I hate having to be without my vehicle when I have an accident. The one thing I look forward to is the detailing. Its like the cool whip on the pie. A great repair and perfect detail. It feels like a brand new vehicle. The first time I went to Bates they did an excellent job on the repair and the detailing. I used them a second time in mid August 2018 for a bumper repair. The repair was great. The detailing was terrible. I called them to make a complaint and was told that they didnt detail on bumper jobs. I thought that was strange because a couple of years ago when I used them for a bumper job they did a wonderful job of detailing my van. Their commercial says they take care of the details, but that is not the case. Next time I will call Daves.

We have been fortunate in the past not to need a body shop our luck changed after hitting a deer. We sent the car to Bates Collision Center which was the highlight of the whole incident. The repairs and cleanup on our 2015 Ford Explorer was superb. We found them to be very friendly and yet professional. Thank you Steve and Michelle.

Worst experience ever! spent $5000 to repair a hood and door and the fender fell off after 3 trips. These people are con-artists. They wanted 10,000 dollars for a plain paint job. WTF
