The kids had been asking to go out for ice cream yesterday. This place had closed about 15 minutes before we got there...I was so happy when the employees offered to serve us even though they were already closed.Great customer service and great tasting ice cream 😊

Τhe ice cream is great but I wont be back any time soon. Theres a sign that says Baskin Robbins is taking the pandemic seriously, but the workers cant be bothered to wear a mask while handling food. Not appetizing and not a good look for a place that should have food safety in mind.

Frankly speaking??? I really enjoyed their ice cream. I will definitely buy here more often and i will bring my friends and family the next time. Thank you very much!

Their icecream is delicious. They have alot of options and you can also get them as a milkshake! Love it as do my kids.

It’s a Baskin Robbins in Garden City with one lone teenage employee trying his best to sling ice cream everyone has already tried. 5 stars if your expectations are set correctly.

I really enjoyed the vegan ice cream. I say they continue with it, and make more flavors.

The portions were not how you would get any of the Baskin-Robbins and the prices were ridiculous we paid $10 and some change for two cones which two scoops each! Little pricey for a couple of cones

5 stars for the ice cream, but 0 stars for the management. I was in the ice cream shop 6/10/18 in the evening and a manager by the name of Sherri came in the store yelling and being disrespectful to the employees working (while customers are in the store) for something they had no control over. Absolutely disgusting management. I feel awful for people working there if that’s what they have to deal with. Nobody ever deserves to be put down like that and dragged through the dirt.

Very dirty. Young kids working did not greet customers or say thank you. What grossed me out (was the young boy with long hair scooping my ice cream), after coughing on his hands scooped my ice cream. Some feel off on the side of his hand and he put in in my dish :/

Tall boy with Afro was very rude and slow. He rolled his eyes and acted like serving us was an issue. He also wasnt wearing a hair net like his coworker. He was being disrespectful to us and his coworker. Poor management kid needs to learn manners.

Closes in 40 min but say they cant make any shakes cause of cleaning time ?? Takes 2 mins to wash out the blender .. 0 management place is a joke. Kids working there do not wash hands and touch your ice cream with their hands most of the time.. lost my buisiness from a regular

It was 9:27pm and the lady wouldnt let us come in - motioned thru the glass they were closed yet the closing time is 10pm. Not happy!
