Fixed my switch and walked Me through the steps of what he fixed and how he did it.

Held onto my Xbox for 2 weeks and I constantly had to call to get them to work on it. Couldn’t even fix it either so a total waste of time.

Had a VR helmet that had a wire chewed by a dog. Mike was able to repair it fairly quickly. Though this is probably outside the realm of the normal repair work they do, it was performed flawlessly. Highly recommended!

My sons PS4 pro had a problem with the HTMI cable connector. I took to Gamer EMT and they repaired it quickly and at a reasonable rate. Id recommend them to anyone for electronic repairs.

They held my PC for 2 weeks and wiped one of the hard drives without giving me any advance warning. Don’t bring your device there unless you’re willing to lose all the data on it!

The employee helping me seemed to have very little care for what I needed or any desire to help, told me hes got too many other things to worry about my consoles issues, and that I am likely wrong about whats wrong even after giving him the error code my console gave me. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

If there had been an option to select 10++ stars I would have picked that. My sons (who has Autism) Nintendo switch had a microsd card reader problem. I was so worried he would be without the system for days while it was being fixed. But these gentlemen are on top of it! They had it fixed and ready in under an hour. My son did not miss his nightly game time and I am so thankful. Gamer EMT was easy to find, parking was not a problem, the staff very professional and I cant stress understanding enough! I ended up coming a little late and close to closing, but they were able to have my cracked iPhone 7 screen fixed in 45 minutes tops! I went down the road for a bite to eat and then back to the store. I had called around to get people’s prices, but everyone was so pricy! They told me on the phone that it was $80, and stuck true to their word. The lady at the front was very nice! And so was the man in the back fixing my phone. Very appreciative! The only thing to keep in mind is they close fairly early, at 3. So make sure you get there on time! Will definitely be coming back for all my tech needs!

Dropped my daughter’s Iphone off for a new battery, when I picked it up there was a problem with the home button (so I went right back in). The guy stopped what he was doing to fix it. Great service and honest. I checked the prices before I went and I estimate they saved me at least $30.00. Went in for a joycon drift issue on my Nintendo Switch. Within 30-45 minutes it was totally fixed! Guy working was super friendly, and knew exactly what to do to help. And i thought it would be a more expensive fix than it was, which is always a bonus! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Melvin and Mike today. I had shattered my Note 4 screen and I couldnt see my screen at all. I was very upset because I didnt have all of my pictures backed up on my phone of my 3 & 4 year old boys. These two were extremely friendly, fast (same day quick solutions) and they think outside of the box. They were able to save my pictures and replace my phone for very reasonable price that came from the heart! They have a customer for life in me. Mike and his partner were friendly and knowledgeable. Although they could not diagnose my Ps4 Pro (1st Gen) issue, he did the work I had requested which so far has fixed the issue. The loud jet noise has not yet occurred during my gaming sessions.Job: Thermal Paste replacement Arctic MX-4 thermal compound.If youre in a rush, it could take 3-5 business days.

I was looking for someone to fix my sons PlayStation 4. One day it just stopped reading the discs. I came across Gamers EMT on a Facebook post and decided to give them a try. My wife had taken my sons PS 4 to CPR in Gastonia on Monday. They told her they would not have anyone to repair it until Tuesday. She went to picked it up and the employee told her he had replaced the HDMI port, but was unable to fix the issue and that we should contact Sonny PlayStation support. I do want to add that CPR did not charge us.Today, I decided to give it one more try and took it to Gamer EMT after reading the online reviews. I went into the store and told Mike what the issue was. In about an hours time he had the PS 4 working.If you ever need repairs done to your gaming console, cell phone, etc please give Gamer EMT a try first. Took my phone to get screen fixed. They had it fixed fast but right away my phone screen didnt want to work. Id have to reset the phone two or three times to get it to work. Then from having to restart it I guess the screen got so hot it cracked the screen and is coming out of the frame of the phone. Y phone barley works and I wont ever go back there. Instead of fixing there mess up from screen they want me to pay them again to fix it.
