People working on the pharmacy are useless.Got there half hour before 6:00, they were incredibly slow to help the people in line.When they finally got to me, the woman had no idea how to help me, she said someone was going to help me but I was completely ignored, they were passing other people until I spoke up, another woman finally came there only to tell me it was past 6:00 and she wasnt going to help me, if they knew how to do their jobs it wouldnt have been past 6:00.Not going back to this CVS, sad to think they probably do the same thing to people in serious need of their medicine.

This place is terrible. I am a veteran and they lost my paper from the VA. I had to pay. Thank goodness it wasnt expensive.One star is too generous. Avoid this CVS!

Sitting here waiting on flu shot appointment 2pm was here 1:56 it is 2:10 got to go to work just waiting while management is talking loud about reviews. Hope he see this so I can go to work.

Definitely don’t recommend this location. Manager is super rude. Doesn’t like couponers that’s for sure even if following rules. Was told he hoped I never returned to the store. Like wow!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called this pharmacy to see if they had my meds ready and the staff said that they were ready for pick up. I went to the pharmacy and my meds weren’t ready yet and that I had to wait another 10-15 mins. Horrible service!

Horrible service! I dropped of my prescription at 10:30 am and was told it would be ready in 2hrs! I checked my phone 6-8 hrs later and still says processing and they do not answer their phones. I went against my better judgement coming here! Go to the spring valley location

One star but really 0. Not a coupon friendly store, I’m sure CVS advertises couponing because it attracts customers so I don’t see why they advertise but employees treat you like you’re stealing when you try using them. Also they rarely ever attach the yellow stickers with the new weekly sales prices. The employees are not very attentive they’re always minding their business on their phones..too bad that not all the CVS have the same quality service. Wylie and Richardson CVS’s in general, have way better service. Example: they ask if you need help all the time and also make you feel like they’re there to help.

Other than feeling uncomfortable being the only one there watching two attendants do stuff for 15 min.Finally someone asked are you dropping off I gave her the paper, proceed back to silence for another 5 min before asking. How long will it take? 45-1 hourIf you guys arnt interested in having customers please place a sign out front, that way we can find a local pharmacy that can hold a conversation and at least act like they care.

The pharmacy always takes forever on my meds. I tried to get record of my cost of meds and they gave me the wrong paper work I needed this for my insurance it was inconvenient to drive back and forth. They every always rushing you out and never trying to attend someone correctly and in a good manner

I can say this place seems to have cleaned up its act. There are more employees at the pharmacy now and much more competent and helpful. Prescriptions are filled much faster and drive through is no longer closed at random times

Very bad service the lady from yesterday had a nasty attitude I gave them my number to text me whenever my medicine is ready never did. She told me one of medicines was going to cost me money. Today I came in to get my order some other lady was there she was so nice and polite but she told me that I didn’t had to pay for no medicine? Smh.

Yea so I used to love this store but recently me and my friend were accused of stealing when we have never stolen from that place in our lives, I was never kicked out until recently, the same lady saw me before and never kicked me out, I did absolutely nothing and neither did my friend, I will be going back and talking to a manager, I shouldnt be kicked out for no reason.

I am a regular at this store for years. But what I experienced today was well out of the best customer service practice CVS promotes.I was inside at the front pick up pharmacy area to get some help on my prescriptions.The time was around 1:30 pm and there were three associates(one of whom I later found out to be a supervisor) .By the time I was there I recall all three of them were on the phone probably, I presume helping other customers. I stood in their sight trying to get some attention, a couple of steps back and forth to give some slack to them and yet still kept trying my presence noticeable. I was waiting probably more than five to six minutes(probably even more) like this and no one gave me a note to at least make me feel that they would be coming to help.Finally I begun to raise my hand and wave to get attention and the Supervisor behind the front shelf,still on the phone,seemed to react asking me my date of birth. That may be customary in normal circumstances.However,she didnt even dare to acknowledge my unattended presence,any courtesy of greetings or so, and didnt even ask what help do I need.I reminded her that I was waiting for so much minutes and asked if this is how CVS Customer Service is all about. In a way that seemed odd,she tried to ignore my comments and kept asking me last name and date of birth,and just at last asking what help do I need in a manner of bored or dont care attitude.I tried to bring to her attention that I am a regular to this store and never had I seen such poor service,disrespect and sense of unwelcome move.I left the store after explaining why I was there,though the prescription I was supposed to pick up was not yet available from the doctor,per what this Supervisor told me.I wrote this review because I felt appalled by what I saw and CVSs reputation is definitely at stake? Let alone in the service of Health and Medicine,I presume it would be highly questionable if customers get such cold and rude experience for what they pay!Thanks

I felt the pharmacist profiled me as a prescription drug abuser because of my appearance ( tattoos, partially shaved head). My doctor prescribed me 15 valium & 15 tylenol 3 for emergencies due to my back injury that is causing severe sciatica. I gave her my other prescriptions (baclofen, neurontin, naproxen) to work out a schedule.She asked me why I was prescribed valium because its for anxiety. I told her my doctor said its the best skeletal muscle relaxer for my problems and to only use occasionally at night if needed, with the tylenol 3.I even googled it and sure enough it is the best muscle relaxer for my issue.Then, when I got home the prescription bottle even says to treat anxiety and muscle spasms.How does a pharmacist not know this even when it states it on the bottle itself??I will never go here again.Kroger doesnt have a drive thru for my back issues but, id rather walk in there & recieve top notch service.

This store is filthy. I went here to get a prescription illed as CVS was the cheapest. There was blown trash all around the front entrance. The tile floor looked like it hadnt been moped in years. The carpet had trash all over it, who knows when it was vacuumed last. There was blown trash up against the pharmacy counter. It is apparent that the store manager nor any of the employees take any pride in this store. The City of Garland should stop by this filthy store. It is an eyesore and something you would see in a ghetto. I will never shop at this store again. Why would i want a prescription from here when the pharmacy is in such a filthy condition. Ill go to Kroger or Walmart.

Not much selection of products. I only go to their pharmacy if no other choice. The service of pharm staff was terrible, very rude and condescending. Acted like I was trying to fake a prescription the day my husband went home from the hospital after a surgery (full open, cut from groin to neck). He was in pain, staff refused to fill out script. He had to wait untill next day for pain relief. We used the hospitals pharmacy the next day with no problems.The last time i was there had to go to the bathroom. It was filthy. TP all over the flooor, grime on the walls, and a transient woman tweaked out trying to wash up in the sink. Gross.

The store manager is rude, rude ... one day I asked him something and he said I dont know ... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I told him I thought you knew, its supposed, thats why I asked him, and he turned his back on me Then he said other things, but I turned around and just as he ignored me, I left him talking to himself. A friend had already told me about this gentleman how rude and arrogant he is, and I already saw it! And not just that, several other things that have happened, ... 😡 a star is a lot 👎

They almost always lack a medication they tell you that one day and they do not contact you again, do not play with our health, I am upset, they did not contact me to see that they had it ready, I had to endure without my medicine. Today they have the desence to give it to me, 4 days have passed without it and it was that I had to take it to the truth
