I went to the Boost Store in Linconton NC 28092 and. Was asking them to help me with my phone that Im still making payment on. The lady that said she was the manager. Doped my phone while taking out of the case and broke my screen. When I told her that she broke my phone.She denied it. Then she told me if I dont get out of the store she would call the cops. So I left and called then called Boost Mobile still couldnt prove it.

I went into boost looking for a new phone plan when I walked in it was very warm felt like no air was on once I decided on a phone the lady behind the desk asked which plan I would like to do the 35 or the 50 dollar one before I told her which one I wanted she walked off to look at the phone case for the phone I was going to buy when she came back I told her I would like to do the 35 dollar plan she said oh we cant do that with this phone you have to do the 50 dollar with this phone I dont understand why she would give me options if I could only go with one price. Went to metro mike took amazing care of me.

Switched to another provider. Got tired of having to hold my phone up in the air to get a good signal. Signal is dropped frequently.

I use boost, but this place honestly made me want to switch. No phones in store except cheap ones ( i was looking for stylo 4)... The woman behind the counter was trying to sell me on stuff i didnt need or want...better off visiting another location or go on line.

They lie. You go in to adjust uour account, changes arent made, then youre hit with charges that shouldnt have appeared. When you call, theyre smarmy and obnoxious, and in person? They just want you out of the store. I wish to God Id never left Metro PCS....I didnt think another carrier could possibly have worse service. Im cancelling after this month.

Took forever to activate and buy 4 phones because they employee was on his personal phone answering calls. Long lines and very rude/loud customers.

The customer service rep who helped us today was VERY rude!!! Unenthusiastic about his job and we will NOT be going back. He was so rude that I went and got a new phone company.

Service was slow.. and kind of rude.. really dark.. and not a lot of options for phones.. and the displays were broken and run down..Parking lot had vomit and very nasty..

They just chillin in there lol they ask me what plan I want just to change everything at the last min and I kno about the iPhone they scammed somebody with I dont recommend to anyone metro on west franklin all day!!!
