Bought a new 2021 here in Feb. Sales rep was really friendly!!!!

Just bought a car 3 days ago. Today someone opened their door and dented and scratched the heck out of my driver door. There was some miscommunication on coverage I paid extra for but they came through and are going to do the repair at no charge due to the miscommunication. Great sales people, great service department. They didnt have to help me but they did anyway A+.

Not great. Waited 1 hour for only change my burn light bulb about my car they try cheating me 150 labor per hour and made more complicated a simple light bulb burned

Bought a used vehicle from Galesburg Toyota, got it home and had a minor issue. I was able to call and get the issue resolved. Tyrell was super professional and he made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again.
