Never ordering sneakers to b sent to the store, never got it & they cant refund or help me. I was advised to just call customer care. Wasted my time here after receiving the pick up is ready email. the two girls who looked in the back didnt find it so i wasted an hour calling customer care who called back roosevelt field mall champs who now found it and want me to drive back for it. The girl lied to me and said the didnt receive a shipment meanwhile the customer care rep said someone signed off for it who was employed with champs. Worst service ever!!! Do NOT order nothing to the store because they dont care and they will tell you just call customer care.Update: Caitlin was VERY helpful, and sympathetic. Thank you Caitlin for looking into this for me but mostly sympathizing and understanding.

The employees were very helpful but they have EXTREMELY limited stock. We eventually found the size we needed after about 5 or 6 inquiries with different styles.

They have been a staple in the mall for years and unfortunately when it comes to the more popular sneakers they cannot compete with the Foot Locker and Footaction in this mall. I give them credit for trying and when I do shop there I have always had a pleasant experience but like I said out of the 3 stores in this mall they do come in 3rd place.Update: the manager here is the man! They couldn’t take back my return because I used PayPal but he boxed them up and shipped them back for me and saved me a trip to UPS!!

The place is only good if your looking for kids or females

We asked an employee for a size and he mumbled something under his breath and walked away and when we looked around for him, he was standing there talking to other co workers. So bad customer service and they do not regulate customers from wearing their masks properly

Offer same very cool shoes, and some are missing. Same goes for pricing: Some are very competitive, some are fair. I check what is new every time in I am coming to the mall.

Just walked out from this store, was waiting to pay for a pair of 190$ vapormax with one person in front of me the cashier was busy chit chatting talking to the customer laughing and giggling with the customer in front of me when I ask what’s the hold up another worker came and said I have to wait til their done, I understand that but how long does it take for you to take someone money and let them be in their way .If they don’t wanna take my money that’s okay I went to footlocker and had 7 people in front of me and still finished faster.
