Late in soccer season but they had the red colored sock I needed for both kids. Picked out some shoes for myself with my husbands help. And a new ball due to my puppies very sharp teeth on the old one... Very helpful and great customer service. Will return again to buy more items for upcoming sports.

The girl at the register was helpful. They didnt have what we needed.

Awesome store....customer service is great too unlike the other store I went that she stood there trying on hats instead of greeting who came through the door and realizing people were scrolling aimlessly through the store.

Customer service needs improving. I had to ask for help twice before getting assistance, while 3 employees were standing around talking.

Went there to buy an item on their one day sale. They had it and we picked up a couple of more things for my daughter. Your always greeted when you walk in and the staff is always very helpful.

Its just ok. Need to make this place bigger. Ive been to Big 5 in other cities. This place is small. Gallup doesnt have many sporting goods store. I believe it could rake in the business. Wally is the only other bigger place big sometimes dont have wat I want or undesirable. Just a thought.

Terrible customer service, we waited for an associate in an area where they had snow sleds but I dont think anyone walks the floor at this store. We left without purchasing anything and we saw all the associates talking about work related issues and write ups instead of helping customers.

The place needs to be expanded. The stuff is just crowded ig. But the service is really good, workers are nice and help you find what exactly you need.

Went to buy a rifle was told they did not have the one i wanted so i asked if i could have a minute to think. the clerk told me that i could no longer purchase firearms there and that if i came in with any one looking to buy firearms that they would also be denied. This Is the first time this has happened to me,even buying in AZ is easier. needless to say i will no longer be giving any Big5 my business and i encourage You all to do the same.

Store had a good ad..but when we shopped there...they DIDNT HAVE the size we needed of mens shoes & only ONE STYLE came in size EE..( on sale & out of stock) on day of ad...Thats GALLUP AREA FOR YOU!!!

They have some great stuff there for the active person. Camping, hiking, swimming, biking etc etc If u want to avoid walmart crowds and walmart quality I would suggest u shop here. U wont regret the purchase. Quality brands.
