Truong did fast, dependable, and honest work. Dealer wanted me to replace the intermediate shaft for $1500, Truong said it wasn’t needed after test driving my car…he was right. Replaced my wheel bearing and hub, and also did my front brakes. Now the noise is gone. I’m going to him for all my car repairs and maintenance from now on. Thanks Truong!

Man I highly recommend this place. Called cause I really needed an oil change asap and it was almost closing time and truong said he would wait for me and did! Real nice and friendly guy! He goes above and beyond to help. He hooked me up with a key fob battery as well. If you have a Honda this is the place for your needs.

His prices are very competitive and he only put genuine Honda parts on your car. He goes over everything he does and shows you any other thing that may be of concern. Great service! I came here from hearing such great reviews and it definitely did not disappoint. I called the shop and ask how much does it cost for oil change Synthetic Blend on my Honda CR-V 2017? and person told me to take my car to Honda dealer for oil change and he said we dont do oil change here then he hang up. what a F****in rude people and you guy gave them 5 stars.

Best mechanic Ive had work on my car. He fixed my acura tl 2005 a couple of times and nothing bad has ever happened. I had a problem with my car and every mechanic I went to said I needed a new engine sense my car kept turning off. I asked them all if it could be the battery even though the battery was a month old. I went to this location and In 2 minutes he said it was the battery. It was manufacturer defect on the battery. He didnt charge me for that and my car is fine. He also changed my sensors and fixed one car light. Been going to him for 3 years and I could truly say he is trusted. I recommend him. If he cant fix something he will tell you he cant. He wont try to lie to get your money.

UR NO 1 Honda has earn himself a customer. The man who works and owns the shop is Truong. He is the only one touching your car. The difference between dealership is that you dont get to see them work on your car. Truong is a smart guy, he knows new/old Honda inside and out. As he is working on your car, hell give you tips and tells you whats wrong. Hell explain what you need and wont try to upsale you. For little things take that 5 minutes to do, the dealership will charge $100; Truong will occasionally throw them in for free just cause he doesnt like ripping off people. There is a lot of dialogue as he fixed my car. He is very upfront when you meet him so some may be off putting to some but that what I looked for in a mechanic, straight forward and honest. He worked as a mechanic for Honda dealerships and knows people in the industry. So you know the quality of work is just as good as the dealership but without the dealership prices. He only uses Honda products, he dislikes after market products. You can purchase the products online them bring them in and pay for labor. He only does Honda/ Acuras. He will turn you away for oil changes so dont come unannounced for them. My car needed a lot of work involving taking off the engine (timing belt, water pump and spark plugs). Clip for clip, bolt for bolt he fixed it up for a fraction of what the dealership asked for. Class act. He is a military man so his discipline from the Marines carries over into automative work and it shows.

We stopped by UR#1Honda today to see what was the warning light on our 2005 Acura MDX and Troung was on his lunch break but stopped eating an checked our car out, he was really helpful, funny and knew his stuff we definitely will stop going to the dealer and take our car to Troung when we need anything repaired! Truong is true-blue. :-D My TL was making a screeching sound and he immediately found the source. Any other mechanics would give me a quote for highly marked-up parts and over priced labor. Not this fellow. He could tell I was mechanically inclined, so he took the time to show me how to remove and replace the part. He even called the Acura dealer to find out how much the part cost. Truong is awesome!I will be back for major service and repairs. I whole-heartedly recommend him.

As a professional mechanic with over 45 years of wrenching under my belt from cars trucks Army tanks and the last 33 years years working on aircraft and jet engine here is my review. First off I have worked as a mechanic at dealerships and shops and know thier scams to get into your wallet. So I am very cautious when selecting someone to work on anything I own. I want quality work and an honest person with knowledge of craft and also someone easy to talk to about what I want. I dont mind paying good money for good work but I hate getting taken for a ride.My hunt for a mechanic started on the web. I found UR #1 Honda and read the reviews. It seems pretty good so I called and talked to Troung. He was very pleasant and I asked about bringing my Hondas in for service. I thought I needed brakes as in the morning I would hear a light growl from the rear brakes. It could be dirt but the CRV had 49k miles on it, the right mileage for needing brakes. I was ready to pay whatever it took to get it repaired if needed. Troung checked my brakes called me back and told me I had another year left. He changed my oil with quality oil and a new Honda filter. Changed my brake fluid and checked my transmission fluid. Installed my wheels by hand. Excellent work and fast. I bought my other CRV in and had him do it also.Nowadays it is extremely hard to find an honest person and quality mechanic. So I have always done my own work but I am getting to old to do it anymore. So if you are looking for someone you can trust with your best interest at heart I highly recommend Troung at UR #1 Honda. Great guy and decent price and no overselling. I will be a loyal customer!

Efficient, reliable and most important, honest. I havent met too many mechanics or dealership service folks that I can describe that way but Truong fits the bill.I came in yesterday for an oil change, but Truong quickly pointed out my brakes were in immediate need of replacement. He wasnt t trying to sell me something I didnt need, but a safety concern. He changed my front brakes and rotors, bled my brake fluid, rotated the tires, an oil change and swapped my A/C filter for waaay below what I shouldve paid my regular dealership service.Thanks Truong! Ill see you soon for my rear brakes!
