I believe this establishment has to be the best in auto repair in the great state of North Carolina. Extremely professional on all aspects of the experience. Communication from the front office was phenomenal, the labor hours were great and without an inconvenience to my experience. They are up to date on technology and their online service made it really easy to communicate back to the shop. I would like to add during this hard time of a pandemic they made it very affordable for me to take care of three service lights, including a check engine light on my IS 250 Lexus. Once again by far one of the best business Iv ever done work with.

They were AMAZING!! I took my Infiniti to them and when I called them.on the phone to tell them what was wrong with it they instantly knew what they needed and and how to fix it. They are extremely nice and I really appreciate all the work theyve done to my car.. It even seems to run better than the day I got it! And the best part is the prices are great and they dont try to over sale you for parts, whatever parts they dont use they send it back and they charge you for it! Brought my vehicle over there with a trailer for trailer lights thats what they do and they wouldnt work on it could not give me a specific time when it could be repaired or when I could even bring it in pretty lame
Its the best automotive Ive been into thats the most welcoming and engaging as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere is very peaceful there. I have not had my car completely serviced just yet but Im super impressed. Prayerfully everything turns out great and if so, I will be a loyal customer.
After my Volvo broke down I decided to have it towed to Millers Automotive based on the reviews I read on Google maps.When the tow truck driver dropped me off at Millers auto. After things were taken care of at the front desk, one of the staff drove me home.After over 2 weeks in their shop I was finally able to get my car. Since I didnt have my licence (only a permit) one of the staff drove me to the bank to get thier payment which was approx. $100 less Than the estimate from one of their staff.The AC check they performed even managed to get my AC working again(though I cant say how).Overall I was pleased with Millers service. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail. Very thoughtful.

Zach, and the crew there go above and beyond to help you. They have worked on our 2003 Mercedes CLK 430 several times and made accommodations for us through AAA. Their shop is super clean and you can tell Customer Service is their first priority!! This feels like a Christian company!!
This is now my last resort shop. At one time, they were my go to shop. Prices have gotten ridiculously high, and then miss diagnosed not one car, but two cars of ours.One of the newer, counter person, Zach is very rude and I will never deal with him again.We were going to Millers for over 15 years, and NEVER have I ever been treated so poorly until Zach got snippy with me when I was just trying to give some insight on my car. Not demanding anything, or correcting him, just telling him of what I learned of my car.Im sadden by the quality of work, and the professionalism of the front desk now.Wish Scott and Kathy were back, because we would come back in a heart beat, even though the prices are super high now.
I took my Ford Ranger to a national chair tire store to have new battery cables, state inspection and oil change. When I went back to the store they had me drive it about 20 miles so they could do the emissions check. Near the end of the 20 mile drive the clutch started acting strange. When I got back to the chain tire store all the clutch fluid leaked out. It was not losing any fluid when I took it to the tire store on Wilkinson Blvd . They said I needed a new clutch and they could do the job. To make a long story shorter. Every time I went to pick it up it wouldnt shift with the motor running. I drove in second gear to Millers as a friend recommended them. In short they repaired my clutch issues successfully and found that the parts installed by the tire store were defective or improperly installed. After Millers repair I went to the DMV to get my tag renewal. Then I found that the tire store who I paid to complete the inspection did not complete the inspection process even after I paid them to do so. In short, most chair tire stores do not have qualified people to do any work not related to tires.In short Millers have great pricing with quality workmanship for all your automotive needsDan B.

My family has used Millers since they opened. I now have 4 cars that they service and make repairs minor and major. They have very reasonable prices and are very reliable and work is guaranteed. They also offer pick up and delivery of your car and will also give their customers a lift. Would never think of taking my cars anywhere anywhere else. Very trustworthy and reliable.
I live a couple of hours away, but had come to the area following up on a used vehicle that I had planned to purchase. An absolute must for me in the decision-making process was having the vehicle evaluated by someone NOT associated with the dealer. I called around to find someone who could provide this service for me. There were a few specific items that I wanted to be certain were checked. One shop quoted me some assess and advise service that was already more than three times what the price at Millers would be AND did not address some of the specifics that were of interest to me. That, would be extra, of course. For an incredibly reasonable price, Millers did a 156-point check of the vehicle, covering everything of importance to me and then some. Since Millers knew that I dont live near there, there would have been no incentive for them to lead me on with disclosure of a few small items for which they could have ensured an easy fix. Instead, I got exactly the thorough, truthful and reasonably priced report that saved me from making an expensive mistake. Knowing that I can rely on Millers allows me to feel very comfortable in expanding the geographical parameters of my vehicle search.
My car broke down 1 week after having the alternator and battery replaced. I had my car towed to Millers Automotive, they diagnosed and repaired the problem at an affordable rate the same day. My experience with Millers Automotive was great they are honest professional and qualified!
Weve been taking all our vehicles to Millers for the past several years. I frequently drive out-of-state and always have Millers take a look at my car before I go. Weve had big repairs, small repairs, and routine maintenance done, and were always informed of all the details so that we can make an informed decision. Its nice to have a repair shop I can trust!
Best place to take your car or truck for work. Not only do they do excellent work all their employees are professional and so nice. They will not lie to you about your vehicle to get more money out of you. Honest, dependable, Christian family business and the best Automotive.
Kathy (front desk) is great and goes out of her way to make sure my experience is excellent. I usually bring children with me and we wait in the cleanest waiting room in town. Or, if I need to go home, they provide someone to drop me off and pick me up later when the car is ready. You wont find a better place to have your car serviced or repaired.
Recently a first time customer of Millers and can say without hesitation, I will be a returning customer. Very quick, efficient, and honest. Instead of letting me spend money on parts I didnt need (as told by a different shop), they told me exactly what my car needed and saved me over $100. If youre looking for a mechanic, give them a try. You wont be disappointed!

Okay. Okay. Well I honestly would say that communication is Key. I was dealing with Zack to begin with. My car was serviced but got it home the first time after spending 700.00 and it would not start .....After getting it towed back to shop they said it was all set but needed a additional part for 300.00 but they got it to Start. I opted not to get part put on and Drove home. Had the car for less then a Day and it didnt Start AGAIN. They Towed my car for a second time and I asked for Owner after all this....Ben(owner)and I spoke about this part and car not starting again. They did fix the issue and put the part on for free, Thankful!! However once I got it back after it was all said and Done. I needed a wheel alignment and tires!!! I Thank Them for helping get me back on the road but Ive never had so many issues with a Auto Shop. I would suggest reading reviews and talking to locals before choosing any Shop! Also Diversity would Be Great!!! Im Just Glad to have my vehicle back Rolling because Im 9 months pregnant! For the future Im letting my hubby deal with the car stuff!!!!!

The gauge cluster in our truck had been out for some time. We took it to millers and they had it diagnosed and fixed with in an hour. Excellent, knowledgable, and professional service. Highly recomend them.
We have used Miller’s for over 12 years, four different vehicles along the way. We have never been dissatisfied with their recommendations, service, price, or employees. Frequently we have been told which items could wait and what needed to be done now. They will run us home if it’s going to be a long wait. Friendly front desk people (ask for Kathy!) and mechanics are very friendly as well. Love Miller’s as do many family friends of ours!

Had my vehicle towed there on a Thursday afternoon after five. Came out from work and vehicle wouldn’t start. They called me Friday morning with what was wrong. I truly regret having to write this review but i am left with this as the only option. I visited Millers today as i have 3 times in the past. Today I was doing an alignment, oil change and inspection. I was told by the lady at the front counter that my front brakes had 1mm left and needed to be replaced. I can fill you in with some more details about the confusion of whether it was the front or the back but I will save you the dramatics. Not only did she share this information with me but she made it overly dramatic. However, I replace my brakes about a year-and-a-half ago. Front and rear. When she told me I needed my brakes replaced I informed her of this and she debated with me as if I was stupid. Considering Im driving to Detroit Michigan on Thursday to pick up my six year old daughter I decided to go ahead and pick up some brake pads from AutoZone and replace them. Of course once I had everything taken apart to replace the pads I realized that I had more than 50% of my pads remaining. Of course this came as no surprise considering I never heard my brakes squealing giving me the signal that it was time to replace them. So not only am I disappointed in the time wasted. Not just mine but others as well. Im completely blown away that I was lied to you for the benefit of Millers. So again, it really breaks my heart to have to write this review but it is what it is. Be aware and make sure youre not getting the wool pulled over your eyes before you commit to any extra services at Millers Automotive.

I have been using Millers for many years and have been very pleased with their work. The negative reviews are not the norm as I know many people trust them exclusively with their auto service. The staff at Millers is great to provide a ride back to work or to pick you up after your car is ready, and they always explain what is wrong and get your permission before fixing the problem. You will know what you will get before they perform the work, so if you think it is not reasonable, you can decline the work.

I came in to get my air fixed and paid $900ish to get it fixed. Drove it 3 weeks and the air went out. They did a leak test in the beginning. When we bring it back it has a leak in the hose. It was a $600ish repair. I drove it 2 more weeks and my air is out for the 2nd time. Also they removed the cover to get to my battery in the car and the track guard for my seat (my battery is inside the car instead of the hood) they never put it back on. They just left it thrown in the floor. They charged me for coolant the second time which I dont believe I should have been charged because they were paid to check for leaks the first time and I ended up with a leak in the house. Im very disappointed with how they handled my car. Now I paid out $1,700 and have no air at all. I would not recommend Miller automotive to anyone. I also have a child that has sensory issues and severe adhd and when he is over heated he has meltdowns and gets itchy and cries. We have to go to Statesville 3x a week and my poor baby has to suffer riding in our car that has no air thanks to the work of this mechanic.IN RESPONSEBTO THE OWNERS COMMENT:if you really look out for.your customers my air would have been fixed the first time. Not only did yall not fix it the first time.... You even had a second chance to fix it and you didnt. Zach worked on my car both times. Obviously he doesnt know what hes doing. Yall only look to make money and rip people off. Be honest with yourself. Yall got $1,700 off of me for nothing. I will never be back!

Horrible service made me wait 45 extra mins even when I had an appointment, then my car wich is a new car didn’t passed the inspection because my side lights blink too fast ! I explained that I bought the car like that and they said take it to the dealer or to the Dmv and make them ceritified that the lights are ok ! Judge by your self !!

Im a homeless that works hard for my money or I pawn my equipment to pay my way..this company gip me out of my cash..i sent my car to them twice and Im still having wiring problems I suppose to pick back up work load but now Im stuck again and Im out of 200$.this sucks.i wouldnt recommend this company to no one.its hard enough for me and my situation.to get ripped off in the process just shows what kind of racial barriers are still present where Im from and how people decide to judge.if this company will do a guy who has nothing like this I can just imagine what other quick patch work crap they do to others.I dont want a refund.this the stuff that needs to stop in America.

I took my vehicle to millers for an overall inspection and to help solve a lack of power issue. after almost 2 weeks i got my vehicle back with a dead battery, bum altenator, and they put a crummy distributer on it. they didnt charge me much but my vehicle has been towed and put in 3 different shops since. I honestly wouldnt feel right letting them rotate a tire for me. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! I now recommend Loftins off New Hope Rd.
Extremely over-priced. Received an estimate for repair work that was outrageous...checked the price for parts against the estimate and was charged over $100 more...since then I have heard numerous complaints from auto parts retailers and individuals about their highly padded bills...

Very disappointed in Millers I went to get my air fixed they tried to charge me 500 dollars giving I took it there paid 219 dollars still no air so I ask whats going on he loses me so I ask him what I need he says the parts will be another 300 and some change no way was I giving any more of my hard earned money so I took it to Queens garage in York, SC with whom I should have stuck with in 30 mins I had air only a 100 dollars
