Not sure how this place has such great reviews in regards to customer service. My mother in law went in and was looking for a dress for my better halfs (her daughter) graduation ceremony, for her masters degree. Virginia was absolutely short, rude and curt with her. My mother in law is the nicest person and she was so frustrated with Virginias customer service that she could not stop pointing out all of the rude remarks and short unprofessional responses to basic questions. You Virginia costed yourself a customer with the intentions of spending good money in your store. Not anymore!

Brought in a Fred Perry polo shirt that I had bought for quite a bit of money direct from the UK.It was obviously made on a Friday afternoon in Lisbon at a quarter to five. The button placket was a disaster. Well, the good Ladies at Navajo Spirit did their magic on it and the shirt is absolutely perfect and the repair came to $5.20.I highly recommend them. They do excellent work.

They sewed an item for me just the way I wanted it to be. Very very friendly people service there. Give them a personal design and theyll make it nice. You all got to check it out for yourself.
