We bought a dining set pretty reasonable when we were in a jam over the holidays

They called me everyday multiple times a day to get payments. Even when I would talk to them and tell them when I got paid to give them money they would still call and harrassed me. Even at work. Worse service ever!

Called the store asked them to fix my bed, they tossed a new frame under it and added it to my bill without my permission, then the manager says oh we didnt know if you wanted to keep it or if u wanted us to fix the bed. umm I called and asked you guys to fix it never asked for another frame maybe use common sense.

The crew here is top notch and fun, a critical component when youre dealing in the rental business. Say what you will about rent-to-own services, they do their job well here.Im no longer a customer there, but I was for a long time and they were willing to help me out when times got rough. Just remember, its a two-way street, and youve got to expect give within reason.

Ive bought several items from Rent A Center. Ive bought 2 HP Laptops, A beautiful dishwasher, and Im buying another Laptop for my grandson.Ive had nothing but excellent service, the best prices, and high quality items. I personally like the 90 day same as cash plan, but if I decided to buy something I could not pay off in 90 days I would go with another plan.I highly recommend Rent A Center in Gardner, Mass they will work with you to get the best deal, and stand behind their products.

There is a new manager named Matt. The previous management here being rob and danielle were much more qualified and professional. Matt is a complete tool who acts as if he works as a loan shark, demanding full payments at once, no matter how long you have been paying on time. Not only does he play that game, he is so incompetent he can not order the rest of a bedroom I have been paying for for months now. Id highly suggest you stay far away from this RAC as long as Matt is in charge.

They give you a hard time when you want to put things on the monthly payment plan. Even after it has not been a problem before. And Ive been a customer for the last 3 years. And now will no longer be purchasing no more products from them from here on.

Friendly service with a smile. Lets face it, we are all paying a lot to buy this way, however they are making it possible for us to own the things we really need...and for some of us toys we couldnt afford any other way RAC IS GREAT!!!!
