Very disappointed in the Garland, Tx. Location. Made an appointment with an associate for alarm and tint and on day of appointment the associate was not there. There was someone else who had no clue I had appointment. They didn’t have the alarm I wanted in stock. They wanted me to drive to another location that was like 30 miles away to get the service done. I asked for a refund of my deposit and of course only got partial refund. Never heard an apology or anything. They kinda made it seem like it was my fault for showing up to my scheduled appointment. They did absolutely nothing to try and make it right. First and last time there!

Went in for a last minute subwoofer/amp/box install and they fit me in. Needless to say the original subwoofers I wanted would not fit the shallow box. These guys went ahead and upgraded me to a better sub due to the inconvenience and stayed past closing for me to pick my vehicle up. These guys also went above and beyond to explain the install and walk me to my vehicle to show me the end results. These guys are prime and very professional! I highly suggest and will be going back again!!!UPDATE: The subs are LOUD!!!!!!!

I had a 10inch subwoofer installed in my new mustang back in September 2020, not too big & not to small, very clean Bass!! and a very professional installation at a great price! Fast forward to January 2021, my original tweeters were sounding really brite, no matter how I tried to adjust my eq settings in my car or on my phone,.. so I go back to New Image, and one of the guys had a listen with me and really showed me how to properly adjust my eq settings on my phone and car..wow! And he also made sure my sub was nice & secure! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, no matter how small or big your needs are!!

When I came to get my speakers put in they put them in good, but the manager was trying to get me to spend $300 more for a factory amp which is less than$70 thing is I dont know to much about cars unless Im driving them but if I dont know, it doesnt mean to rob your clients pocket legally.🤪

Abe is awesome I went in to buy a 6000 watt Nemesis amp and he sold me on the 3k for my 2 kicker L7s.
