Just giving you a quick review from my experience with this shop today. I got a flat tire (with attached picture) and they said it cant be patched, the tire needed to be replaced. I said no then I took my car to another shop and they fixed it for free. I dont recommend this shop. My car is tesla model y. I gave them 2 stars because they allowed I parked my car in their location while I waited for tow truck.

I came in to get some new tires. Steve the store manager and his team were really helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions with confidence. Great prices and alignment was done professionally; my car drives real smooth now! Efficient, fast, and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

In my 31 years of driving I’ve never been more happy with the auto Care Services I was given at this just tires . I went in because I thought I needed an alignment to find out that I had a throw and tie rod. Not only did Kat, at the desk get me a super great rate on the part, but they gave me a great rate on the overall repairs and had it done in two hours. My vehicle handles like a dream now, like driving a brand new car. If this isn’t your first choice for your repairs you’re really missing out.

Tire on wife’s car was starting to bubble. Came in expecting to pay for a new tire. Treading was about borderline not covered under the road hazard warranty, but Steve got the approval and hooked me up with a new tire. Thank you so much!

The guys at the Garden Grove branch were amazing. I wouldnt have expected a large retail chain to accommodate my lowered/modified vehicle, let alone cater to my custom specd alignment. The tech was super careful and meticulous. He noticed a slight pull, checked for radial imbalances etc. Essentially, mulled over the slightest discrepancies and eventually had it dialed. Ive never had an alignment experience like this, not even from a dealership. Big bonus for having an alignment rack set into the ground, so even the lowest of cars can get aligned!

Kat is awesome! She got me in and out in no time at all! She kept me informed the entire time. Her customer service is off the charts!! 10 stars 🌟!!!

I come here all the time. I got tires and my alignment done by Gus and my car feels smoother than ever. Katherine was also very helpful in making the transaction process very painless and showing all my options for brand new tires. I definitely recommend coming here!

This review is for Kat and Luna at the GG location. I came in for a oil change and Kat immediately greeted me and asked how she can help me. After telling her what I needed, she got me set up right away and told me it would just be a few moments. Kat and Luna was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a good experience.

Charged $110 for alignment. But did not correct the car to drive straight. Steering wheels is off center. Will go back tomorrow for correction.

Great Experience here! Robert is a great manager and is very easy to like and work with. The work done on our cars was First Class! Got a great price and they will even price match certain tires from GoodYear etc. This is now the only place we will go for our Car maintenance. Thanks Guys!!!

After a bad experience the day before at jiffy Lube I brought in my Dodge Challenger to Just Tires Garden Grove. It was easy to make an appointment online. Got there and the prices online marched the store. I was even a coupon by the manager. Clean lobby too.

Best service EVER.

Robert (Manager) is a thing of the past. His customer service is like in the olden days where you pull up and they wash your windshield and top your fluids off if you know what I mean. I bought three trailer tires for my utility trailer. He add grease to my zirk fittings and tighten the one that was loose. He wipe the cover clean. He took care of me like I was a platinum customer. I was an American Tire customer for a long time but was unhappy with their service so i decided to shop around. Their techs at AT were not the usual five star. They didnt care about scratching your rims. I am glad I met Robert and highly recommend this place. Robert made changes to improve the shop. I dont know about other Just Tire shop but this is my new place to go.

2 thumbs down for customer service. Apparently a Ford explorer tire size is too big and they do not carry that size tire. Hmmm. I bought the same tire from another location same chain. In his defense his cell conversation seemed very interesting while helping me. Find another location. I like Just Tires; just not this store.

Came here when I noticed my tire was completely flat after stopping for gas. Was on my way to a wedding and was already late. Oscar quickly assessed the problem and said a patch would work. Also gave me the option to purchase a new tire but was honest and said a patch would be fine for the time being. His integrity is what made me decide to purchase the tire. I came all the way from West Covina the next day to buy the tire here only because of Oscar. His staff was top notch and I highly recommend coming to this Just Tire location. Thanks again Oscar!

I want to make a complain that I bought 4 tire that it said $668 and they give me a discount for $40. At the end when I coming back to paid they total me up for $720, but, kat wasn’t helpful to explain the feed service to put the tire on my car and she also never explain it to me that they gonna charge extra $20 to throw alway my old tire.

In at 1150am to fix flat. 4 customers ahead of me. Watched a customer that came after me get his car (red Rouge) up 10 minutes AFTER mine goes up.. looks like alignment check. That car finishes before mine, and guy working on that car also helped on two other cars and still finished alignment check before me. 215pm and I am still here.. WTF?Didnt even get offered anything for inconvenience (tire rotation wouldve been nice)I also feel like if I didnt speak up, it wouldve taken longer.. after I mentioned how long its been, manager tells one of the guys to start checking my other tires air pressure and shine it up.. to make it appear that theyre finally giving me attention?Edit*If owner wants to verify, my invoice #: 189464If response is same as others in other comments, then comment response is probably from a bot.Respond differently if not.

Great service. Got a flat during a vacation and they had the tire in stock, got me in quickly and had a great price on the tire. Friendly and fast. I would definitely use them again.

Got a quote over the phone for 4 new tires, sounded like a good deal.I drove over to get the tires installed.The guy tells me that installation, new stem,used tire disposal fees were not included.That pumped the quote given to another $116.Not happy, especially since i clearly asked if the price was the total out the door, he had said yes.I met about half way with the star ratings, i blame myself aswell, i should have asked for a total breakdown of service included.

The guys were really nice and helped me out a lot. I think sometimes people get what they give. A little kindness goes a long way.

Its a fairly good place for tires, and a few common car maintenance. The service is often on time and courteous and fairly priced.

I really love coming to this place. My mother and I both have the tire rotation and alignment deal for 3 years. We came here a couple of weeks ago and one of the workers cleaned my tires. I don’t think a lot of customers get that kind of service anywhere else.

Made appointment 4 new tires @ 6pm. Got there 5:30. Tried to upsell cuz he didnt have the GY tires we booked. Missed the spare...

I went to this location to get my oil changed thinking Id receive quality service and work. Come three weeks later and I get a Check Engine Oil light on. I open up my hood to see that my engine is missing the engine cap. Turns out the incompetent employees here forgot to cap my engine and so all the oil spilled out and over the sides all over my car. I now have to buy oil to fill up my engine, buy a new cap, and pay a detailer to clean up the oil thats all over the interior contents of my hood. I am appalled at the worst service Ive ever gotten in my life and Im here to warn all about Just Tires and their unprofessional and poor quality. Never again.

Very unprofessional workers and staffs. Took over 40mins for an oil change. Prices are not cheap. Would never come back this placesdont know if it would cost me some problem in the near future or not. Too bad.P/s : i was watching the guys who change the oil since the begin. After he took off all the oil out of my car, he asked me to come over and show me that there were some things licking under the engine and told me that he could not put oil in there because it would leaking out of the tank or someshit. If so he had to let me know before he even took off all the oil otherwise i have to thinks in a bad way. And so my car was running perfectly before i even came to this place. Too much problem for an oil change. People should not come to this place.

I got an oil change performed here on Monday, memorial day 2017. On the next Thursday - 3 days later, when I was driving, my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the street. I called my friend for help and he found out that there is nothing left in the oil tank??!!! My car never leak or something like that! I contact the shop and they said that the guy who worked on my car probably did something wrong. They appologized and told me to wait. Ive been waiting for a week so far. Hopefully they have to pay me or fix my car. Now my engine is seized up and it ruined the whole thing. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. Incompetent mechanics. Had to come back twice to properly get a simple wheel balance.

Bought Goodyear tires. 3 weeks later tires blow out. They wont cover the damages. Wont come here again.

Service very bad. It is too long. Took over 3 hours more for oil change and alignment. I bought 3 years alignment package 6 months ago but i will never come back this place again. I accept losing.

I dislike the customer service their.The mechanic has no clue in what they do or say. They messed up my rare brakes plus i bring my vehicle back explaining to mechanic they told me he is experienced and they lied to me about everything .they charged me $500 thats bs like really if the mechanic aint experience why they even work their why not just do tires only and not advertise you do all type vehicles and service. I am super upset how they ruin my holiday and cannot go work
