The repair was done to my complete satisfaction. Edward Ortiz is very professional, courteous and personable. He also helped me with another issue with my vehicle. He went beyond good customer service. Great job Edward! Eric, the technician that serviced my vehicle was very professional and quite thorough. Kudos to Edward and Eric! Now the inside reception staff need to step up. My work order had been completed for almost 2 hours as I was sitting in the lobby waiting. The reception staff Never told me that my receipt and vehicle were ready! I had to inquire myself after customers were leaving before me that came in after me. Reception staff please do better!

I have to start with scheduling the appointment. Eduard made rescheduling my appointment a breeze. I had to reschedule for the next day and he got me in first thing in the morning. When I arrived he was incredibly kind and welcoming. I told him the windows couldn’t be rolled down and he made sure that all of the technicians knew not to roll the windows down. I was also offered a complimentary car wash at the end of my oil change. I would highly recommend coming here to have your car serviced. I also had to buy a new manual for the car and the gentlemen in parts was super kind and helpful as well. Overall if I could get 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Gave this place a call to ask if they had a specific car available, and I was told by by Christian that the car was there and in fact he had just jumped out of the vehicle himself. I explained to him how we had dealt with a dealership earlier that had claimed to have the car but when we showed up the car wasnt available. So he assured us that the car was there and he was Holding the keys at that time. He then scheduled an appointment for us to come in in the next hour, It took us over an hour to get there with traffic. When we showed up Christian was claiming that the car had been taken by the dealership owner. I suggest not to trust what you are told over the phone because these Car salesman do not care to waste your time.

We purchased a vehicle for my 18 year old niece. Eric was amazing — took time to go through every feature in the car. He was patient as we asked questions. The finance team got us thru in no time and also made it painless. We even got to meet Jacob the service manager and are thrilled about the oil changes that came complimentary. ****DONT GO THERE FOR SERVICE*******I been a loyal nissan customer for 9 years.This was probably the most unprofessional Nissan dealership Ive been in.I didnt have a good experience at all.The service department is horrible, especially The service guyHuu Vuong,he charged me $165 but he didn’t even touch my car..!! **BEWARE** At the beginning of the negotiations, I was told a GPS tracking device was included with my purchase, but when I looked at my contract, it says that I was charged almost 1k for it. Also included were a bunch of random charges and insurance that I did not know was included. This dealership is corrupt, please be careful of what you sign

Got pre-approved for a loan. Car available I want. Trade value for my car okay. I am ready to buy and take car home. Dealership appointment with Brittany. She wasnt there, appointment time 8pm and read to see and drive car. Had to sit and wait for someone for 20 minutes before I could even look in the car. Considering I know what I want and have the money, just really wanted it washed, fueled, and parked out front for me to take home. Time is so valuable and this dealership back and forth me with multiple people to work with and guess what? I have credit union approval for loan and literally 6% interest less than this dealership and ok credit and still no car from this dealer and not a single person has responded to my email. I am approved for $40,000 and they wont sell me the car that is for sale for $31,000.

Stopped by Nissan of Garden Grove to look into a new Murano to surprise my wife with for our wedding anniversary. James Nguyen was my consultant and showed me a couple different options. I went home and came back the following afternoon.James was there and he immediately helped me. He showed me the car again and we went for a test drive. Upon returning I told him that I would like to get the Murano. I had a vehicle to trade in and had pre-approved financing from my Credit Union. The assistant sales manager asked what my rate was and if they could beat it, would I finance with Nissan. I said that you wouldnt be able to beat that rate. He went in and talked with his manager and a few minutes he came back and said here is what we can do; 2.5% for 72 months already approved by Nissan. To say that I was stunned would be an understatement! I quickly agreed, met with the finance manager Alex, signed documents and was on my way.For the first time in my car buying life (35 years), I took the time to seek out the manager and tell her how pleased I was with this experience. She asked if I would kindly leave a review for them. I said absolutely that I would!When James delivered the car to me, he had already scheduled my first oil and filter change with the service department and had me signed up with Nissan Connect. He also had a big red bow in the front seat for me to put on the car when I got home to surprise my wife!People will quickly put up negative reviews but how many actually take the time to highlight a great experience with customer service. Nissan of Garden Grove went above and beyond great customer service. They have earned my future business and highest recommendation!! 5 out of 5 stars!!

Got my FIRST 2020 Nissan Frontier (my first Nissan car ever) about 4 months ago and it only got just over 3k miles on it. I took it in for re-alignment (the steering wheel is not straight when I drive, bit tilted to the left). I was told by a white gentleman at the both if nothing was wrong then I would be charged for it. I was like...man.. this is a brand new car, only got 3k miles on it and if it is not an issue then I would not even bother to bring it here. 3 hours later they called me in to pick u my truck and nothing was fixed. Still same freaking issue as if it was never even looked at. Very disappointed with the service. I gave myself a chance to go *Nissan*, thinking about getting 2022 frontier but i guess after this VERY FIRST experience, I will stop by Toyota next time instead! Wasted my time.

This Nissan dealership is absolutely one of the best! Art, the service dealership director, is wonderful! He is so nice, helpful, and accommodating and he goes above and beyond to make your experience at his dealership as pleasant as possible. Absolutely top notch service! I get my oil changes here and recently got my bumpers reconditioned here as well. They did a fantastic job and Art was so kind to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the result and took the extra step of having his people wash my car so it looked brand new. Helena, the service advisor, and Tammy, the service manager, are also very helpful and easy to talk to. They are always happy to answer my questions and help me with any issues I have. I love coming here because I trust that they will take care of me and my car. I’m usually a little skeptical of car dealerships but it’s been a year since I started coming to this dealership and I strongly recommend this place! This is the best Nissan dealership I’ve been to! I would have appreciated it if the Nissan tech told me up front that they nissan altima hybrid control modulator needs to be replaced and “potentially, the hybrid battery may need to be replaced as well, we won’t know until we complete the steps or testing”. But instead he said the battery tested out fine, you only need to replace the control modulator. Next day I didn’t hear back until I called them and without warning the tech said you need to replace the battery as well.

I do not recommend this Dealer for any service on August 21, 2021 I left my pathfinder truck to do an oil change and tire rotation I paid $ 98.11 dlls they gave me my pathfinder according to the oil change service done. Like all clients we trust that they did the services for which we paid, they give us our car and us without reviewing, fully trusting the place, but what an unpleasant surprise it takes me, before leaving the Dealer and in front of them and making sure that the oil level was good, check and my surprise was that !!! they did not change the oil, !!! nor the oil filter !!, for which I had taken it and had already paid, I asked the service director manager Jacob North, who was trying to justify the dirty color of the oil with nonsense, I asked him to take my car up the ramp to take the video of that indeed they had not done anything to it, (all recorded on my phone) when the oil came out of my pathfinder it was dirty !!! They did not do the service for which I paid, with this experience, I do not trust this Dealer service anymore, since they blame the technician saying that maybe he forgot or it was an oversight, !!! This is not like this !!!! since they are continuous practices that they carry out. so it is that this Dealer service never returned, if this is done with a simple oil change, would you trust them for further repairs or perhaps repairs or invented damages to your car, you decide

Five minutes later I had the okay.The owner/manager gives personal attention to every customer. I was impressed.Sales person took me to turn in my rental car. Great guy. No pressure sales.

He helped me understand what needed to be done. My shuttle driver was very kind and courteous. The cashier that helped me was very efficient and patient, and finally Miguel was super helpful. Purchased a car here... almost wish I hadnt. Purchase day was miserably long (Im sure on purpose), but we got through it. As a part of the deal, it was contracted in that they would fix some moderate paint/rim damage on the Camaro I was purchasing. Lots of confusion about when I could make an appointment, who could help, etc.Appointment day, I drove from Orange to Gardena at 8am, since I was told to arrive at 9am, and there is traffic. I rush to get there, and arrive at 9:10, check in, and am told the service guys dont arrive until 9:30. Rushed out of the house for no reason, only to wait.They take the car around 9:40, and the service manager says it will be around 3 hours. I walked out with them to make sure they knew all the parts that needed fixing, according to the contract. The sales manager tried to brush me off and say they already knew what to do, when the service manager had never seen my car, or the contract before.At 1:30, I checked in (had been 4 hours now), as I had told them I had to leave for work at 2 at the latest. They said it wasnt done, give it a half hour. I check again at 2 - still not done, another half hour they said. At 3, its still not ready, so I ask, and they say they are just finishing and they are pulling it around. Car comes at 3:30, and they didnt fix 2/4 of the items to be fixed. Rims are completely scratched up still. At this point Ive missed my work appointment, and theres no way Im coming back, so I tell them they need to fix those two items immediately, while Im here, as fast as possible. The service guy (actual worker) tells me he will prioritize it and get it done in 45 minutes. Car comes back at 4:45, so more like an hour and 15.At this point, its 4pm, and I havent had any meals - not a great area, so not good to be walking around alone as a female, no car offered to use, nothing.I also had mentioned THREE times (at drop off, and two times to the sales people helping me) that the car needed air in its tires, and asked them to adjust. Simple request. Never happened. I asked why it didnt get done, and told them I had a 1.5 hour drive back, and now I was driving on unsafe tires. They just shrugged it off and said I could wait for the regular maintenance department, but it would be a wait. Unbelievable.Car was finished in a total of 7+ hours, came back with over/under pressure tires, unwashed, and bad body work. Will never give any more business to this place, or recommend. Sales guys are liars.

It was good. I came in for regular maintenance check, oil change, tire check and rotation. I found that I lost all my settings for my radio stations. My battery was found to be weak. Although they did install it with a part that was a different color Kevin called me back a few days later telling me they were able to to get the part the same color as my car. I had already paid for the other part and installation, he didn’t have to call me back but he did and I was able to get the part replaced with the right color without any further charges. Needless to say he’s always been very helpful.
