The associate was incredibly helpful and gave my wife and me plenty of room and time on each bed to allow us enough time to make a decision. There was never any pressure and it made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you again and we are looking forward to this new journey and for restful sleep again.

So, I wish I had thought about reading reviews before purchasing our sleep number. We hate it. It is nothing like it is advertised to be. I thought it was going to make all my dreams come true, pun intended and it hasn’t provided not one night of decent sleep in over 30 days. Guess what?! I can’t return the adjustable base. Shame on me for being so sold on a product based on the assumption that the advertisements were true. Shame on sleep number for their extremely misleading advertisements and the very misleading “100 night in home trial” that only allows you to return a mattress???!!! (Which can’t be resold) But not an adjustable base?!!! Someone please explain this insanity! For those wondering, what’s so wrong with the sleep number? Well, the advertisements state that you can adjust the sleep number to your PREFERRED setting and yet when we set the sleep number to our preferred softer setting it feels like we sleeping in a small hole directly on the adjustable base. It’s horrific. So, without another option we are sleeping with a firmer setting and it feels like I’m sleeping on my hardwood floor. I feel like I just caught 3k$ on fire. Also, the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Buyers beware!!!

The experience at the sleep number store was fabulous! The associate was very knowledge about all the products and answered all questions. If you are looking to buy or have just heard about the sleep number beds, go in for the experience. The visit may change the way you look at the sleep number beds altogether. Thank you!

I did not make a purchase, I went in with every intention of making a purchase due to speaking with associate on the phone. Financing was a big plus that drew me to the place, (my credit isn’t great though) with knowing this I also informed the associate at the store, after this being open I was told about secondary financing. My mind I’m thinking the secondary financing is a sure thing! But it isn’t I wasn’t even offered secondary financing even though I was told there is... would I recommend this place to someone looking for a bed? Maybe if you have cash or great credit sure! But if you are similar as me then you will want to think very long and hard about wether the financing is the way to go for this purchase from this store.

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable about the different sleep number beds. I felt comfortable around him. He was not pushing for me to buy the bed. I respect him for that. He explained everything and even has us to lay on beds and helped us find our numbers. Thank you Scott.

The salesperson seemed knowledgeable, informative & was pleasant. The beds seem to be as advertised but you need to be prepared for the prices. They also sell bedding & accessories to enhance the comfort of your sleep number bed or increase the comfort of your present sleep experience.

I rate this as a 10. We have never been more excited to share how our sleep has been so peaceful and long lasting with the comfort of our #5 sleep number. I, myself am a comfortable soft 45 while my husband is a firm 90. Wished we could go back and do it 10 years ago because we would!! Thank you sleep number for changing our lives!!

Great experience!!My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress for about a year now and it appeared that there would be no good outcome as we are on opposite ends of the firmness scale. And then.... Sleep Number, and Jill. We stopped in the sleep number store in Gastonia North Carolina and Jill made us feel very confident that our purchase was the absolute best thing we could’ve done. She explained in detail exactly how it works and we got to try the exact bed that we purchased. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to get us to buy more than what we wanted. Wonderful experience...so excited to get my new sleep number bed.

Our sales representative was Cory who was very nice, not at all pushy, and who mostly told the truth. Overall my experience was normal, what you would expect from checking out a mattress store. The reason for the 2-star review has to do with the fact that I was considering a financing plan (as you probably know these are expensive mattresses). I was going to put down $500 and make payments on the remainder. Cory checked my data and said the financing would cover a maximum of $2,000 which was just $400 shy of going through with the deal. So that concluded the Sleep Number mattress shopping. What upset me was that a few days later I received a Sleep Number credit card in the mail, which I wasnt made aware of, so I felt it was a sneaky move. Had Cory told me this was going to happen, perhaps I would have declined from the beginning, or actually more likely I would have agreed to continue, but I should have been given a clear choice in the matter (and yes Im sure it was right there in all the fine print). Is it possible that the employees get a kick-back from signing people up on these credit cards? I dont know! But I didnt like the way the store went about it, hence this review.I have since canceled the card and I dont foresee any further surprises on the matter.

Went to the store with my fiancée to get some information about the bed.The sales lady did a phenomenal job, but she did mislead us stating the bed P6 would do this and that for you. I paid more than $9,000 for this bed. The delivery experience was more than traumatic. The promises about what this bed does for you I’m still waiting. Just to think about go through the headache to send this bed back...awful experience.

I have renewed my love for sleep number. The sales person Kheirston answered all of my questions and gave me even more info than I thought existed. She is thoroughly knowledgeable and so happy to help. I would recommend her and this store:)

This bed is unlike any other. Nothing out there can compare. The features are absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was 10 out of 10. Its was a wonderful experience and we look forward to many wonderful nights of sleep

My wife and I went to the store to look for a new mattress, The sales people were very friendly and took the time with us to show us the beds and the features that they had. We did end up purchasing the C2 mattress. It took a week to deliver and they charged us a $200 delivery fee. They told us if you dont like the mattress then you 100 days free to try it and if we dont like it that they will come get it no questions asked. What they didnt tell us is that they are charging us another $200 to pick it up. When I called customer service they said were sorry sir the papers you signed in the store in the fine print states we charge to pick it up. That was never discussed and they said there is nothing that they can do about it. I called the store and talked to the sales lady and she said that she forgot to mention that and for me to call customer service again and talk to someone else. I did and they told me the same thing. So dont believe Sleep Number when they say its 100 nights free because its not its $400 plus tax. We will not be referring anyone to this company.

Jill was fabulous!!! She doesn’t talk to you like just a salesperson, she talks to you like a friend. She was wonderful with our toddler while we were looking at items in the store. We bought the iLE 360... I love that we have 100 nights to try it out, without that, I doubt we would’ve spent the amount we spent.The warranties on everything are really great!! We have friends and family waiting to see how much the bed makes in our sleeping, then hopefully we will be sending a lot of people to see Jill! Very informative and knew exactly what I was needing and looking for. I cant wait to get my bed Im already in love with the pillow!!! The sales woman answered all questions with great knowledge!

Jill was awesome. She took us through our fitting and explained how each of the features affected our sleep. Only thing was the store didnt have a California King for comparison.

The beds are great....the customer service is less than quality especially for amount you are spending on one of their beds. The first representative was overly zealous. We asked her at minimum three times to give us a couple minutes to discuss what we wanted to do. She literally gave us about a minute and was right back ...she followed us outside to our vehicle when I had stepped out to make a call. Then she told us (assumingly because we had not made up our mind yet) that if someone else came in she would have to work with them...uuuhh thanks for the heads up (which was unnecessary). I finally just told my husband to do what was needed so we could leave. ( This is the short version) My husband and I very disappointed in the customer service. I called and spoke with the manager and thought that would be the end of it. That was not the case....when he went to return to sheets that we felt were forced on us to buy...he was greeted with an argumentative customer service representative who wanted to complain to him about me calling the manager. (Again this is the short version) I then reached out to corporate for help and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service at this level. I was apologized to several times and they even went over and beyond in their quest to make up for the poor first and second impressions that we had established from the store itself. The bed was delivered and set up without incident... the deliveryman were pleasant and very professional. (This is the final and had a much better outcome than anticipated) Shout out to the awesome customer service at corporate!!!

The staff at the Gastonia store were very friendly and helpful. The sleep number beds have a lot to offer both in comfort and technology.

I came in close to closing time, and the staff was super kind and helpful. The store is clean and organized, and the products are top notch. They spent a good 20 mins fitting me with the right pillow (we already had the sleep number bed). They even made sure to put me on a bed similar to my own with my sleep number and head adjusment to ensure the pillow is right for me. Wonderful experience and will definitely return.

Great experience. Sleep number has an Apple like lineup of beds. All the models of mattresses are quality from top to bottom.

Although we were greated right away the selection at this store limited. We found a better deal locally in our town.
