Wed, November 3rd, 2021. Service is garbage, they texted for days about prescription being ready and went to pick it up and they would not give me my medicine. Several other occasions, gave me a 3 month supply that I couldnt afford, so I asked for a 30 day supply. Was told I have to wait 10 to 20 min, so I said I would return the next day to pick up. When I returned, they tried to hand me the same 3 month supply. When I asked for the 30 day supply, again I was told it would be another 10 to 15 min. Then, when it was finally ready, all 3 women behind the counter stood talking for 10 min, then tried to hand me the same 3 month supply a 4th time, now waiting another 20 min for my prescription. Im switching as soon as I can. This pharmacy did not used to be this bad. I hope I never have to come back, garbage... Just garbage. Please dont go there, for your own sake.
Worse experience ever!!!! Pharmacist Erica Binus is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She refuse to to give me my antibiotics, because my wife blew the horn in the drive thru to let her know we was there because we were waiting 10 minutes and their call button is broken. She came to the window with a rude attitude and told us she saw us on camera and that we didn’t have to blow the horn that she isn’t serving us. I have pneumonia in both lungs and had to go across town to get it transferred because she was having a bad day. Putting my life at risk. She doesn’t need to be working with the public, she obviously hates her job and her life by the way she carries herself. I also see this isn’t the first time someone complained about her professionalism.
Caucasian Pharmacist working March 16th with curly/crinkly dark hair was snappy with myself and the elderly lady in front of me. She doesnt need to be working in a client facing job if shes going to be so rude and unprofessional. Maybe thats not the best career option for you maam.
Great customer service
A bunch of Clowns at this store. Avoid at all cost. Slow and rude!!
Always get what I need
I only have 1 prescription and it has taken 2 days and counting. This is a regular occurrence at the W. Franklin store in Gastonia N.C. I only switched to cvs because my insurance changed and my usual pharmacy doesnt accept it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this Pharmacy. The service, for me, has been terrible .
Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. Arrived 5min early for an appointment and after waiting for 20min in line I was told that I would have to reschedule because I arrived late. Rude woman working the drive-thru then slammed the window in my face.
Horrible
Always great, everyone is very nice and polite. They even call me by name. And ask about flu shots every visit. I am getting mine done tomorrow they are processing it now.
We recently moved to crowders mountain and had to use a new CVS. To our disposition we decided to use the one on W Franklin Blvd. The first time we used it was a little over two weeks ago. My 5 year old daughter had an ear infection, she was in pain. The dr sends the RX, about 2 hours later we go to pick it up, of course it is not ready and the lady said she would expedite it. This was my first experience so I shrugged it off. Two hours later we went back again she said that it was STILL NOT ready, for us to drive around (and waste my gas) for 20 minutes. So me and my three kids I have in the back ride around for a little over 40 minutes and make our way back to the CVS. We are in line and she tells me AGAIN that it is still not ready but I can come in and wait on it. I have three kids in the back and do not want to go in or I would have went in, in the first place. So she has me ride around the building again. FINALLY ITS READY. So yesterday my daughter goes back to the dr. two weeks later and the dr gives her more medicine. (So obviously she needs it right? It’s almost two weeks of pain for our girl) the dr sends the RX on Wednesday, on Thursday at 2pm I go to pick it up thinking I’ve given them enough time to have this ready. WRONG, should have known better. So I ask her why it isn’t ready when it was sent in yesterday, obviously my kid needs it now or her dr wouldn’t have prescribed it. She doesn’t need it in a week, she needs it now. The lady says they are three weeks behind which, I get but unfortunately for them, that is not my five year old child’s problem when she needs her medication. So we leave and go home and then three hours later at around 5:30 we go back to pick up her RX for the second time. Wait in line about 20 minutes and the lady tells me again that my child’s medicine is NOT ready. So by this time I am ticked off because this is my child and she does not feel good. So my husband tells me to tell them to send it to a different CVS. We used the one in BELMONT and will just continue to use that one from now on. The lady tells me she’s sending it to the other CVS in about 30 MINUTES 🤣 this place is a joke. So my husband on his way home from work. Goes out of his way to stop by the CVS to see if it was ready. The CVS in Belmont told him it is not ready but that they would expedite it and in 10 WHOLE MINUTES my daughters RX was ready. I do not know what they do in that pharmacy on W Franklin but they sure aren’t doing what they should. Long story short BELMONT it is even though it’s way out of our way, at least we know we will get our medicine in a timely manner. It’s just unacceptable, the whole area there is just rude and lazy. I hope no one else has this experience but from the reviews I’ve read, it’s happened quite often. Shame on you CVS on W Franklin Blvd for making my blood boil while trying to make my sick child better. THANK YOU BELMONT CVS for making it a point to do your job and getting my child’s RX ready in a timely matter.
These people obviously have lots of idle time and spend it by contacting people by phone, who are not their customers (and for my part, never will be), several times a day, being a public nuisance. CVS needs to exercise more control over their affiliates. Im never bothered by their competition whom I purchase from. Take that as a suggestion.
Everytime I had to get an order they would not have the medicine at the stores or they would take a long time to get it ready usually I would have to wait until the next day or Monday. Now I get my prescription from Walgreens and they have my stuff ready for less than 30min.
Had Dr. call in prescription for cold meds; used this pharmacy because it was on the way home from work and was not feeling well. BIG MISTAKE. Computer issues which is the third time this has happened when I have decided to use this pharmacy. The previous 2 times I just walked out. The scene behind the pharmacy counter was a cluster buster. Store is dirty and disorganized and there is anti-theft devices on most of the product so you have to chase down associates (usually 2 on site) to unlock whatever goods you are wanting to buy. Make sure you have paper prescriptions so when your experience goes sideways you can pick up your script and go elsewhere like across the street to Walgreens or Target.... this place is a hot mess.
Sitting in drive thru for 15+ minutes while the workers just look at me and take there precious time.. Place has gone down hill.
Horrible. They are rude very and not helpful.
What a low budget cvs no good products and the pharmacy nothing but a bunch of ghetto trash
They threw out my prescription information while transferring it to another CVS, forcing that other CVS to have to call my doctor and get my information back in the system. Furthermore, the employees often have idle chatter with known customers, making the others have to wait on the employee to be done before they can get their prescription and leave. Lastly, they often have problems with actually having the prescription when they send you a text that its done and say youll have to wait an hour to refill the prescription that was supposed to already be there. Worst pharmacy Ive ever had to get prescriptions from.
Waited for the better half of an hour to pick up meds that were ready after the employee ignored us waiting and saw other customers who pushed their way in front of us.
