I went in to this location 1 day prior to hosting my Husbands 30th Birthday Party/Canelo fight night. I had no real idea what I what wanted as decorations but, as the procrastination Queen that I am, I knew I needed to get it done ASAP! Nikki assisted me in creating everything from goodie bags to games! She even helped me design a HUGE birthday banner with the help of another FedEx rep, and photoshop guru, Luke. They were not able to print the banner at this location as it is a smaller store but they were able to send it to be printed at another FedEx store located miles away. When it was compete, Nikki drove herself to the other location (ON HER DAY OFF) and delivered our banner back to this location inside of Walmart just to make sure it was ready for me to pick it up hours before my party started. I had never met either representative from FedEx prior but I was treated like a member of their own families. I would HIGHLY recommend this FedEx location to any and everyone and I will never go to another store for printing/packaging/mailing services again! This is a company who knows how to retain their customers! THANK YOU SO MUCH NIKKI AND LUKE!!!!!

Fedex is absolutely the worst receiving experience Ive ever had. I ordered a chair from Utah and fedex, not only lost the correct addess to ship to. They lost it, i called and informed them of the correct address, they set it to be delivered to yet another incorrect address in another city. I called and informed then of this and that it wasnt going to the right place and they STILL SCREWED IT UP and sent it to the wrong place Absolutely unacceptable when that is literally the job description of the company.Use any other company Im sure theyd do better.

In regards to FedEx Office print & ship center - located in Walmart supercenter- 555 w. Interstate 30, Garland, TX 75043.I walked into this location unsure of the steps for shipping a package, and a little uneasy since it was an important box. Nikki was the lone employee visible in the store, which was full of customers using the many services in the shop. Even in such a hectic environment, she managed to answer every one of my questions, put to rest each one of my fears, and still provided exemplary service to every other customer in the store simultaneously.Nikki provides competent, efficient, and friendly support and she should be recognized for her obvious commitment to quality service.She made sure that I was aware of the expected delivery window, gave me options for tracking the package, and even taped up my package for me, all while staying attentive to the other customers in the store. A very positive experience overall, I now know I can ship a package with confidence from this location.

Great service & shipping. Paul was able to package my item and ship it with Fedex Ground. Having this place here for printing and shipping makes going to Walmart a 1 stop for many activities.
