I entrusted this place with a very important money order that was time sensitive and needed to get to a lawyer. I even paid extra to ensure next day shipping. Unfortunately, the check never arrived and when I called FedEx, they said it was never picked up from the facility. I tried to get the issue resolved but no help was offered. Only defensive behavior. Completely unwilling to admit wrong doing. I brought my shipping needs there with the understanding that my product that I paid for would be cared for appropriately. Sadly, my money order has never been recovered and the payment was not made in time. Very poor customer service

Was fortunate to find Pak Mail was one of the services my auction company uses. They went beyond what most companies would do to ensure my items would be packed securely and did it in such a way that it would save me half the cost. They took the time to work with me and was very understanding of my needs I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend Pak-mail Garland TX.

This used to be my go to place for shipping for my 2nd business.Unfortunately lately shipments have been arriving super late which is a reflection of my business.If I drop a package off at first thing Saturday morning and the gentleman tells me the carrier has not yet picked up, only to get notified Tuesday that my package was just now accepted by my local usps is unacceptable.From now on, I’ll just go directly to USPS.

Be aware!!! I dropped off a package here it was to be never seen again!!! No one knew where it was or how to track it, this was the last location the package was before it was lost! Do business elsewhere!

Got what I needed done, but the ownerseemed irritated that day.He was nice to me, but his two other customers he was very rude to. Complete with a bad tone, facial expression, and exasperated sighs.Altogether fair prices, gets the job done without a line at the Post Office.
