He brought many different samples to our home to assist us in selecting the quality floor and the best color for our home. He promptly returned all calls, and he kept us informed on the delivery and installation dates. The installation was amazing. They said it could take up to 3 days. The installers worked diligently and completed the job in one day. The floors look beautiful. It definitely changed the whole look in our home. We connected with Aladdin Carpets and Floors through the Costco carpet & flooring installation program. We are always looking for a good deal and a quality product. Our sales rep, Majid Zamani, came to our house with samples and to look at the spaces we were installing flooring. We were transitioning most of our home from carpet to wood. He provided his recommendations in terms of the flooring material and shared the pros and cons of different options. We purchased engineered flooring through Costco using Aladdin and hardwood flooring directly through Aladdin. There were no issues with the Costco purchase.One of our criteria for choosing a company for flooring was the timeliness of installation. Many supply chains have been experiencing delays due to COVID. Knowing the importance of the timing of our purchase, Majid called the hardwood supplier to determine if there was adequate supply of our materials and delivery could be made to support the desired timeline. He allowed us to hear the call. All was confirmed and we made the purchase. Wait for it … the supplier could not deliver the product within the timeline. Majid was forthcoming with the bad news. Majid immediately began working to get an alternate product which ended up being better and within the timeline. Before making the order he clearly identified and provided info on the new product, he allowed us time to research the new option so that we could make our own assessment. This better product was delivered on schedule and at no additional cost.The team that did the installation were hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job! Given that we were installing flooring in most of our house, they moved a lot of big furniture, kept us non the loop on where they were with progress. We had a couple of minor issues around 2 of our doors. We let Majid know, the installation team was quickly scheduled to return and made the necessary adjustments. They made sure we were satisfied with the installation.I would recommend Aladdin Carpets and Floors if you are considering new floors! Overall, Majid was very flexible and worked with our requests.

I like to use local small businesses so returned to Aladdin in Gaithersburg for a second time. Henry came to our home and measured and was polite and respectful, even removing his shoes at the front door.I shopped at other places as well as the big box stores. We were hoping to find a company to do the carpeting but also replace the old baseboards as well as the trim around all the upstairs doors and stairs. Aladdin was the only one who delivered all. I believe the TileCenter is their sister company, and Carlos removed all the old trim, installed the new and also painted all of it. Next day Sergio came with his assistant, removed all the old carpet and padding, then cleaned up before installing the beautiful textured carpet, including runners for the stairs. They were cleaning up as they went along, and moved a couple of pieces of furniture out the way. The transition from each room and hallway is seamless. The carpet has a contemporary flair with some texture in a light, neutral taupe. We would highly recommend Aladdin Carpet & Floors

I went through Costco and they used Aladdin Carpet to install hardwood floors in my bedrooms. I am so pleased with this company. John, the sales rep was very kind and professional. The quality of the work is is very neat. I appreciate the professionalism from each person at the company. My hardwood floors look amazing, this company assisted me in moving larger items. I will use them again for any future flooring home projects. I highly recommend using this company for all your hardwood flooring needs.

These guys did an amazing job on a smaller flooring job in our living room and hallways. They removed the old carpet and put luxury vinyl planks in. The end product looks even better than our hardwood!Super fast, efficient, good pricing, and Henry who came out for our estimate was able to walk us through the process as first time homeowners.

We are in the market for carpet and Aladdin Carpet was recommended to us .We received a call from Henry who set up a day and time to come out at our convenience. Upon arrival Henry removed his shoes at the door and wore a mask, making us feel very comfortable. Henry was patient as we discussed our carpet needs, bringing sample after sample until we found something that we liked. He was professional in his presentation and in the writing of the contract.

We have seen Aladdin’s floor work done before so I couldn’t wait to work with them. Henry came to my townhouse and gave us a free estimate to change the floors in my whole house. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He came with his own mask and didn’t mind using hand sanitizer when offered to him. Since it was raining he voluntarily took off his shoes. I was shocked to see how quickly he was able to come up with the numbers. He was reasonable and fair with our budget. Definitely a great experience.

I used Aladdin floors through Costco. The appointment was scheduled quickly and Majid the sales rep was on time. Majid had wonderful and insightful suggestions for our new floors. We reviewed the variety of samples. The ordering process is quick and easy. Unfortunately we did select a very popular color that was on back order. Majid went out of his way to accommodate us. I think he must work 24/7. I highly recommend Aladdin and if you can, work with Majid.

Professional installation and great quality carpet.

We are SO happy with our new floors and baseboards! We worked with Henry, who was just lovely to work with from start to finish. We spoke with several companies, but Aladdin was the most comprehensive with the fairest price. Henry was key in helping us make key decisions regarding material and color. He made several visits to go over things with us before we even signed a contract. Scheduling happened relatively quickly (within 2 weeks) and when we had to reschedule they were able to come out the very next week. When it came time to do the work, the staff was friendly, punctual, and best of all, very detail oriented. Both the foreman and Henry completed walk throughs with me. I am VERY happy with every aspect of this company and could not be happier with the new floors!!

Sergio, my installer, is very kind and extremely skilled at installation. I cannot see a seam in the two rooms I had carpeted. I had both vinyl tile and hardwood floors installed by Aladdin and it all turned out great. Majid Zamani Was the consultant who I met with to pick out what I wanted to do and he was very helpful...even showing pictures of what the tile would look like in my existing bathroom. Miguel was the installer and was a complete professional. He was done within 2 days and reinstalled all toilets and even leveled off the floor in a spot with cement. I have used Aladdin in a previous hardwood installation through Costco and am very satisfied with their work.

Aladdin Carpets installed our carpet back in 2016 and we have enjoyed it since. Recently, however, the carpet started to get a little loose in 2 rooms. Apparently this is normal in high-traffic areas and when the rooms get hot. We called the company about this and, without hesitation, Amir sent a team led by Sergio to fix this. The team did a great job! It is great when a company guarantees its work.

Aladdian Carpet has been a great experience! We had wood floors put in over a decade ago and now need to finish the basement and knew who to go to. Henry came out to help us pick the right flooring. I recently had a project completed by Aladdin Carpet. The end result was spectacular! I had been to Home Depot and was waiting over 40 minutes just to get someone at the desk to help me, but no one came, even after I asked! At Aladdin, Sasan greeted me right away, asked about my project, and then offered options in line to what I was looking for. I had some samples delivered to my home and left for me to look at both morning and night. Sasan was incredibly helpful in assisting me in my decision. He was courteous, informative, very knowledgeable in the different carpets, and very responsive when I was not in the store. During installation, he came by to visit and check on the project. The installers even assisted in placing out pool table back where it belonged. Everything was wonderful! Install was in 10 days!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you for making this a smooth and easy process for all of us! Will use again if ever needed in the future!

Aladdin installed hardwood In my bedrooms and steps. Miguel and his helper did a fantastic job. He paid attention to details and answered any question I had. They worked 4 days in a row. They cleaned everyday before leaving. I am very pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend this company.

Our basement suffered water damage from a leak in our washing machine. After hiring an emergency restoration company to deal with the flooding, I contacted Amir at Aladdin Carpet. I have worked with Aladdin for the past 25 years and because of their responsiveness and their honest business practices, I wanted to have them consult with the insurance company and complete the renovations that will be needed. He immediately sent Henry Ziaolhagh to my home to survey the damage. Henry was courteous and knowledgeable, and kept in close communication during the process. He came back a few days later when the restoration was completed. He assessed the area and found additional water damage, high moisture levels and mold that the restoration company had not detected. He explained the process to correct the situation and answered all of my questions. He assured me that he will work along with the insurance adjuster to complete the project. I will continue to highly recommend Amir, Henry and Aladdin Carpet and Flooring for emergencies and for all of my flooring and construction needs.

I was out riding my bike in Olney Mill near Olney Mill Road. around12:20. The truck saw me riding towards them but pulled out in front of me purposely looking at me the whole timeI had the right of way and they had a stop sign.when they pulled out I was almost on top of themI asked them why they did that and they laughed.I recommend you talk to your drivers and tell them to not tey to kill cyclists in the company truck.
