Truck was not available at the reservation time. Mobile check in did not work. Uhaul corporate was non-responsive. Regional numbers provided for help were unable to assist. Do not trust your familys move to this operation.

Had a uhaul reservation for 4:15 PM. They had a sign on the door stating they closed @12. Wouldn’t answer the phone or call back even on their emergency line.
