All of my techs are amazing! From Ian who is a die hard Yankee fan like myself! To Jordan and Dwayne helping him out with my services! My wife and I will only take our cars here for the pure professionalism and courtesy they provide to us. Our techs show us the oil they are putting in there, and they show us our filter so we know what to expect. Thanks for all that you do guys! Amazing work!

2 alignments within a week and my truck is pulling to the left now with a squeak noise everytime i hit a bump. 1st alignment my control arms were not tightened all the way so i returned for the 2nd alignment free of charge and it is even worse now. Older man told me he wasnt hired to chase me around after i used the bathroom when i showed up. He said he seen me walk in but then he couldnt find me so he made me walk through the shop and find him after waiting almost half an hour. Told me my truck wasnt as bad as i thought it was but my wheel was flopping side to side and now he made it worse, if i let go of my wheel it pulls me to the ditch drastically.

Ive taken my work van in for an oil change twice. The staff has been very nice and professional. The service was great, and the customer service even better. I asked them to do an alignment check last minute and they were willing to fit me in and fixed an issue I was having. Great prices for both services.

Everyone there was friendly and attentive. I was in and out rather quickly, but I called ahead and asked about getting my coolant flushed and replaced in addition to an oil change. They noticed an oil leak and informed me about an inspection (an extra $20) which I accepted including estimates for the work. I explained that my engine temperature was fluctuating somewhat and could hear water rushing in the cabin which is why I wanted to get it flushed. After the oil change and inspection, the technician came out and showed me the coolant in a meter to show its effectiveness. It was clean, and the master mechanic recommended not to flush it - its normal for this 20 year-old truck to make those sounds and it could be something electrical with the thermostat. No, coolant systems shouldnt be sloshing around with air inside. A thermostat is a spring connected to a valve which opens when the engine reaches operating temperature, allowing coolant to flow. It is a purely mechanical component unless my truck has some mysterious technology from 20 years ago when it was made. Shops like these offer cookie-cutter service with a one-size-fits-all approach, and while they do offer much more professionalism than some shops, they talked themselves out of doing work by telling me a lie.Long story short, I feel as if shops like these pray on unknowledgeable customers who take their word for it. Explaining to me that I shouldnt do a coolant flush because of something electrically wrong with a thermostat is telling, and while Im sure others experiences are great, I do not feel Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers are qualified to do much more than those two things.

This is the second time Ive visited this establishment and I cant say enough about how impressed I with their service, professionalism, their honesty and their overall Goodwill towards a customer. They definitely take pride in their work and it shows with thier attitude and generosity.I came in for an oil change and to have some bolts attached to a base plate underneath my car. They were met with a challenge given that my oil pan dipstick was over torqued/stripped by a previous competitor where I had my oil change done before then. They were kind enough to detach it and replace it as well as take care of some missing bolts for a base plate under my car and they went out of their way to take care of me and that kind of service is sorely missed in this day and age and for that they will forever have my business and recommendation to friends and clients throughout my travels. Once again, I appreciate yalls excellent professionalism.

I had such a great experience here! I was dreading going to get my oil changed but I really had no reason to! Ian took great care of me and was so friendly! He really put me at ease, was very honest about everything, checked with me about pricing before performing any services, and told me exactly what he was checking when he was checking it! He even let me see my filter and taught me some new things about my car that I didn’t know! He never talked down to me and he didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need! I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change! I didn’t even have to get out of my car AND it only took like 10 minutes!

7-21-21- I went in for an oil change on a 2004 Lexus LX470 to the station on Nashville Pike in Gallatin, TN. First, my service tech, Mike, noticed that I had another vehicle in the other lane get service before me and then gave a $20 discount. I really appreciated the fact that he noticed this. After I drove off, I noticed that my vehicle was leaving a trial of something like a mist but I could not tell what it was... then I looked at my oil gage and there was NO oil pressure and my warning light was on. I pulled over and stopped a few miles away and called the station. My service tech, Mike, came to where I was, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty filter (thank goodness I had not driven all the oil out yet). He got under the vehicle and removed the bad filter, replaced it with another filter, then refilled the oil and made sure that it was holding pressure. After that, he asked me to follow him back to the service station and then took my vehicle and got it washed and then he even installed new front hood shocks, as mine were so worn out the hood would fall without a prop. I want to thank the business and especially Mike for his good nature and professionalism and his individual effort to make things right. (So shines a good deed in a weary world. Willy Wonka)... Dwayne, Ian, and Jeff were great. I was getting ready to go on a trip and they did everything they could to make sure that my car was ready. Ian, the service tech, showed the the oil and transmission levels on the district to show me they were ok, which other shops dont do. And was in and out of there in about 25 mins. This is my second 5-Star review as I continue to get amazing service even through some employee turnover, including managerial. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful and honest about wait times, if any. I bring both our family vehicles to this location (near Kroger Marketplace) and even with my Covid mask on am recognized. Thomas, Kevin and Caleb are wonderful and I trust them with my cars.

Thomas did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed on our quickly-aging 2008 Dodge Charger RT. Suggested items that were immediate safety issues vs “should be fixed sometime soon”. Spent over $2k on services and, for once, was happy spending that much money after driving out of an auto repair shop. Will be taking all of our vehicles to them in the future. Convenient, personable, good service, good value, timely. Overall, an A++ experience.

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. I dealt with a few different people, but would say Anthony was the main person helping me. Not only was it very obvious how knowledgeable he was, but he was extremely personable! I’m not afraid to admit that I’m not very educated on cars and have found many places have tried to up-sell me because of this. This was not the case here at all. They laid out the options for me, educated me on the options, gave suggestions, but ultimately I did not feel pressured to choose one way or another. I believe I was in and out within 20 mins or so and this also included getting new windshield wipers. Keep up the amazing customer service and this business will go far!

Chris and Kenneth went above and beyond to help me. There arent many times where things go smoothly but this is one of them. They were able to change my oil and head light which requires them to take the bumper off and get me out of the shop in 30 minutes. Ill be a coming back for the foreseeable future.

Matthew checked me in and got everything started. Dominic took over and went through everything that was done and what they recommended to be done. The air filter for my Ranger was very affordable but the filter for my Focus was almost $50. I will get my oil changed here again for sure. Dominic and Matthew were great and the oil change price is affordable.
