This obsolete group of dealerships is still offering ridiculously low trade-in offers even with all the resources consumers have at their fingertips, all while asking for the most they can get away with for used vehicles. We went in to trade in both mine and my wifes 2019 cars, and were offered $2k below the NADA rough trade-in value. These were absolutely kt rough trade-ins. I was able to get offers for both cars online that were $3k and $4k over their offers while waiting for them to finish playing their games in the back office. What a joke. My advice to anyone looking to trade is DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Our truck broke down while on a trip to Galveston. We were scheduled to be there for six days.We contacted Classic Auto Group service department and explained our situation. We spoke to Jonathan and we were told that they would be able to look into the problem and if the part was available it should be ready before we were scheduled to leave. Had the truck towed in on 09/27/2021 at 9:00 AM. Received a call from Jonathan at 12:30 PM our truck was ready. Not only was the truck repaired they also took care of a recall while it was in the shop.Highly recommend Classic Auto Group Galveston and Thank You Jonathan.

Awesome and easy experience here. Mina Baher was there from inquiring about the 2014 Yukon to taking my deposit for it. He was upfront about the history of the vehicle (which was impeccable) and stayed late on a Friday in order for me and my wife to drive from Houston to check it out. The financing team was quick and got us the best interest rate they could and now my wife has a car that will allow our growing family to take road trips and every day commuting in comfort. Thanks to Classic Auto Group in Galveston and specifically Mina for making this typically stressful process a much easier and more straightforward process.

Great Great place. Went in to buy a SUV for my wife. I was looking for a certain SUV. when it got time to start the buy part the salesman asked me if I had looked at the Buick SUV and said no that I had not even thought of it. HE explained of a way better deal they had on it and it was the same thing as the Chevy that I was looking at. He in no way pressured me into buying anything. What I liked about it is that he went out of his way to make sure I had the best deal and saved the most money. I recommend to anyone to go here for your next Vehicle. make sure you talk to Chris Santiago, he will make sure that you are taken care of with no pressure to buy. Also I live in Mississippi and I will drive to Galveston to buy my next Truck or SUV.

The Cadillac Saleswoman treated us like she was doing us a favor by selling us a car. Her demeanor and presentation was quite lacking. She paused during the initial sales paperwork to take a personal call from her family and engaged in a pretty direct conversation with them in our presence. She also refused to acknowledge all of the paperwork and our requested deal that we had sent via email prior to arriving from Houston.She quoted one thing and then we got to the finance office, where an exceptionally kind and knowledgeable lady assisted us, our sales person then came in and straight out lied and said she had not agreed to what she had clearly said and basically called me a liar. She truly made what should have been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, a complete nightmare. The finance staff however are to be commended as they were most pleasant and cordial and helpful.She promised us a a follow up item, which she has failed to deliver and never once said thank-you. In fact she applied so much pressure, it was unbelievable. She did not anticipate that such tactics do not work with us. She said about four times, as we negotiated the deal, if you dont want the car, I have three or four other people lined up who are dying for it.We were trading in our Mercedes and have always dealt with Sewell dealerships in the past. I clearly see why now. The only reason we considered Classic was because they had the exact car we wanted. At Sewell, they make you feel like you are the ONLY customer they have, they express the importance of your business to them, and they pay attention to the smallest detail and the same person follows up with you on a repeated basis to ensure you are treated with ultimate in customer service. The service departments have assigned service advisors and managers and treat you and your car like they are their own.CLASSIC IS CLEARLY NOT IN THE SAME LEAGUE AS SEWELL. IT WOULD BEHOVE YOU TO JUST WAIT ON SEWELL TO GET WHAT YOU WANT. THE SALES EXPERIENCE AT CLASSIC WAS CUMBERSOME, UNPROFESSIONAL, STRESSFUL, AND A COMPLETE DIASTER.We are quite pleased with the car, with the Cadillac experience, and with our choice of vehicles, we however are quite dissatisfied with Classic and the sales staff.

I have had a very positive experience purchasing my new truck through Classic. From the first day I walked in, I was met by Mina. Mina is a sales representative and subsequently sold a new truck to me. Mina was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step without any problems. I originally purchased my truck sometime in March and had the spray in bed liner added. To my knowledge, at that time the spray in bed liner was installed by a third party company, which was no problem. This month, I had a few issues with the bed liner as it appeared very thin and chipped in a few places. After further inspection by me, I could tell the bed liner should have been sprayed on thicker. I contacted Mina as I always do and was told to bring my truck in. I was informed the company that originally installed the bed liner did not want to fix the bed liner, but Classic took it upon themselves to re-spray and fix the whole bed liner free of charge. WOW! All I can say is good things and highly recommend this dealership who looks at each situation and has the customers best interest in mind at all times. THANK YOU! I will be purchasing here again in the future.

I first took my Chevy Tahoe for repairs about a month or so ago to have the power steering repaired. They fixed that and everything was great, for about week and half, then suddenly the power steering fluid started leaking out again. I didnt have time to take it back immediately. Took it back and they were pretty busy and had 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. That was ok. I have 2 cars so, it wasnt an inconvenience. About a week later, I go to check on it, and they tell me it will be another $1700 to repair, and the leak is now in the rack and pinion. How come they didnt catch this the first time, I think to myself. So, I tell them I will pick it up tomorrow and that Im not going to have it fixed. After I pick it up, I noticed that they didnt bother to close the hood all the way. A little disturbing, but no biggie. Then, as I park it at home, I notice that a large chuck of the dashboard was broken off. I cant prove that they did that, but it wasnt broken off before. Then, a week later, I go to the grocery store and I raise the rear hatch up to put the groceries in the back, and the rear hatch wont stay up. That wasnt broken when I took it in. I cant prove they broke that either, but I dont know what else is broke, and I cant prove they broke it. But, its suspicious. I wont go back, ever.

Horrible service department! Scheduled an appointment online a week ago, showed up today and was told they cant do any repairs for a week and a half. What? In all my years of taking cars in to dealers for maintenance, I have never been completely turned away like this before. The service advisor woman said they could do the oil change but not the repairs. I told her I would wait and do everything at one time. She then told me she didnt feel comfortable with me leaving needing an oil change. She actually tried to use a high-pressure sales tactic to get me to stay for an oil change! I told her it wasnt a big deal and that I barely drive that car anyway (which is true) and she said she would have to put something in my permanent record that I refused service! First of all, do customers really have a record like this? They certainly had no record of my appointment. Secondly, I was showing up because I *wanted* service and was told I couldnt have it. Then I was threatened by her to stay for partial service or my vehicle would explode. Give me a break! Why arent they doing repairs right now? Did GM catch them sending in fraudulent claims? Ill be surprised if this place is still open in three months.

Brought in my car to fix some issues and had to bring the car back several times. Turns out that something they did ruined another part in the car and they wanted to make me pay another 500 dollars over the 1000 I had already paid. Talked to the manager and he just kept saying no to my complaints and when I asked if he was gonna do something about the price even though it was their mistake. Managers name was Tony. The only saving grace was the service advisor who helped me and was very kind. Even so, having to pay for the mechanics mistake is unwarranted. Never coming here again and I wouldnt recommended to anyone else.

Do not EVERRRRRRRR in your life, even if it depended on it shop at this dealership. Nor use their body shop. After hurricane Harvey, I was in need of a vehicle. It was sold to me with 3500 down in β€˜cash back’ options. The sticker price was around 17k (so with 3500 down...) yet we still walked out the door paying almost 20 grand.. hmm. However, that wasn’t the first issue. In the paperwork signed there is ABSOLUTELY no mention of multiple pulls for your credit report when financing. Just that they could pull it. They made THIRTEEN hard inquiries on my credit in ONE day! The manager sold me some BS about how they only show up as one. GUESS WHAT: I’ve checked with TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian and not ONE of those bureaus have it as a collective pull AND they went with the FIRST lender they did a pull on. Since the day of purchase I’ve had nothing but issues with this vehicle & I’m completely stuck & screwed over with it because they overcharged for what the car was even worth to begin with by THOUSANDS, their amount of pulls have RUINED my credit, and of course the sales men who sold it to me aren’t even listed on the website anymore!!!! Complete crooks! I have been putting soooooo much unnecessary time & energy into fighting to get those inquiries taken off. Hopefully I’m getting close, but I need to warn others to ONLY buy from those you know with YOUR life and YOUR needs rather than the needs of their pocket in mind when sending you away with nothing but struggle and trouble in the future!!!
