I absolutely love the chocolate covered strawberries from here. Although I must say the staff was very rude and the line for waiting was unorganized. No greeting, when I asked for what I wanted the cashier rudely said “well, as you can see we have no more.”

Great quick stop to get something for my wife. Mike helped me put together a chocolate basket. The service, attention and knowledge made for great experience. I will go back again, and thank you Mike for the help.

Very attentive sales staff. I needed a special gift of chocolate dipped cherries in a medium size gift box. The sales people took several small boxes of cherries and rearranged them in a fancy box just for my order. Nicely done with a smile.

Staff was unconscionably cold and rude. No greeting. Stared awkwardedly at us. Made it feel like they were doing us a favor when we were nothing but polite. Even dropped our bag on floor and tried to give us a dirty bag. Please, Godiva, hire people that actually give a modicum of a _____ about their job.

I was there shortly after they opened for the day on Christmas eve. There was a line and only one sales person. To help everyone, but the store was neat, orderly, well-stocked and the sales person was patient and personable making each customer feel like the only one. I bought much more than I came for - lol!

The most adorable store with the most delicious chocolates. The atmosphere. Is delightful...bright, pretty colorful and the selection of candy and chocolates is amazing.

The owners are fab. Super friendly & once you get Barbara talking, shell let you try just about everything (& give you some hints about what you might want to try). They have a good selection of retro & European candies. Its a tiny store but filled to the ceilings with every type of candy you can imagine. Definitely worth a visit!

Horrible customer service. The young lady that was working behind the counter was sooo rude i left without even making a purchase and would likely not return.

Therere so many kinds of chocolate to choose from, this is the first time Ive went.

It was yesterday Sunday 8/30/20 when the person who attended me asked me what he wanted, in a very sarcastic and rude way. Ill never go back there I went to buy if he doesnt like his job, let him change it

Whats not to like about Godiva. My only problem with this place is they used to have the trufflelata shake and now they have for the sake of calories they say change it into another type of drink. The only saving grace is they allow you to pick out a truffle to add to the drink to make it like a truffle out again so for that reason alone I rate it a 4

VERY EXPENSIVE CHOCOLATE, NOT REALLY WORTH THE PRICE!!

Went in and dealt with a long haired man with glasses who enjoyed his chocolate almost as much as i did. Jeff asked all the right questions and got me the perfect gift and even a little something for myself. Very positive experience

High end chocolate

Went here on Valentines day. Very busy but very organized with staff. First you walk in speak with the sales rep for what you need and suggestions after you go online to pay. Seemed overwhelming but very quick process.

Great staff wonderful experience all around. The freshly dipped strawberries were so delightful that I need to go back for more!!! Maybe next time I will try the peanut butter cups they looked great.

I love the store...but..lately the shake (strawberry and chocolate) dont taste so good ...they put so much ice in it
