I was a little nervous at first when looking around for a quality double vanity for a house we are building for our special needs daughter, as you never know who your really dealing with until the deal is done most times. Seth got on the phone with me, he was kind and knowledgeable so I drove 40 minutes to visit and all I can say is WoW they treated me so well and yes I bought a beautiful double vanity with a top, two sinks and two faucets. I got a really good deal and I would highly recommend them to anyone if your looking for a vanity, sinks or faucets, but also I couldnt believe how much other stuff they had under their roof, electrical stock, patio furniture and just tons of stuff. I came to this place to purchase two fans, but there was a miscommunication and he had sold the ones i wanted the night before. Absolutely horrible. Sold a broken bench and refused to refund. Accepting this, the bench broke AGAIN as we transferred it from the car. This time it was the arm. At first they promised store credit- which isnt exactly generous, but then rescinded that saying Nevermind my boss changed his mind. Later he said my boss loves one star reviews. Welp, here ya go. A waste of 200 bucks on a hot and sweaty day.Edit:After we went to the location in person the employees rolled their eyes but eventually we spoke with Seth. He offered store credit and then a refund after more talk. I appreciate his willingness to do so but it shouldnt have been so difficult for a faulty product.This review is more related to the quality of service in response to the issue, but any bench thats not broken in the store and falls apart once you sit on it and lean on the arm is poor quality as well. Whos to say they even sold us the same product that was seen in-store? Ridiculous service.

Pretty happy with my experience here. I bought an electric mower and blower here. I was greeted promptly and shown around. They were unable to find the battery for the mower but offered a lower capacity battery or a hefty discount on both items. Seth was very willing to work with me and they put a lot of effort into making sure that I got what I came to get. They have a large selection of items: tools, lighting, outdoor furniture, vanities, grills, refrigerators, vent-a-hood, rugs, etc. If you are on a budget, I recommend checking here first. Theres a good chance they have it or get it. They accepted payment electronically which gave me some additional flexibility. Very satisfied.

My wife and I went to Toros Outlet because we were looking for a high end baby stroller that we found online. I use to love this place... but now it’s not what it use to be. Previously, they were set up as stores to view everything they had. It was amazing - we bought so much stuff. Now, we’re limited to whatever they have in their “show room” as the rest is for eBay. So that basically tells me that they no longer care about their local customers who have cash in their hands to spend. It’s unfortunate because they have a lot of products sitting on shelves, but I guess they’ll only sell it to you via online. We came in looking for a Robi lawn mower, yet can only view the one on the floor when there are visually 2 right past the “show room” floor. Okay, that legit doesn’t make any sense. The guy captures my bf’s information to call him back?! What kind of business is that. I’m just super disappointed because we use to purchase from them all the time in-person but not anymore. Just disappointed to say the least. Hope they realize how frustrating that is from a customers perspective. Note: My bf discovered them in 2017 from Craigslist. So a customer for almost 2 years... guess not anymore.
