The Store Owner David is Awesome. I got my Low Beams updated from the Factory Halogens to LEDs and he was a great help explaining what was all involved in updating my lights. I had a great experience earlier today. I met the owner and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and actually took the time to replace the headlight on my truck himself. I was given the wrong idea about the company by a former employee who is thankfully no longer there. I saw nothing but outstanding customer service earlier and not one customer seemed upset or irritated even with the short staff on availability. If you are trying to make an appointment at this location, keep in mind this establishment is short staffed like many other business due to covid. I was told the garland location will be up and running soon, in the meantime stick to texting the number on the door and someone will reach out with an appointment time.

I have gotten LED headlights along with the lifetime warranty from the store in Garland previously and the guy who was there a year ago was really helpful and had excellent customer service. I have recently went back to the Garland location to purchase fog lights and have them installed. The new guy at that store is very rude and lacks customer service skills. I asked him if they were about to close the first the he says is what do you need, when I stated what I needed he turns around to tell me the customer who was in store at the time was his last customer. I will not be going back to the Garland location when I am a paying customer to revive rude and horrible customer service.

I went today to get my 2018 Expedition headlights replaced with LED bulbs. In and out within an hour! Super nice guys who know what they’re talking about. Highly recommend!!

I went in yesterday to get some new headlights for my 2010 Mazda 6 I was greeted by David he was very friendly and knowledgeable about all sorts of lighting options and even demo’d a few options for me I decided on LED lights he got me taken care of in less than an hour even gave me a discount my car looks awesome with the new lights the install was quick and professionally done much praise to David and this shop for a overall great and painless experience I would highly recommend them for any light installs thanks for all the help keep doing great! I went here for two years for anything related to lights for my vehicles. There was always a guy named Devin that would absolutely provide the best customer service. I went back last week to purchase more kits, but before I did another guy there informed me Devin is no longer there. So I proceed to ask him to review a light for me, but he immediately was hesitant to provide service. After he asked me a few questions, I could tell he had no desire to review the light i asked for. Needless, to say, I will not be purchasing anything from this place again and without Devin there its pointless to even get good service.

Amir always has the right stuff for any application. Did a set of wheel ring lights on My wifes Suburban that do color chasing and turn signal and brake lights turns heads everywhere she goes, and some RGB rock lights. Also did a 52 curved light bar on my GMC 3500 and really lights up the night at the deer lease. Highly recommend!

Brought them my Jeep to have the headlights switched out. They had to drop the bumper, which requires the front fender flares to be removed. Both fender flares fell off the next day while I was driving.I’ve contacted them 20+ times, and I was finally able to obtain the phone number of “the owner” who promised he would “make it right”. It’s been 60+ days and still no resolution.

Had all of my stock interior and exterior lights upgraded, was in and out in an hour. Reasonably priced and they didn’t have to remove my front bumper (other people said that it would have to). Super happy with how it looks, I can see more clearly at nice and they look awesome.

I went here to get an 8 piece rocklight kit, a LED bar on my roof and a LED bar for my grille for my lifted F-150, the staff were super professional and I was able to get quoted and helped with an audio system while my install was taking place. For what I had done to my truck they got me in and out of there fairly quickly and were very helpful and informing on what they were doing to my truck because I am very picky. If you’re in the DFW metroplex area and looking for any vehicle lighting I would 110% recommend going to TopHids.

We paid over $400 cash and it has been a complete nightmare the lights never worked properly after the 1st day and now they DONT WORK AT ALL..Now I completely understand that sometimes things don’t function as they should, but this company, won’t even respond to any calls, texts, emails, or anything.. my husband finally spoke to the guy that actually helped us while we were at the store.. and he told us that the ONLY WAY THEY WILL HELP US IS IF WE EITHER:1. Drive the car from Vegas to Texas (1,500 miles) to the shop2. Which I saw for myself..he advised me That the company won’t return his calls, he texted a cell phone of a person that he thought was the owner, that person has promised him 3 times that he would get a call the following day which Never happened according to him..So for what I can personally attest to the lights don’t work at all..I can also attest the amount he pa aid because I saw the invoice..I can also attest to him speaking with someone for the 1st time on Thursday that wanted him to pay for someone to uninstall the current lights and mail them back and it’s up to him to pay to have the new ones installed.. I heard that with my own 2 ears..I can say that I wouldn’t ever do business with a company that treated me like that..and from the facts that I know about the situation I wouldn’t be happy as a customer either.. I think he is informing a lot of his friends and family about this is well because he is not happy...I don’t blame him, because I wouldn’t be happy either..So, TAKE WHAT YOU WANT, and LEAVE THE REST, but that’s MY 2 CENTS about it..

HERES MY OVERALL, 100% HONEST REVIEW OF THE STORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY OF PRODUCTS, AND QUALITY OF SERVICE/INSTALLATION...I was traveling from LAS VEGAS TO FLORIDA and I decided to stop at one of the locations to upgrade to an HID 10k headlight kit, and also I had a neon LED LIGHTS INSTALLED UNDER MY DASH..THE 2 EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT..But aside from that EVERYTHING ELSE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.. this whole situation reminds me of a “fly-by-night” company that gets your money once and then ignores you and doesn’t care or stand by any of there products or work...I paid over $400 to have HID HEADLIGHTS INSTALLED AND NEON LCD LIGHTS UNDER DASH..For the first couple days the headlights would function when they wanted to.. maybe one would come on and the other night or night not come on like 20 min later... or random day neither of them would work.. or they might both work... so after a few days of this happening I called and I got NO RESPONSE, so then I emailed and I got no response, I probably called 5-6 times and got no response, then finally someone advised me to text a manager and they gave me the number, I texted him on Sunday and he said he would do a video call with me the next day.. so the next day he never called.. I then tried to email and again and got no response.. last night (Wednesday) I texted the manager again.. (it seemed like he didn’t even remember messaging me on Sunday) because he said “ok just bring the car to our shop” so I had to remind him that I live in Las Vegas and that’s why you suggested a video call.. so he then replied by saying that he would 100% for sure have somebody call me the next day (Thursday) so right now it’s about 5pm (central time) on Thursday and WHAT A SURPRISE I still didn’t get a call at all...THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE THESE LIGHTS ALSO DRAINED A BATTERY THAT I JUST BOUGHT 4 months ago.. THE LIGHTS DONT WORK AT ALL NOW..I either have to ride with my brights on or with no headlights at all...So my question is... why wouldn’t the company just be honest and say “we already have your money, so if you have any problems or issues, then you can GO-F$CK-YOURSELF...“instead of just keep telling me that they are gonna call me back...And ironically there’s about 7-8 other reviews from people saying that’ it’s almost impossible to reach these guys unless you actually go to the shop... it almost sounds like a company that is scared to answer the phone because they have burned so many customers....BUYER BEWARE..I assure you that everything I wrote in this review was 100% factual and honest

Came in here trying to buy 3 pairs of Led light bulbs for my vehicles arrived at 4:23 and they are gone even though website and door sign say open til 6 Ill take my business somewhere else thanks for nothing 2nd time that has happened to me in this place

Devon got me in, and was able to redo all that was done from another shop down the road, lights were dim, the ballasts that were previously used were cheap and the wiring was poorly executed. Once I popped the hood, Devon knew right away where i had come from. HIDS are installed and looked great, with a good warranty as well. Great job!!

They fixed my headlights in record time. No it wasnt cheap but I didnt expect it to be cheap for a Volvo. They only offer a 30-day warranty unless you buy the extended warranty option. This seems a little janky to me but I will buy the extended warranty just in case. Very knowledgeable and very nice people.

This place is a joke. Bought some hid kits and was having trouble with them. Tried to get into touch with them several times through the Facebook page and no answer. Had to contact the manager on his personal page.After telling him about the problem he said to come up to the shop and they would take care of it. Drove an hour away only to get there and have them tell me to go up to frys and buy a ferrite core. Didn’t even look at the hardware and couldn’t tell me that over the phone.After seeing the shop in person I can see how that would reflect in the customer service. Won’t be buying or referring anyone to these losers.

All talk. My HIDs went out after 30 days and I have the lifetime warranty. When I bought them i was being sold on their lifetime warranty bs. I explained my schedule to them and told them about my work schedule and the guy at the counter was like no problem man well work around your schedule etc..Today my bulb stops working. One month after I got them installed. I called to see if they can wait 5 minutes past 6, their closing time, to fix this problem and they didnt. I asked the guy working their to ask his boss and he said quote my boss is going to be more harsh about you coming in after 6 than I amNever spending my money here nor would I recommend anyone else to either. BS staff and management.

I bought a set of hid bulbs for my foglights and they performed as expected. Did have to modify the bulbs for fitment in the housing but im sure not everyone will experience this as they are aftermarket and will depend on your car and bulb size. Had a friend also buy a pair of Hid lights for his headlights and one of the ballasts was defective and they replaced it the same day.
