Imagine preordering a game for the preorder bonuses and they dont have them and then tell you to call microsoft.

Always helpful staff. As a parent I have no idea how these games work. They are all great.

Horrible customer care. We ordered an Xbox and was told when we ordered that it would be in store for pick up within 4 days. 14 days later no Xbox, they also don’t know where it is or what the status of the order even is. Okay so we will just cancel the order. GameStop then refuses to refund the money which BTW is a sum of $324. They say they will issue a gift card... ummmm yeah no thanks! Payment of a debit card requires return to card or a cash refund as it is the same per Massachusetts law. They do nothing in store so in comes the customer service department from God knows where, where the English language is hardly spoken. End of story supposedly we will receive a CHECK in the mail, but the kicker, it will be another 10 business days. Do yourself, your wallet and headaches a favor and just shop somewhere else. Anywhere else.Update as of 12/15/2020 still no refund for items NEVER received!! Insane

I had bought a game for my son. Turns out he had just messed up his profile, so I went to bring the game back, next day, with the receipt. The man working at the time told me I couldnt return it because he couldnt sell it as new. I had to take a gift card. I know for a fact you can return things within 7 days. But why argue with stupid.

Staff is always nice and helpful. I find it a little crazy though that trade in prices are so low while product prices, new and used, can be steep. This location has always been a good experience though.

Ive seen many employees come and go over the years at this location and they are always helpful and knowledgeable! The team is very helpful but wont stalk you around the store like some of the other locations I visited. Sometimes I stop in just to say hi and see whats new. They really make shopping for games and getting ripped off on trade-ins an enjoyable experience.Note: The incredibly low trade value is admittedly a corporate issue and no fault of the employees.

Its not bad... but its not the best. One thing this gamestop needs to do is expand the store or move into a bigger store (like the one next door to it). It feels way to compacted for such a store. It feels like they try to cram as much as they can into such a small space which in tell makes the place feel a bit cramp to say the lease.

Great customer service employees are knowledgeable about their merchandise. The only thing that could improve is organization of the store. Lots of stuff is piled ontop of other things and crammed on tiny shelves.

Bought a *NEW* copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf, I was charged for a *NEW* copy, but when I opened the game on my 2DS, I found that there was already a save file by the name of “krysten” on it. I was sold a used game. Gamestop has a rep for this sort of stuff.

Yeah sometimes I hate their policies of buying games and systems from you but sell them 100 times more expensive I have a 360 and they offered me 11 dollars store credit!!! But sell it for 200!

Great place sell your games and systems and they take exchanges or can hey store credit ..they also have but lists for when a game comes out that goes out sale real fast you can pay ahead time n they hold it for you or think they if you are a gold member they may just hold it for you if you have done before I know they do have a rewards program..n they have new and used games n systems. Even the older ones are good quality they fix them if anything wrong..only place in town u csn get an older game that they dont sell anymore there my son got and old copy if banjo cazuie...not sure spelled right but was for n.64 n they had it ...but for xbox which weird. But the old version not the new one he played it as a young child n used have it but no more has the system but no game keeping the n64 great games n I have the gameboy attachment for game boy games so u can play them on the regular system on your tv... great glad kept it in good shape n the thin old school ps2 that still great shape and tons games n they are cheap now n its fine and have a xbox 360 regular one not live and 30 games think keep them u never know the old games people still love
