I dropped my laptop off w the diagnostic fee and came back to a laptop cleared of everything I cant use it no backup of my storage and they didnt get the green light from me to even start the process! I will never take anything there. The girl in the office I believe is heartfelt and sincere. Other than that horrible experience my house flooded twice this hurricane season my computer was not damaged but pictures and other items I could have gotten from my laptop were destroyed. No recommendations here 😣😭

Took my laptop in for repair, and the issue was quickly fixed. 3 days later laptop messed up again and learned Megabytes business hours are a loose approximation on when they may or may not be there. So after having to call the owner to figure out when they would be open, even though according to their store window and website they should have been open, and then waiting for the owner to show up, after he told me he would be there, I was able to get my laptop fixed again. Again once the work started it was completed quickly. A month goes by and laptop wont boot up again. Try to take it back, and again jump through the hoops of when they will be open. This time Im told to call him before I drive over, I do. I confirm that Im bringing my laptop, and that someone will meet me,told to call back when Im 5 minutes away. Call them back when Im 5 minutes away like I was asked. 30 minutes later of waiting I call the owner back, get a lame excuse about being sorry, and am told to drop the computer off at the beauty salon next door. Nope, thats how things get stolen. So it doesnt matter that they offer a 90 day warranty on work performed, because they wont actually be there to fix any issues. Heres a tip: its not the customers responsibility to track you down. Fix your business hours if youre not actually going to be there. This story does have a happy ending though, took the laptop to another place on the island, and happy to say its still chugging along with no issues. This was months ago, I waited to make sure the computer wouldnt mess up again. So to summarize: Pro- quick, Con- bad customer service, poor communication, poor availability, work performed doesnt hold up
