Excellent customer service. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful whenever I have questions about the medications that Im taking.
The male pharmacy tech is extremely rude…over the phone at least. However when I got to the store he hid behind the counter and called the Store Manager to assist me rather than the pharmacy staff. I think it takes a real punk to have another man apologize for him. This was all a result of them billing my insurance incorrectly. When I offered the phone number to lay insurance company to get the matter straightened out he declined, however the Store Manager was able to do it but still needed help from the actual Pharmacist to enter the correct codes. Such a coward and. Poorly ran pharmacy.
I was getting ready to get my first vaccine shot when I noticed the lady from walgreens corporate (picking up her script)was mis treating the pharmacy lady behind the counter.I step in to tell the young lady she was doing great job doing her job with this woman insulting her for being walgreens worker.She didnt like what I had said and had told me was wasnt in the mood and she would be waiting or me outside.THIS IS JUST SAD HOW MUCH HATE WE SHOW OUR PEERS AND I will never return here for my second dose!!!
The staff here is usually polite, but the older Caucasian guy working there today on 6/26/21 was extremely rude for no reason when i asked if they had a particular product. If you dont like your job, just quit. Plenty of companies are hiring. But please dont be rude to customers. Pitiful!
Showed up to pick my children’s inhalers up, we’rent ready. No big deal. Had my mother come to pick them up and all medications were provided and then I call to check and see what was given. To be put on hold for 40 minutes and hung up on. Call back to 3 callers in front. Call my children’s doctor and he implemented the piece missing was adamant to administer proper medication to my 7 and 4 year old properly. So I call again and am put on hold for 1 hour. Only to hang up and leave work and drive 45 minutes to my local Walgreens for them to tell me it wasn’t on the order when I was on the phone with my doctor describing the order. Meanwhile.... let’s leave children with improper application of their necessary medication because this pharmaceutical staff is clearly unprofessional and unprepared. I would suggest never coming to this location for children or emergency needs. Best of luck to all.

Simple and fast. Nice people and pleasant. The store needs more staffing but the working employees are indeed trying to help the customers. Store was clean and organized. Parking lot was clean without trash and debris.
The pharmacists are helpful if you have a question they will do their best. The store is a little slow tho but you can see that the actual store needs more workers. The ones they have can only move so fast. Thats why I give it a 3 star and the inventory is lacking.
I was treated very rudely. They wouldn’t even scan my Walgreens card. The manager stood at the counter as I made my purchase. I will no longer fill my prescriptions at any Walgreens. The only reason I’m going to return to this store is for a full refund. Not all black men wearing a COVID mask are there to rob the place.
They dont care. Had a panic attack in my car in the parking lot after having to deal with them. Never again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Everyone in the pharmacy is absolutely lazy. The pharmacist doesn’t know how to do her job at a sufficient pace. Wish I could give her and the other techs a negative star, they don’t even deserve a 1 star rating
I would give them negative stars if I could. EVERY TIME I call the pharmacy to refill a prescription, the automated system makes me talk to the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy NEVWE answers in under 20 minutes. I have called 5 times today and have waited on hold over 20 minutes only to be hung up on before every speaking to a person. Half of the time they cant ever get the prescription right. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Im sure that they do not care about this review. Which says a whole lot about a company
Im a physician trying to talk to a pharmacist: Ive spent more than an hour on 5 separate attempts with no answer (except a boring tune). The very pleasant human being who finally got to the phone told me that they dont have enough staff. Its been like this forever. If youre a patient, please dont use this pharmacy.
When my ID was asked for, I attempted to hold it myself and said “I’ll hold it” while the woman working scanned it. I must have spoken too lightly as she proceeded to grab it and hand it back to me. I advised she must not have heard me. She let me know that with the amount of sanitizer she uses I shouldn’t be worried. I’m glad I have her reassurance.
Got everything I wanted. Had help loading purchases into my car.
Fast service clean store
I love this pharmacy been with them for many years they caught a cross check medication had me call my dr to send a compatible med so no interactions the techs /pharmacist always polite and attentive I call ahead and meds are ready the pharmacist Michelle the sweetest and on point she’s pretty awesome even when I didn’t have insurance Michelle told me about the discounts and coupons always so helpful so my experience is always a pleasure.
The current manager Tim was a straight up Jack hole. His voice and his impatience with his customers and employees annoyed the hell out of me. Hes not a friendly person dont know how he became a manager
Quick and convenient everytime
Absolutely the best service ever! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Very shortly after that someone else greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her yes and she showed me exactly where it was. I did a little more shopping and someone else offered me a basket. I gratefully accepted. A few minutes later the lady who helped me find my product made sure that I was doing ok. When I checked out the cashier said Thank you. I appreciate your business. I couldnt believe it. The service there was so above average. I love it. Thank you so much.
Im hoping this review will be seen...despite confusion over my insurance card concerning medication, I wished I know her name in the Pharmacy Dept. but she fixed things up for me beautifully before Thanksgiving and my thoughts so far on this Walgreens location?? excellent ...job well done ...thank you.....
Pharmacy tries to make you feel guilty if youre on a narcotic, they try saying they cant fill your prescription 1 day early for a 30 day supply they want you to think from the 27th to the 27th is 3p days even if the following month had 31 days. They are rude its ok though I went to krogers and they filled it.
The blonde cashier with glasses in the pharmacy is WONDERFUL. She is always so sweet when I see her. I love going to Walgreens and seeing everyone and their great attitudes and collecting my points the pharmacist are always understanding and very concerning when it comes to my medications this pharmacy is and has always been organized.

Worst company in the world. For prescription refills, expect a several day delay. One never gets past their automated service. Even when they say a prescription is ready, plan on spending an hour there.
Don’t use this location for your fed ex pick up! My order ( a light weight box with a foam mattress inside) was Refused and sent back to shipper! I was not notified. Only after I called the local Fed Ex it was explained to me someone didn’t want to do there job. I had to drive to Fed Ex for pick up! Very frustrating

I am so disappointed in this place. I will never go to another Walgreens. I was having trouble with my pharmacy. The pharmacy staff said change your prescriptions to here well take care of you. The very first time I took a prescription there they lied and told me they were out of the meds. So I went to another Walgreens and was treated like a drug addict. They then told me the first place lied. Back I go to the Ford road Walgreens. Well lo and behold the meds are in stock. I should not have had to wait 5 days for meds I have been getting filled for years.
I arrived at 8:45 to grab hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl for an allergic reaction. We were made aware they close at 9. Zach made it a point to be super rude. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We made it to the counter to checkout within 5 minutes. Zach made rude comments and jokes to the cashier about us taking our time. Zero compassion for a person working in a pharmacy.
My original pharmacy closed down (Garden City Pharmacy)and had 12 of my prescriptions automatically transferred here, was a bumpy start concerning meds & insurance but so far not bad, I do not know who the young lady was who helped me straighten everything out, but thank you you were VERY helpful in this matter...

Very unprofessional management, always talking about their employees, very racist, cut employees hours so management favorites can take the hours. Management is lazy. (Andrea) should not throw stones who live in a glass house. This store needs new leadership fast. Some of the employee need customer service training omg its sad.

Pharmacy is super slow
The store is fine but the pharmacy has always been incompetent. They either understaff or use unqualified pharmacists. They have mishandled my prescriptions and called me to drive back up there after I was already home because they didnt read my paperwork right. I keep giving them additional chances but today I spent 45 minutes in this Walgreens on my day off because they were understaffed and couldnt do simple tasks like print a receipt. The people are nice, and they really tried, they called for a manager to help print my receipt and no one came for over 5 minutes. Im taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Worst pharmacy ever! If it werent for Walgreens accepting my insurance I would refuse their services. Not really sure it matters anyway seeing as how they have been charging ME for my prescriptions AND billing my insurance company!! Someones pockets are getting fat. It has been over a week, including frequent trips and several phone calls trying to get reimbursed, and so far nothing. I keep getting put on hold or told to call back and ask for so and so...still nothing. I want my money Walgreens!

Staff is extremely rude, not helpful, and lazy. If something is not their job they will make sure you know so you bother the correct person instead.
Needed a prescription for antibiotic eye drops. Went to three different Walgreens, none had it, got to this one and they told me it’d be 20 minutes minimum even though I’m the only one in the pharmacy. Bald male staff member was passive agressive with me. Store is also not well maintained. I will never go to another Walgreens again.
Her name is Dureni Worst pharmacy worst rude women, she thinks shes rules cause shes wearing white jacket worst people ever! She refused to fill prescription based on her mood she was so rude then slams the two way phone in my face! I payed on my horn asked for manager that didnt do much except say she companies upfbr jamfled it better? Then he wasnt even a manager hit an assistant . No privacy for people! Why do these jerks they can treat people on this way Dureni or whatever her name is im going to sue her for violating my privacy! Im contacting every news station about her and Walgreens

It has taken me a month of dealing with a big change in the service I am receiving at the Garden City Pharmacy. I have been doing business there for years. New people come and go. Some have stayed and the service has always been more or at least satisfactory. But lately two people their name tags read as follows the cashier Jessica and the pharmacist Halla. The level of professionalism by these two people could use a lot of improvement. When these two are working there is ALWAYS a line and Halla never helps wait on people. Today I went in the store to pick up a few things and a script. Jessica was the cashier and Halla was on the phone and the way she was speaking to that customer was less than polite. In the mean time Jessica had 2 people in front of me and then there were 2 and a car pulled up in the drive-thru and instead of Halla letting them that she would be right with them and help me she looks and went right to the drive customer when it should have been me. This is one of several things I have noticed with Halla. There are 2 great people there that go out of their way to help people that I have seen many times their names are Diane and Mohamad. Two people could learn a lot from 2 other people in the pharmacy.
I checked my receipt at home and was only charged for one Arizona tea- the next I told the same cashier about it and she shrugged her shoulders-never saying a word. The next visit, I paid for it -
