I rarely do reviews but I had to for this one. At 7 PM I tried to open the door to the garage and it was stuck! I googled someone to fix it. I called one company that claimed 24/7 but they couldn’t come until 10AM tomorrow. I need the car to take my kids to school so that was not going to work. That is when I called Tolbert. He answered quickly and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. Which actually happened! He knew exactly what was wrong, gave me a great quote, and fixed it on the spot! I have never had service of any kind this great!! Fast and definitely reliable. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I dont do reviews but this one was worth it.i had called some company but they failed me, the car was in garage when I tried closing the door derailed and everything was hanging. I called Tolbert at 8pm and believe me or not they came within 20minutes, they fixed my garage door and my night worries was fixed at reasonable price.

Fabulous job converting my chain driven garage door openers to the new wall mounted units. Colby and his crew is different than most garage door companies out there! He was on-time and on budget with what we needed to get done. If you guys need anything done with your garage door do not hesitate to give them a ring.

Colby and the folks at Tolbert Garage Door did a great job of replacing our overhead garage door opener with one that operates on the side of the door. Service was great and so was pricing. When we had to adjust, they came back quickly to make the adjustment.

I wish I could give more stars honestly. Ive called and used them twice. Super friendly, super fast, and super affordable. I waited and waited to fix my garage because I thought it was going to need a new door or this or that. These guys got here with in the hour and told me what I really needed and knocked it out. No up-selling with these guys, they know theyre stuff. I recommend everyone I know to Tolbert. Stop scrolling and call them!!!

Our garage door opener went out, so I looked around and found these guys. They are up front about their prices, and for around $500 I got a new garage door opener installed. The guy they sent out had been installing them for over 50 years, was professional, quick and did a great job. Apparently the unit they replaced was over 30 years old, so Ill be calling these guys in another 30!

Last month, I called this company to repair my garage door. But only 1 month later, the garage door broken again with the same reason. 3 years ago, they once set a new garage motor for me, the door dropped down and out off chain only in 2 months . They do provide a quick service, but their garage repair ability is not matched to their nice service words. I wont use this company any more.

As luck would have it one of the springs on my garage door broke the other night. The next morning I called a local company that came out later that afternoon to give an estimate. They wanted to sell me packages for everything on my garage door when I just needed a spring replacement so I called around a little more until I called Tolbert Overhead Garage Door. They gave me exactly what I needed with no pushing extra sales that I didn’t need. Taron was able to come out on a weekend and was able to replace our springs in no time, he super friendly explaining every step he was doing since I like to watch and learn. After he installed our new springs he reprogrammed our garage door, cleaned up his stuff and was out the door. If I ever have any issues with any other garage door parts I am definitely going to be calling Tolbert again.

They came within an hour to fix my garage door that didn’t close due to wiring issues. Had contacted another company and they told me that I needed a new motor. Tolbert garage was fast and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Great Customer Service! The garage door opener on the wall in our garage just stopped working. They came out and tested it and the wiring to make sure it needed to be replaced and when they discovered that it did, replaced it and made sure everything was working properly. They were thorough, quick and friendly. They know what theyre doing and their prices are fair. Would recommend to anyone!

The coil on my garage door broke. Of the three companies I called at 8:15 p.m., Colby answered. He and “The Old Man”, as he calls himself, arrived the next morning at precisely the time Colby said they would (7:30 a.m.). Highly recommend them. Had to replace my springs as one of them broke. They came the next day and replace them in a heart beat. Garage door wouldn’t open or close properly. I actually texted to get a quote, but the owner called and tried to help me over the phone to fix it myself. I really appreciated that he just truly wanted to help me out. I still couldn’t get it fixed and Colby, the owner arranged to have someone come out ASAP to help me out even though it was last minute. The guy who came was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Such nice people who really care about their customers. Would highly recommend them. Also, their prices are very reasonable.
