took a watch that my son purchased for me in May that needed repair. The pin came out of one side. The clerk told me that I could get it back by December 18, 2008 as I wanted to wear it for Christmas.On December 18, 2008 I phoned the store, gave them my ticket number and asked if my watch was ready. It wasnt...they claimed due to the backlog of the service center, things were behind. So on December 23, I called back and still nothing....so I gave up having my watch for the holidays and decided to wait until after the holidays. On January 1, I called this store and spoke to the assistant manager who told me that they were waiting for the estimate. I said...what estimate. The watch had a limited warranty of 3 years and all it needed was a pin replacement to the bracelet. They have gave me the run around and not returned my calls. I have asked them to replace the pin and just give me the damn bill...which I dont think I have to pay. They said, they have to wait for the estimate to come back. I would not ever buy from this store....actually, I have not even been able to get in touch with corporate customer service for Kays, I was on hold for nearly an hour today.

Worst customer service ever!! Especially the store manager, I believe. She is the older black lady. I went to have everything my jewelry inspected one day and she was very rude and nasty for no reason. It was so bad I called CORPORATE and reported her name and the store number. I wish there were another KJ close by that I could go to instead for my biannual inspections but I definitely wouldnt mind driving elsewhere because the entire store staff is THAT BAD!

I bought a Citizens watch for my daughter in law for Christmas 2013, I took the watch back to the store on 02-07-2014. The face of the watch was cloudy and scratched very bad. The manager of the store was very rude. Worst customer service I have ever received. They do not care about my business. Should have bought a watch at Walmart. I will never go back to this store.
