DO NOT GO HERE! They make it seem like they will fix your car but do no such thing. They didnt tighten lug nuts on my tires correctly and I could literally unscrew them after I heard noise coming from my tires. Previously didnt have a check engine light but it showed up after I got my car back. I told them about it and they said it would go away. It didnt and i called them back and they said they could look into it but they would need to charge me for it? Are you kidding?! I went somewhere else after that. Horrible service and bad customer service.

We had a flat tire outside of Gallup and didn’t want to chance driving 90 miles home on a donut tire. There were only 2 tire shops open. When I call the first one said they wouldn’t have time to change our tire. The second one was Firestone and they told us to come in. The men closing the store (I think Nick and Ken) were great! They were very fast and very helpful.

We came in for repair of our vehicle. We have an extended service plan to cover their portion. When your business is trying to charge the extended service plan and over charge your customer, this is unacceptable. When the representative at the extended service plan asked Dana for the itemized invoice, she acted like she was trying to hide something. Taking advantage of your customers isnt something that I will tolerate. Will never do business with you ever again. My extended service plan is aware of what this organization has done. They wont tolerate this kind of behavior.

I called all over Gallup for an alignment. No one had openings until end of August. Some places couldnt do an alignment due to the fact my truck has a 6inch lift. But Lewis helped us out and was patient with us. The guy who worked on my truck was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a flat tire and no options in town. The team couldn’t have been nicer and squeezed us in to get us on the road on a Saturday. Thanks so much Firestone team!

Had chunk of my tire break off, needless to say I needed a tire. Just so happened to be a few miles away from Firestone. As I changed the tire my wife called the Firestone and they said come on in. I drove to the shop the sales man at the counter was ultra professional. The million dollar question was did they have the random tire size I needed to continue this trip or did I need to stay overnight in Gallup until my tire could be ordered. As luck would have it they had a 235/35/19 in stock. They changed the tire and I was back on the road in under an hour! I am extremely appreciative with the expedience and professionalism of the staff, they definitely save the day, and I thank them.

So, I schedule an appointment here, arrive and am told a 3 hour wait. Arent appointments priority? We made appointments and now have to wait on people who arrived today. I would have just driven to Albuquerque if I would have known they dont prioritize appointments. Customer service needs improvement as well. Also had an alignment completed about a month ago and since alignment was completed vehicle veers to the right which it didnt do prior to alignment being completed here.

Took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and flat repair. Sales people where not friendly. Ordered new tires supposed to be in the next day, a week later still no tires. Car was fine before I took it in for service now when I go over 65 mph my car shakes. Took it in a week later was told my rim was bent. It’s the same tire that was fixed. On top of that my tires were not rotated as requested. Well be take my business else where.

Worst customer service experience ever. If you have ANY other choice, hard pass on Firestone in Gallup. Theyre thieves!!!!! They will try to get you to pay for things you do not need!! Dont fall for it, take your vehicle to someone else!!!!

We were on a road trip from Texas to Moab,UT and started having car trouble near Gallup and this was the only shop open on Sunday. The staff was so friendly and helpful; after examination, they suggested that we replace both front tires. The technician was quick and we were back on the road in no time with a car that drove as smoothly as the day we bought it. They saved our trip and did it with a smile! I would definitely recommend these guys.

As a safe ride driver, usual place to bring the vehicles in for service. Staff and mechanic staff are quick and easy to communicate with. Oh and the restroom is clean.

People there are super helpful. The manager, Lewis, is super honest. They fixed a problem Ive been having for a month in five minutes and didnt even charge me for it. Then Lewis gave me advice on how to maintain the fix. Best time at a mechanics Ive had.

FLAT TIREThe service was good; but the customer service left little to be desired. I was told it was going to be a three hour wait; when they took the car in to check for a flat tire it would be a three and a half hour wait. The car was ready a little bit early BUT no one told me. I was being patient and waiting. I fell asleep for a bit. A different sales rep said oh she didnt tell you it was ready? I just said thank you, and left.

Worst experience ever!! Id clean house and fire a whole bunch of lazy employees! Came in with a small uhaul trailer loaded and had a major front brake failure they wouldnt help me drop the trailer so I can get it fixed...thankfully theres a perfectly fine Goodyear across the street 👌 😊

My jeep was in the shop for 5 days because they kept ordering wrong part. I was on foot for 5 days. I was not given a rental.

I had a tire blowout on the highway, driving a Tesla - most tire shops in town were closed (Sunday afternoon) and the other one I spoke with wouldn’t work on a Tesla.I had my young daughter with me, we were traveling during the worst weeks of local Covid cases. I also had a reservation in Flagstaff for the night - we were trying to get through NM as quickly as possible. I called at 2 PM and Mickey answered. She reassured me that she had a tire and they could help me before they closed at 4. I had to be towed in and there were several customers waiting before me but they got my car back on the road at 4:01 PM. Dana was so helpful and friendly, and between taking care of customers, I saw her cleaning constantly. The waitingg room/showroom was very clean and comfortable. The mechanics were so busy and were taking care of business! Thank you, Dean, for getting my tire replaced quickly and getting us back on the road! This business really went above and beyond, and they didn’t have to. They could have asked us to come back in the morning (which would have had awful consequences for us) but they took great care of us. Thank you so much, Firestone Gallup!

The front desk was very nice to tell me what exactly was going on with my car. But also checked what they told me was wrong with 2 ppl that work with cars say its fine. And told me Id have to pay over 1000.

Great and fast service. We had to tow our truck there on a Saturday at 5pm, two hours before they closed and they made sure we could get back on the road without a hassle or making us feel rushed. Will recommend.

The employees are friendly and the products are the quality youd expect. Unfortunately, the manager, Lewis, runs an extremely poor operation. After ordering and making an appointment online I had to come in personally on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS just to get generic new tires on my car -- and work didnt begin until more than an hour and a half after scheduled appointment time. While the people are nice, the business is run so unprofessionally that I cannot recommend it for your local auto care needs here in Gallup.

Lewis was exceptional, he was understanding and made sure I could be out in good time and back on the road. This guy needs a raise. Highly recommend this place.

Came in for an appointment for my a/c and the guy at the front desk was not only slow but took another person in front of me. I had been waiting to be checked in for 15 minutes! I even offered to get paperwork started to speed things up and I still didn’t get any clarification if that would help at all. After waiting and seeing the guy go to the back several times, i finally had enough and left. I’ll be looking for a new place to take my vehicle.

Wow, what a day! Husband and I are traveling cross country and on a Sunday, our 2006 Toyota Avalon battery light comes on when leaving Gallup after a nights stay to head up to Colorado. We pull over and call AAA. Theres no service places open on Sunday and the Toyota dealership is also closed so they tied us to this Firestone. We have never been to a Firestone but we couldnt have been happier with the staff there and especially Kyle!! From our first call to him to tell him we are being towed to Firestone, he was kind, understanding and put our minds at ease that they would try and determine what was wrong. It was the alternator unfortunately, but Kyle said they could replace it but not sure if they could today as they were slammed with folks getting their cars worked on. We booked another night in Gallup but no way to get to hotel and with a car full of luggage and coolers. Theres no car rental places open on Sunday and the Uber couldnt take us in their small car and all we had loaded from our car. Kyle worked tirelessly along with other employees and got the car fixed, even staying past closing. We have nothing but praise for he and employees and Firestone to get us back on the road again.

The front desk women were not welcoming and were rude on the phone. The mechanics and service advisor was a gentleman whom was very knowledgeable offered a quick service. Without him my overall experience would have been a -5

Starting using firestone in Gallup again 4 da past several months. Used 2 use their services all da time when Mr. Jamie Trevino was there. I noticed service starting 2 lack good customer n service skills so I started using firestone in Albs. But service 2day was much better except customer greeting still a strong negative n does need great improvements

I really needed an oil change, also had my tires rotated & balanced; had a fluid added to my gas tank to improve my gas mileage. Worth the wait. Im glad i did this! 😊

They cracked my windshield and denied that they did it. At least own up to your mistake instead of lying.

Have been coming here for a year for all my car needs. Staff is friendly and professional, all of the employees are, its like I meet a different one each time Im here and they all friendly. And not that fake friendly you get at other places, I feel its genuine here. I plan to keep coming here for all my automotive needs.

What a waste of time again first time I went in to get a alignment they told me I needed to change some parts out in the front suspension and i did on my own and when i went back to get the alignment they said i have to buy tires from them in order for them to work on my vehicle.. what the hell?? They just seem to want money for them to do any work I bought the the damn lifetime alignment thinking I could use it when I needed it but its obvious they dont care I thought Firestone cared about there customers satisfaction but I guess not dont waste your time with them

Called to get a quote on front brake pads only for my 2014 Ford Fiesta. Firestone CAC advised $251, which is gibbering insanity, especially for Gallup. I expressed my shock at this quote, and asked if there were any coupons (having already found one on the Firestone website for $70/off per axle, which would bring my total to $180 - still WAY too high for pads only on an economy car). They responded that the coupon would only apply if I purchased front AND rear brakes. Avoid. Firestone CAC in Princeton, NJ was cheaper and more honest when I lived up there, which is kind of incredible.

They sold a battery protection service, and did nothing but spray protectant over acid. And left vacuum lines unplugged. Thanks Trevor. Then I called Leonard. No help at all. He said, oh just bring it back. We are 40 mins away. I worked for Firestone Complete Auto in Mesa for 5 years as a tech. Never seen work this bad.. So with a bottle of Coke and a wire brush I cleaned myself. Check there work, Ask for old parts, its your right to know this shop is doing the job right the first time. Hope this helps others.. BEWARE: Told my wife she needed High Mileage oil, for her 2016 Jeep Latitude, because she drives a lot... lol!High Mileage oil is for vehicles with over 75k miles... knowledgeable?

Only one manager. Work promised within the hour. We waited another hour only to be told they only did a courtesy top off. Told we needed new tires when our previous visit to another dealer two days earlier told us we had 10-15,000 miles of tread left. Also told we only had one new tire when all four had been purchased from this dealership. Disappointing...may not return.

Hey Firestone, Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!I called this Firestone when my car broke down while driving cross country. I very specifically explained my situation and the symptoms (I knew that the either the clutch went out or that the throw out bearing seized). I also asked if they could diagnose my car on a Sunday. I was told that they could help me so I spent $500 to have my car towed there from AZ.On Sunday morning Firestone told me they were unable to help me because 1) they dont work on transmissions, clutches, etc. and 2) the mechanic that might be qualified to even diagnose it wasnt in on Sundays (and they had no idea when he might be in next).They also couldnt give me any referrals to mechanics in town who could help me. Whaaaat?!!This place actually ended up costing me several hundred extra dollars in tows and TONS of extra time. They really need to educate their front desk staff in what services they are able to provide, cars (in general), their mechanics schedules, and customer service.

Very poor service at this shop. While waiting for my appointment I can hear they are overbooked. Then all of a sudden the a/c machine they need for my service broke while I was waiting. This is what I get for not going to the dealer.

Went to get a leaking valve stem repaired. Was told that it would be three hours before they could do it. They said that the reason was because one of their lifts was down.

Car broke down early morning. Had it towed to Firestone where they addressed the problem immediately. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, we felt very much at home. Will be on our way soon.

We were driving to Las Vegas to a convention when a road hazard did some damage to the plastic and fiber underbody of my BMW 328i, causing a piece of it to drag at low speed. We were overnighting in Gallup, so I decided to get up early and take it to Firestone to see if they could do anything to keep it from dragging and causing more damage. I got there when they opened at 7 AM. They took it right away and put it up on the rack. It was pretty torn up. The mechanic bolted it back as best he could, but he and the manager were not quite satisfied it would hold. They got creative and used zip ties to secure it further. I was on my way in less than hour. They didnt even charge for the repair - just their customary charge for putting it on the rack and taking a look!!!! We got our destination without further incident.

The lady in the front isnt so customer friendly. They didnt secure brake lines on the new struts. Tore my cvc shaft rubber boots and refused to replace it. They dont follow producers and do pre-inspections before work is started. No skilled hands here as their sign up front states.

Elliot and Jaime were super nice and tried everything to help us when we broke down for two days on our trip to California. They called the tow truck to come get us and then tried to get us a discounted hotel. Their crew worked their butts off.
