While the store certainly offers a variety of quality clothing at a fair price, staff members are seemingly absent from the floor. Even when staff are present, they aren’t the most welcoming of people, really taking away from the shopping experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, SKETCH PLACE!!!! Terrible store. I ordered pants online with a gift card and they would not let me exchange the clothes for store credit and I had the receipt. Nowhere on their website does it say that this can’t be done but the girl who was behind the counter just didn’t care. She acted very rude and when I was leaving the store, I heard her talking about me to a coworker. Just so unprofessional and very sketchy that I wasn’t allowed to get store credit because I purchased my clothes with a gift card.

One of my favorite store in the mall. Easy to find what you are looking for and good sales.

I called to see when the store opened the Saturday before Christmas. The person who answered the phone went to check for me. Clearly reading is not a requirement for work at this store. He told me 8am. I arrived at 8:10. Store was all locked. Cleaning person told me they open at 9. Thanks for the help...I will shop elsewhere.

As someone from the UK I wish I could find one of these stores in London! They sell some amazing clothes and Ive enjoyed wearing some of their lounge wear and hoodies in general, the staff were pretty helpful when itcame to size conversions and differences, thanks for the help!

Affordable clothing for adults and kids.

Very happy I decided to stop by this place. The quality to price ratio is fair and the styles are very cute. The sizes do run a bit large, so I got a size smaller than I usually would. Great place to do some summer shopping.

Today I entered Cotton for the very first time. I did so because my friend had mentioned she had luck once. I searched online before I did so and it stated 50% off Memorial Day Sale, in-store and online, being that I WORK myself in the mall and am a STORE MANAGER. I went down with my assistant and gathered up some dresses. Began to try them on, changing sizes etc.. we were actually having fun, as again I had never been in. When I approached the register after not only NO ONE greeted me and or offered to help, my assistant helped me and put things back on every hanger, I asked the questions regarding the sale. Now, mind you, I was still going to purchase the items due to the price to begin with. However! Before I could get my sentence out the girl stopped me with Online is different that in store, I said oh ok, it states that online, so thats why i came in. Well yea on clearance only - so first your story is its online only then its clearance only. REGARDLESS learn how to speak to people. I threw all of the dresses down, pointed out that she did NOT have to be so nasty and walked out. She lost my business along with anyone else I can steer clear. I do not even write reviews but my assistant also witnessed these same individual be rude to the UPS man.Again, the price wasnt the issue, if was clearance only thats totally ok, but the attitude and lack there of assistance that disgusted me esp being in the same mall and would NEVER allow my staff to treat anyone that way.
