I am seriously considering leaving T-Mobile they cannot keep me connected to the internet and Il pay almost $60 a month for that amount of money I should not ever have a problem keeping my connecting to the internet and/or keeping my phone service working.
I was nervous about switching companies and the woman (kesha) helped me out so much she was a blessing. I will come hear for now on.

Worse place of business ever. The customer service sucks. I went in for a new phone and the guy said i qualified for upgrade ok fine but I was intrested in the stylo 2 which was out of stock and he showed me more phone that were available so I said why not just get the stylo 3 but that was also out of stock..so i asked which phone would be better he told me they were all good and that the lg k20 was good and the camera was great so i made that my choice. He didnt tell me anything about the return policy but i would had hoped that i wouldnt had needed it anyway but om sure it would had been nice if mentioned. I got home played with the phone and the contrast was horrible followed by the camera that i was assured would be awesome and the phone is just not a upgrade the lg k7 seemed more up to date then the 20.I called the store and asked about a return and i gave my reasons for wanting to return the guys blatantly told me to turn the light on maybe i need better lighting..i also heard another employee tell me in the background to ise snapchat instead..what type of business is this trust you will never gwt my service again

Walked into the store the other day, most unprofessional staff member there. There was an older woman with long locs, just rude. Cussing and didn’t even greet me. I initially went in to get (7) company phones but, ultimately left with nothing. At that point I was already furious and just left. I do not know her name but, I wish I would have had it so that I can call corporate. She was absolutely disgusting, her whole demeanor was unprofessional. She needs to find a new job with her horrible attitude and horrible mouth piece.

They stole my moms money. She purchased a phone and because she is an older woman the man working there took advantage and instead of paying for the monthly activation he must have took the money and kept it. Worst phone place ever. My mom told the manager and he was defending him.

Were here to pay my cell phone I hate that they charge me an extra $2 to pay my cell phone bill here I guess Im a little cheap or Frugal but I just dont like to pay fees
