I like to get my meds send here because they have it ready pretty soon the only thing I dont like its that sometimes theres a car in the drive thru and they stay there for ever I just wish that they should send them to go around and let the other cars go instead of just making other customers wait there for so long, its been more than once that I had wait there for a while and if Im in a rush I just leave and comeback another time, so yes they definitely need to think of doing that they do it in other places if youre order its not ready go park or go around and let the others pass or go inside and have a sit in the fresh waiting area.
I dont like this walgreens the Employees still phones and the manager lies about it and i know my phone is there
I came to this Walgreens for an “online order” pick up for my mother. It was a cream which we had to go through the pharmacy drive through to pick up. We saw a line of 3 cars in the drive through when we arrived and waited for 20 minutes. We then get to the window and we meet a male Indian person at the window and we tell him we’re here to pick up our “online order”. He then asks for my name and says there’s nothing in their system. He then asks if the doctor sent a prescription and we told him multiple times it’s an “online order”. We tell him that we also have an email verifying that the order is ready with an online order number. We ask him if he wants the order number and says no and can’t make up his mind. He asks for me to place my phone in this cubby thing so he can see it and I reply no because he can write it down. Who will place their 1k phone in a cubby to someone’s hand you don’t even know. He then decides not to write the order number down and leaves and brings another young lady to help him. The young lady then asks me to show her proof of the email for the second time. She then leaves randomly and comes back saying “oh we were confused we thought it was a prescription.” I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES ITS AN ONLINE ORDER!!!!! There’s people who actually wants these jobs that provide professional work and have experience! The time wasted waiting and the window experience was absurd. The manager should go and talk to these “employees” and educate them to provide professional work in a timely manner.
Good pharmacists! Good rewards program! We’ve been customers for over 30 years! Staffing was better in the past, but time marches on & things change. Time was when they all knew us & service was terrific but new people have to learn & there’s a definite learning curve with new staff. On the whole, courteous & helpful service.

I have a family member who recently visited this location. Unfortunately she had a situation with one of the employees, his name is Oscar who ended up telling her it wasn’t his fault she didn’t speak English.I work in customer service and I would never say something like that to anyone. I really hope someone explains to him that if he is working with people he can at least try and be nicer, he’s going to deal with a lot of different people those are the perks of his job.
I came over and one of the managers her name was Mackenzie Williams, (sorry if I didnt spell that right) she was so sweet the whole time there, great customer service :)
The doctors/pharmacists were very kind and quick. I came in for the Covid-19 vaccination and they even called me back later to ask how I was feeling.

Everytime i order something online they are really quick to cancel it, saying it was unavailable. i go into the store and they have everything they’ve cancelled in stock. theyre just too lazy to go pack it for you for pickup.
Bad store for christmas cards printing...I order 150 cards when I went to pick them up i couldnt even see the faces on the pictures of the cards becase of the bad quality of how they were printed....
I don’t like leaving negative reviews for any business but this is the 3rd time I have been to this Pharmacy and every single time there is an issue. I have never been able to get in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff does not seem to know what is going on. This time I physically dropped off my prescription through the drive through and the woman said it would be ready within one hour. I decided to come back the next day and when I arrived to pick up they said they had no prescriptions ready for me. Not a single one. It seems like the woman that initially took my paperwork did not file it. I am sitting here as they are helping other customers instead of trying to find my medicine. I had to call my doctor after hours to have him resend my prescription so they can look for me. My doctor immediately sent and within another 20 minutes they said they had nothing. I would not recommend this Pharmacy unless you like sitting around waiting. No effort to satisfy customers and no urgency.Update: I called my doctor back and told him to send to another location and they got it immediately.
Don’t go here. They close before 10pm and say their systems aren’t working. Terrible service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT SHOP HERE. The manager could care less about his job and customer service. He looked like he hated his job. He should really find another place instead of having people deal with his negative attitude. Argued with me about a coupon that was right in front of his face! Horrible store and horrible workers!
My reason for visiting this location was to drop off a FedEx package. Male day manager acted put out to assist me in a transaction that took less than 30 seconds of his day. Will not be returning.

I never write any reviews especially bad reviews for any stores or restaurants, but my experience of this store is horrible. Coming to take passport photos, I nicely asked her if she could retake the picture one more time because she took it too fast I wasnt ready. Instead of answering Sorry I cant (that would be fine too Ill be ok), she said she got job to do and she would not use her time standing here just because I didnt like my picture???? She took once and acted like I made her stand there for hours??? Sorry but taking photos is one of your job too duh... If not then dont have to open the photo center. I went to other photo centers they would be more welcome to retake it for you. At least talk to customers more properly please. This is the first and last time I come the this location.
Let’s see I came in and was told the prescription would be ready in 15-20 minutes. One hour later and still waiting. They didn’t bother to speak to me as I sat in the chairs right in front of them. Poor customer service, poor time management. This is my last time at Walgreens Pharmacy.
People go above and beyond to write bad reviews, but let me take a sec to say that both employees I encountered today (9/12/18) were extremely nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten their names. Thank you for yalls help.
It was nice to come in to a clean store & be greated by Nicole at the front register. This was my 1st time to this location & enjoyed the shopping experience. Nicoles exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated. She even signed me up to get greater savings on my future shopping trips.

Always well stocked. Well lit. Curteous but not creepy staff.Pharmacy staff a bit slow sometimes but friendly and the pharmacists are very professional and knowledgable. They lose a star because inevitably one of my monthly maintenance meds is out of stock and most be ordered. Ive been getting these for over a year now, so, ya know. . .

This guy named kevin that works at this location is extremely rude.Argued with me about coupons! Like seriously coupons i know the policy and know what Im doing considering how long Ive been doing this. I didnt argue when limit they put on coupons its their right and agreed to do two different transactions which i was going to anyways since i am showing my husband how to coupon.Even the manager agreed with me.Nick which was the mod was helpful and nice but arguing with a paying customer is enough for me to not want to go back to this location.Really disappointing.Ive worked retail and actually liked it kinda miss it even but never would i talk too a customer the way i was talked to today. So rude

The cashier told me that customer is only allowed to make maximum two transactions a day. What a ridiculous thing.
Do not go here, for any reason.Do not go to this pharmacy. They are total disorganized, rude, incompetent lack of organization, and liars refusing to acknowledge there own e-mails. I have put up with there discombobulated defiance long enough, Im done with these people. I have transfered all my medications to an online service which not only delivers but is FREE without errors.
This store really needs to hire more staff. I had to wait almost an hour to get my prescription. So sad. I’ll definetly change my pharmacy to CVS.

Pharmacy sucks, I had 3 prescriptions in total only two were filled. They failed to tell me one was out of stock. When I asked if another pharmacy had it in stock they stated I needed to call myself. Umm, ok?
Tonigth 01/03/13 I was at the doors at 9:55p.m. of this Walgreens store located at 1902 N. Jupiter Rd. all I need was a cough suppresant but A young man at the door told me there was close so I look at the door watching the business hours they suppose to close at 10:00p.m. and I ask him one more time if was close he tells me yes I seriously recomend to the public to go somewhere else before you waste your time with this such of rude people, generally I dont used to do this but was a simple courtesy to ask me how can he help me or at least explain me that they need to close 5 minutes before the store suppose to close or instead door says 10:00pm post 9:55p.m. Im just really desapointment specially with all the nice great customer service arround the area at most of the local busines in the neighborhood which I been living for at least 7 years this is my first bad experience.

The coupon policy should really be the same at every store, I went to another Walgreens looking for All detergent and was able to use 4 coupons in 1 transaction for 4 like items then I came here and was so excited they had the last 4 I needed well hope denied I could only use 1 coupon #frustrated
