Todd and all the electricians we interacted with were professional, and extremely customer service focused. They were patient and thorough in solving a weird electrical issue that we were having. They were great communicators. They definitely went above and beyond! Amazing service!!!

This company is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! I called today to get a quote on some electrical work for a new older house I purchased, but instead of trying to charge me to send someone out to diagnose/appraise the work to be done and potentially charging a service fee on top of that, the gentleman here simply told me what I needed to do to do it myself, since the work I needed done did not require an expert. You dont often find people like this anymore and if I ever have need of an electrician Ill definitely call Puckett!

Be wary of this company or any company that wont sign a contract for a job. Todd (VP) sent me a 1-page proposal and when we sent him a boiler plate contract, he backed out when he saw that his company would be held accountable for performing the work we agreed upon. This is after accommodating to his no retainage request... again another red flag.Shifty practices as usual for the non-professional types. You cant call yourself a Vice President of anything if youre afraid of a standard construction agreement... Read it, understand the terms and if theyre acceptable sign it or adjust the language until it is then initial. Maybe Linard needs to promote Miley to Director of Finance or something.

Arrived on time and was honest with me about what I did NOT need to have done. Very friendly. Price wise, I have nothing to compare him to but he did what I needed to have done and probably saved me a few bucks by not doing what was not necessary. Would definitely use again.
