Do not go here!!Bought a $32,000 car and navigation wasn’t working. Santiago said he would send video of it working before car shipped .Turns out didn’t have chip for navigating and said advertised that way..Then why did you say you would get it going and send me proof ?No sales manager did not even respond to make things right..What kind of place sells their soul for $250 on a 32k car?That’s all you need to know about their integrity and character..

I brought in the car I bought from STG Dealer in Ontario. I brought it in for the appointment, they said that it should take about an hour, but it took more like an hour and a half. The gentleman there also said he was going to follow up on filling up our tank since the Ontario dealer wasnt able to when we bought the car, but it looks like they forgot. I also wish they had warned us the first time we brought it in that the tire place was off site, because we didnt know that our car had left the premises. Otherwise everyone was really nice and professional, and they seemed really organized.

I bought a Honda Civic 2016 and it came with a faulty tire pressure warning system. The sale rep told me that they filled the air for the tire and that should go away if we drive 25 miles. So we did and it never went away. We went back to the service department 5 times in the span of 6 months. Every time we went there, after keeping it for at least 3 days, they said it was fixed and we needed to drive 25 miles for the light to go away but it never did. The last time we went there, they kept the car for 5 days and finally it was fixed. A week after we got a flat tire, wanted to change it, but each wheel has an different nut and 4 same ones (instead of 5 same nuts) and we couldn’t unscrew it with the tools. We called but they said they did not know and that we need to bring the car in to check. Very irresponsible. I have been paying for a car that I cannot use most of the time. This is the worst service ever I have ever had. Now we bring the car to the big O tire Store and they said that it is a wheel lock and we need a special tool to unlock these special nuts.
I never write reviews. In fact, this is my first one. The auto service was so poor I felt the need to actually write this. I walked into the shop in the late morning to have a new key made. It is one of those keys that cant be made in a machine or another shop, you have to go to the dealer to get a new one. I arrive for the appointment and they said it wont take too long. They said there were not many other cars to work on. It should not have taken as long as it did. Its a key, its not like youre building the Hubble space telescope. I ended up waiting for over 3 hours. They didnt give me an update and left me sitting there and didnt acknowledge me until the job was finished after nearly 3.75 hours. I had other things to do that day then sitting around waiting for a key to be made. If you knew how long it was going to take, tell me and I wouldve gotten food and came back. You could at least give me updates or even offer a small discount. Seriously, a group of middle school students with directions couldve done a faster, better job than these guys.
If I could give no stars I would. The dealers at this company are horrible. Not only did they schedule an appointment with me to see a car then proceeded to pull a bait and switched on me when I arrived. They were extremely unprofessional and just plain obnoxious. I recommend avoiding this experience if you can.

They took awhile to fix the ignition cylinder in my Kia Soul..about a week. But everyone i dealt with was very nice. They washed and vacummed my car, though. I appreciated that.
I dont understand what dont run my credit till you have my appraisal numbers means to them but they can care less

They hard selling services. They charged me $700 on a TheftPatrol service. They told me it’s lifetime service so I think it’s okay to buy. However, the service I got is only for 12 months. Excuse me? Paying $700 for a year for anti theft?! The sales said window tint is FREE but they charged me $395 without any agreement! It’s against the law when the service you got is different from what they say. It’s definitely cheating. Also, don’t trust KBB suggested price, because the price dealer got is much cheaper than KBB, always shop around. when I tried to sell the car back to them after 3 months they offered 10K lower than what I paid. Only 3 months.
