Footaction has drastically improved their store in this mall. They now have a huge House of Hoops section. They also get a decent amount or the more coveted sneakers that you can reserve if lucky through their mobile app.Keep up the good work guys!

I wish i can give no stars. The worker’s here DO NOT do they job. I bought a ugg slipper from this store it was marked at 110.00$ i went to the register to find it to be on sale at 95.00$. So i went to buy another ugg slipper the exact same one expecting it to be on sale because there was nothing specifically marking it as it being a different price. I ask to speak to a supervisor the gentleman who wasn’t so gentle gave me a run around until I demanded. Then the manager jalynn walks out I explained to him that there is no markings that showing one shoe is cheaper than the other begins to tell me its a different color i caught a “come up” very unprofessional. He said he cannot honor the price for the shoe. People please take your money to champs or any other sneaker franchise because foot action Roosevelt field is not the place . The moral in that place is horrible.

My favorite shoes out of stock, Timothy order a pair of air max 90 next day shoes arrive, thank you very much .

My son is in the Marine and they gave us the discount unlike Footlocker whom gave my son a hard time. very clean store there sales rep need more product knowledge

I called in to see if they had shoes my size, and with Chris checking, I was sure to have them.Asked him to hold them for me. As I showed up and asked for him, he had them ready, and didnt oversell anything.Id recommend yall asking for Chris.
