For being such a big store, they treat customers well except when you need to return or exchange something. I tried to exchange a TV set that I neglected to return the non working set within the 15 days time limit they have set. I did not know it had been changed from 30 days to 15 days. I talked to them and was given a big run a round. Finally one woman in customer care gave me the name of the manufacturer,Funai Corporation in California. They have a years warranty on their product. They also gave me the runaround. They asked for pictures of the receipt, pictures if the set both turned on and off. The set was purchased in April and their warranty was good for one year. After I submitted everything they wanted, they accused me of damaging the set even though there was no damage to the set or even the box it was in. There is absolutely no damage showing on set or box. But I was still accused of damaging the set. So they refused to honor their own warranty. So what can I do?

To busy. People was rude. My my cashier was super sweet. Didnt get his name but he was wearing eye shadow. Made me feel like I was home. 💙

Sleep in their parking lot. Used their restroom in the AM, and even purchased some items from them. All good!

Super center with a super crowd of people shopping on a Tuesday night. Unfortunately, they were out of most of the things we were looking for. For a High Desert location we would hope they could keep stock of water on the shelves better. No gallon bottles of water was disappointing.

Masks are required. Shelves have most items but not fully stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. I had 2 people show me where items were. I am not used to my local NC store staff doing that. It was time helpful.

Very busy. Everyone just had the GIMC stare. Some people were standing in the middle of the iles blocking traffic. Like I always said the iles need stop lights.

I dont work for Walmart and it is ridiculous for us to scan our products. It takes forever and one employee to assist everyone when there is an issue. We need real bodies scanning and getting everyone out in a timely manner!

A place to find so much, been going there all my life.

I travel a lot and I always stop in there when I pass by and I need something. Workers friendly and they have actual people that can cash you out quickly. Hope they dont change

I really dont like Walmarts but they are one of our largest most convenient stores so I shop there plus Im a trucker and the ones that let us Park our trucks in their parking lot and then go shopping create an incredible convenience for us so it took away a star because theyve been closing other small mom and pop businesses around the country and theyre probably going to be used as prisons in the future but I dont know at the moment you got to look at the upside and since some of them are now batting RV parking and truck or semi truck parking theyre just going downhill from here but oh well thats life in America The New normal youre getting screwed and youre going to love it.

Employees are doing a great job with the tools they have but its a Universal Grammar heard everywhere slogging thru while lacking the right tools. Budgets cut by management??? Gotta have a good hammer to drive those nails.

Its Walmart, there a good place to go for people who are camping need a fresh water hose and holding tank chemicals.

Some employees are rude..i understand it can be busy with everyone needing assistance with certain isles but that dont give no reason to be rude with customers.. We simply asked for help with wanting some games but nobody dont wanna work n do their job. We had other questions about other items but the employees are always in a b****y mood .. Sorry if customers are too much for you to handle .. If thats the case find another job thats less hassle for you ...

Regular supermarket for your shoppings.We stayed for one night in our RV.Good place to sleep, however the train horn wakes you ever hour. ☹

Im a truck driver so I stopped to get some food for dinner fired up my grill and processed to cook some dinner. I was then informed by the security that wasnt allowed on walmart property to cook. Truck drivers provide a service that every man, woman and child need and I cant cook a simple meal on the property?

Not very busy everybody knew what they wanted. In and out procedure was a catch good people and customers all calm. Best place ever in all region this store obtain.

To many people. Has several registers and only self serve open 90% of the time. If you want to catch covid this is a great place to do it. To crowded.

Posting in July 2021. You can go inside without the divider and it seems like the cashier count has gone down. Self checkout is still popular. Almost looks pre pandemic with all the items in the aisles and people wondering about as they will. Plan accordingly.

Very easy RV park to get into. Far enough from I-40 and the train tracks, your sleep wont be interpreted. This park is very large, but still in June 21 it filled up in the evening.

Its a Walmart. The only reasonable place for a truck driver to shop without a hassle parking or getting too far from the highway.Would just like to not have to spend an hour checking out for 15 minutes of shopping.

The place was very clean and well stocked, plenty of friendly workers willing to help me with the things I was searching for. Topping it off there were actually people running registered checkouts, which made it faster and more personal to me as a customer. I hate the self checkouts because something I choose to buy always messes the machine up,so I am still waiting for a assistance from the one worker thats not trained to help you with the problem..so now youre waiting for assistance from a supervisor who is at the other side of the building. Making my visit a pain..so seeing what I did today, gave me a Big Smile 😃

Great place to overnight in RV, well stocked lots of very helpful well trained staff. Had all my requirements and filled all my travel needs. Hats off to the management, one of the best Walmarts I have experienced.

Make sure to Google the Walmart and tack the truck route drivers. Everyone that I spoke to had a great audited and very friendly which is a hudge plus in my book. Also well stoked and clean. I saw the place with limited people which was great. The clerks were helpful when I asked about an item. The speedy check out person made sure the traffic flow was right and she cleaned the surfaces immediately.

I really dont like shopping here but I have to for work. This place always looks dirty. I had to wait for a basket because they were out. The cashier I checked out with was nice but the conveyor belt was dirty and sticky! Yuck! Gross!! The electronic dept was out of ink for my work printer.

Staff and customers friendly. Everyone wearing masks. Received all the help I needed reaching things as Im handicapped and need to use the electric carts, makes it difficult to reach upper shelves. So far the new decor is very drab and unappealing. And I must have help checking out what Im buying. The electric cart makes it impossible fir me to reach to scan items. However, the staff did do the unloading of my cart, scanning, bagging, and even went with me to help put it into the car. Over all a pleasant experience.

Trucker Review. 07/18/2021 1245MS I just spoke with the security guard on duty and the manager. This location is too busy with truck drivers and they are having to turn some of us away. The manager himself stated they have had to call the authorities on a few bad eggs. Park in the designated tractor parking area, keep it clean, and dont draw attention to yourself. The manager was professional, the security guard, unfortunately was not.

This was an awful experience. The parking lot was so busy that there was a traffic jam. The people inside were extremely rude, racing around each other without any use of manners, and on family left there cart right in front of us as we were trying to look at something while they shopped down the aisle, well aware that it was in the way.It is a Walmart and you probably will find what you need for the right price. All the people inside dont necessarily reflect the business, but I just cannot recommend that you go here.Please consult with your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

The tire center is a joke! Called made appointment got a quote, was running late called and verified it was still ok and they had the tires and price and they confirmed. When I got there all of a sudden they dont have the correct tires or tires for the quoted price and they end up charging me more for not even the tires I needed! I dont recommend this shop at all. Spend your money at a better shop.

Within minutes of parking my RV... security was at my Door!! So polite and personable...Asked if I planned to sleep..then showed me what part of the parking lot was for RVs over night and what time the store closed..10pm fyi...

My experience was over the phone, I tried getting info about how much the fishing license cost and any info they had on open lakes, only if they were able too. I wouldve been happy with just talking to anyone, but it seems like no one works in the sporting & fishing area in walmart?.

Ive always liked the Gallup store... not Grants or even in Albuquerque too. They are well put together and on how the employees keep up with everythings..... you guys are the best

Couldnt find mini cooler fans but bought a hand-held mister fan and USB mini desk fan. Cant ever find solar lights like on the website. Are they out in gardening section? Ill try to trek there on my next visit.

Had oil changed at service department at gallup walmart auto service. They completely messed up car. It was leaking oil after I left. They over torqued the drive shift differential bolts. I pulled out oil pan bolts and one broke off in block the other I pulled out had been cut 2 /3 of the way though to Sheer off like the other I mentioned. I sorry but this kind of intentional destruction is really disgusting! Store manager offered me a gift card and refund. Id rather see the employees released from job. I like the rest of walmart. But this service department need to be fired and start over!

I used to love stopping here and restocking on my trips but not so much anymore everyone is rude and pushy and I hate self check out which is the only thing that seems to be open and the main guy that greets you seems to think he owns the place,,, this place used to be my favorite place
