The service was friendly & fast. I walked through the door and was immediately greeted. I had come in order to buy a replacement bulb for my headlight, and... what do you know??? He just happened to have what i needed at the checkout stand. I know this will never happen again, but it was so cool that these guys deserve 5 stars.

Worst NAPA store Ive ever been to. Spent a few minutes looking for our part in the isle then waited over 5 minutes at the counter without even been acknowledged by staff that knew we were there. Used NAPA my entire life but will never use this location again. Not recommended due to staff.

Im always pleased when I go over there. The attendant that help me today more especially went above and beyond. I could not remember his name. He seemed like a supervisor or something like that because other Associates were asking him questions on what or how to make ends meet.Keep up the good work.

I had to get 2 D1S HID lights. I called ahead and was told they had 2 in stock but when i got there it was only one. But the gentleman at the desk called ahead and found me another one in Richardson Texas I went ahead and pay for both at the store. When I got to the Richardson store it was already waiting for me. I appreciate them giving me full detail in explaining to me how to follow the directions I actually install both of my lights by myself. Instead of going to the BMW dealership. Very good customer service and very knowledgeable on all parts. I had a great experience here.

Have a lot to offer and good sales...I took advantage of the Napa bucket and got 25% off my purchases. Thats not an every day thing...you just have to watch for it. Employees are helpful and friendly too.

I love coming here every time I get, or need to come to this location.This time, my boss sent me for a specific bolt, nut, and washer combo.Having called them ahead of time, they were ready to assist me with finding exactly which bolt and washer I needed and I was able to charge the shop account, after providing the account number and authorization from a supervisor.This was yet another great experience at Napa today

I had been looking for specialty bolts and I went to other auto parts stores, bolts specialty stores and even Fastenal. No luck. I went to NAPA and they not only had everything I needed, but it was less for everything than 1 bolt at Fastenal. Thank you!!

They usually have everything I need sometimes the parts are a little bit more expensive but they always stand behind them. Very reputable parts store.

Great place to get auto motive needs

The prices are a decent amount above Amazon and rockauto, but I needed my abkebono brakes for my Tundra asap. They tried to upsell on some colored rings you but around a battery terminal when I came in to buy a new battery for my friends rx8.

Do not go here! Gave me 0w20 to go in my 2012 turbo Volkswagen. The car needs 5w40. If I had started my car with this oil in it I wouldve blown the turbo on my car. I dealt with the store manager and I didnt even get an apology for it. These people cant be trusted for even basic items.

Good service and Ive never gone wrong with NAPA Auto Parts. There is another NAPA Auto Parts on the 78 but this one has better service, is a lot bigger and the staff is friendlier.

Sat on hold for 10 minutes. While on hold I drove to the store only to find one customer inside and 6 Napa employees standing around at the back counter. Not one person offered to help nor said anything to me when I walked in the door. After standing in line and nobody offering help I spoke up and said hello anybody able to help. Only then did somebody acknowledge me, all the while Im on hold still on my cell phone. Almost 15 mins at this point.

Just the right mix of knowledge and low prices. Much cheaper than the more knowledgeable dealerships and much more knowledgeable than slightly cheaper places like AutoZone and OReillys

Great place for automotive parts and accessories. They do need more counter help, especially on Saturdays.

Ordered online to have delivered to this store for next day. Called to check if part had been picked-up from Garland store and brought to Sachse store. The gentleman I spoke to said oh yeah I was supposed to pickup today but I didnt want to wait for it so I decided to leave it can I wait til tomorrow? Which was a Sunday, I said no needed it today so we had to drive to Garland store to pickup instead. Inconvenience and complete disregard for the Sachse stores laziness and total I dont care about my job attitude...very dissappointed! Had high hopes to do more business with this store in future...not anymore...

I really trust the quality in Napas parts. And the prices are very reasonable. Dealer quality without the dealer price.

Do not “rent” tools from Napa with a debit card if you need your money anytime soon. They take your cash and make you wait 3 days for it back.
