Got a car wash and detailing both were SORRY after they said they were done looked it over and spent another 30 minutes pointing out all they missed . Finally decided I would leave and do it myself. Hopefully they are better mechanics. Than detailers

Got my wiper motor fixed. The motor works now but first they put left arm on right. They fixed that but now the wipers rest halfway. Moreover they tell me this is normal resting position!

It didnt look like they detailed anything still dirt on console spent $165 and got nothing in return cleaned seats and carpet with loose debris still on seats and carpet never going back complete rip off

We went there for an oil leak from hitting oil pan. It was definitely leaking, not bad though. But my dad taught me any leak was a bad leak. they didnt think it was bad enough so they sent us on our way. The car is still leaking. Thanks for nothing

They hand washed and waxed and detailed my interior of our F350 extended cab diesel dually for less than $100. I was so impressed with the job I tipped all 3 guys $5. Money talks and BS walks

These guys did a PHENOMENAL job on our truck! We were booked for 11am but got finished with another errand early at around the same time Jesse called to confirm we were on the way. When my husband originally booked the appt. he was told to plan on 2 hours. They had us washed, dried, waxed and vacuumed in about an hour and a half. The truck is absolutely spotless!! And the guys even emptied my trash can in the back seat! They were not only thorough with the obvious but also with the little things. We couldnt be any happier and will definitely be back!** We recently had them install mud flaps on the truck. The bill was less than the quote because Ford included more hardware than stated. (Where were from the extra hardware would probably never be mentioned.) The truck looks great, the bill was less than the quote and we were out of there quicker than we thought!They do fantastic work at more than fair prices. The employees are friendly. The shop is clean. Couldnt be happier! And well have the truck detailed again before we get back on the road!!

Need to keep soap and conditioner in machines

Rain, wind, and torrential weather does not slow them down. They rescued customer vehicles from flooding damage BEFORE, the waters rose very high. Amazing Guys

Change machines never work. The brush was leaking soap, like a lot of soap, all down my arms. Speaking of soap, it was runny and did not have any soap bubbles or scent and did nothing to the dirt on my car. Almost every vacuum in the row of vacuums I used was broken.

I have taken our familys vehicles to Dr. Detail for years for detailing or having something repaired or replaced. I have gotten nothing but great service and fair prices. I highly recommend Dr. Detail to my friends and anyone else who asks. I am a daddy of 7 and I value my family over everything. So if I trust them to keep my vehicles traveling down the road safely you should too.

The first mechanic to ever quote me a dollar amount to do some work, I leave the vehicle, then when I pick it up, he asks for more money! Didnt even call me to tell me he was running over the estimate dollar amount!!! Unbelievable. Decent work though, hence the One Star.

I had just brought my second car to this place. The first car, my daughters, they fixed swiftly! My own cars a/c went out yesterday, brought it in this morning, and fixed the same day! The owner knew it was my only car to go to work and got my car fixed so that I wont suffer heat stroke in this hot Texas weather!Dr. Detail does a great job and they stand behind their work. Honest and good mechanics!

Not long ago on a trip to Jackson, Mississippi, I got some bad gas. The dealer in Jackson estimated the cost of a new fuel pump, a filter, and to clean the tank to be $1470. I agreed & waited. After four days & no parts I had to leave for Galveston. After a few scares, I made it to Dr Detail. Miguel repaired it in 3 days and for a total cost of $360. In another incident, my engine light came on. The last time the dealer repaired it, the cost was around $600. This time, I went straight to Mike at Dr. Detail and he changed to cap on the gas tank and it took care of the problem. I saved hundreds. Mike has continued to amaze me in both his service and his honesty. Mike Dr. Detail has proven to be an honest, knowledgeable, professional & caring person and mechanic. We are very fortunate to have him here in Galveston.

Worse and most expensive detail shop I had ever gone to...I took my bike to him and he charged 150 he was suppose to Polish the aluminum which was a little pitted.....when I picked it up they had only washed and polished the paint (not very good either) I ask him about not polishing the aluminum...his answer was it would cost me another 150...places that have detailed my 350 dually inside and out only charged me 75 and 65 dollars......The work was snappy and he was way to expensive..... I recommend you dont go there

Fantastic - Outstanding!Recently, I had to be in New England for several weeks leaving my family in Galveston. As luck would have it, while I was gone, my wife’s car broke down and had to be repaired. I have had several cars in my past and every mechanic has been quite different in retrospect to the contrary in this industry, until I found you. It has been with the most rewarding and sincere professionalism in my opinion that all mechanics should carry the same qualities and traits as you. It is almost impossible these days to to find a mechanic that truly believes that if the customers knows up front the total cost of repairs, and finding out the problems and bring them to a solution before the customer is out of pocket, makes up for all the misleading, & dishonest mechanics I have ever encountered and Im highly appreciative and feel blessed to have met you and knowing now and in the future, that my vehicles are in safe hands.

Dr Detail said that it will fix my vehicle for me. After spending over $1100 the vehicle is still not fixed. I would not recommend this business

I would give five stars the car looks great inside and out except for the fact that they didnt clean under the hood 😑 I went with the highest package they had $125 and it was not included so I now have to go somewhere else to get the engine bay cleaned as well as far as the rest it looks great management should definitely look into that issue if i would have know that I would have went somewhere else

I took my car here because it wasn’t changing gears I haven’t even made it to the causeway when the mechanic name Miguel called me and said I need a new transmission and it will cost me $4200 plus additional monies to program the transmission to the car I picked my car up and took it to a place in Houston which I normally use and all I needed was a transmission pan because mind have cracked and leaked out all the oil. All they want is money because what I need it only cost me 300 bucks when he wanted close to $4500 if not more after they would’ve taking my car to get it program .........TOTAL RIP OFF

I go there all the time if you ever have an issue did you not do nothing to help you out there are too many places on the hour to wash your car I put in 12 minutes the brush was not working correctly it took them over 15 minutes to get the owner or manager and he told me he can only give me $2 back haha Im done

Dr detail is hands down the only place i will take my car too. I had a idle mystery problem on 97 camry and dr detail figured it out. The price for the work was extremely fair. Honest auto repair shop

This place used to be the number one, but unfortunately the hard workers are not longer in this place. Now it turns into the worse place, I lost so much money with them believing their liars. Now they are not honest, they act cheap, and many of my friends are commenting something.
